Love the park and it's location. The loss of power for 12 hrs. was unfortunate, but sometimes things happen. Still we enjoyed our stay and the other campers in the park.

Easy access and staff were excellent. Only stayed 1 night, but it was great. Strange that there is an extra charge of $5 per child when it’s set up to be a “family” campground anyway.

Staff was super friendly during our single night stay. They had everything we needed. Longer pool hours would have been nice. More shade would have been nice. Thanks for a great night's sleep.

Very nice. Although power did go out. Everyone but us had power. Could be due to spouse having words with employee about his attitude.

The store staff are very friendly and helpful. The guy who empties black and gray tanks is a gem. The showers are the nicest I have seen at a campground. However, the electric service is inadequate. We experienced power outages every day, some days multiple times. With temperatures near or over 100 every day, this was a problem. Many people left early.

Such a nice clean park and EVERY employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful!! The location had easy access from the main highway. We would have loved to stay longer, however, they were fully booked.......I certainly understand why. We will be back, LOVE this campground!

Other than the pool, there was not much to say positive about this KOA. I have stayed in more KOA’s than I can count across the country. I have never lost power as I did here. Every day the power would go out, sometimes up to 8 or 9 hours. We were told it was due to the county not allowing them to upgrade their electricity. THEN DON’T FILL THE CAMPGROUND IF YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE CANT HANDLE IT!

Management didn’t take the steps needed to ensure full functionality of their electrical system. Every day of our 5 day stay in almost triple digit temps, we would lose power especially in heat of the day. All we heard was excuses & rudeness. We had people in our large group trying to help & they got the brush off. Very disheartening since we have stayed at KOAs across the country & expected mor

Great staff everyone was very nice and helpful. Grounds were clean pool daily maintained. Would recommend this place to anyone.

For the most part it was nice. Except for some of the workers must live there and invite family members to come and take over the pool and be loud and rude

Overall the campground was nice. It was extremely frustrating that in 98 degree weather our entire row of power kept going out. For the proce we pay to stay at a KOA I'd expect way better. We were really limited on what we could do since we brought our dog and couldn't trust the campground to keep power going to safely be able to leave him in the trailer.

The area was clean. The facilities were wonderful. The staff was happy, helpful and always going the extra mile. Loved it there even the heat was made tolerable.

Wonderful staff. Great ice cream social on Friday and Saturday nights! Fabulous breakfast weekend mornings! Only reason for not rating everything at highest numbers was due to their power kept kicking off. It was over 100 degrees each day. However- the staff was there within a little time to reset it and worked hard to keep it going! Just needs power upgrades!

We paid for full hookups but we’re unable to use electricity half the majority of our stay because the breakers kept tripping and would have to wait for them to reset. Would have been nice to have AC during our stay in the 100 plus temps. The pool was also very dirty! Never was offered a discount but they sure did want to keep selling us glow sticks and ice cream �

Stayed here as a stop over. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of thinks for the kiddos to do. They’ve got power issues that need to be upgraded, which they’re doing, it’s just a slow process. So be ready to run at 15 amps or dry camp until they can resolve. Overall it’s a well loved KOA that the owners are addressing

We've stayed here several times in the past. On this trip we had our 6 grandchildren. It was cold so they couldnt swim. They hung out in the rec room. The change machine was out of quarters the front desk had none. The lady at the front counter was rude when i asked about it. the camp site 42 was the worst spot in the park. Thank God we went on to better places i was very disappointed.

The park is clean. The pool clear and refreshing and ordered pizza for dinner and it was delivered. Great stay. Just wish it hadn’t been during a heat wave. We would have liked to go exploring the area.

There seems to be an electrical problem on site 21 we had to go out and reset the breaker many times causing the trailer to heat up. We left early due to the excessive heat and not being able to maintain power to the air condition.

The campground is well maintained and clean. Bathrooms clean. The salt water pool is awesome! We had a great time. Also the pizzas and slushees they offer are a great addition.

very friendly and helpful staff...great breakfast. well worth the money...fork tender chicken fried steak...only drawback was that it was HOT...but that the staff can't control

Power was off and on all day. We and several others had to run generator for A/C. Pool was not clear. No discount offered for inconvenience of stay without power, just an excuse that power system hasn’t been updated in 40 years. Need to limit number of campers if your power won’t support them, or not charge a premium fee for a site with power!

Well......they were having a record breaking heat wave the night we stayed. Consequently the circuit breakers all over the camp kept popping. I had to go out three different times to reset the breaker. Without A/C people could die in that kind of heat. The mosquitoes were bad. Other than that, the host are very friendly and accommodating. There was nothing anybody could do about the inconvenienc

Electricity only work part of the time which caused many people do you have to leave. They turned on the sprinkler system which got a lot of our stuff wet and almost ruined electronic device. Pool was not very clean and was over chlorinated.

The power did not work the first 7 hours we were there while it was over 100 degrees out in our full hook up site for a trailer. Was not told of the power issue when we checked in. Power went out within 30 minutes of arriving. Obviously could not find another park on such short notice. Power finally fixed around 10 pm. Worst experience we’ve ever had at any RV park in 7 states over 5 years.

Everything was great, nice and quiet away from busy highway, large shade trees, but the power is out till 10:00 at night with temperatures over 100°. They got to rectified and hopefully that doesn't happen to somebody else's stay but that was kind of tough.

Just one night but it was a good stay. Easy to get in and out with our 36 ft. fifth wheel. Did miss not having cable or wifi, but watch old tv series form 60's and 70!s. Still good shows compared to todays.

Staff was great! I asked for hiking information and it was spot on! They also were helpful around the campground. It was great that the site offered ice cream social, breakfast on the weekend, and light parade for the kids!

The pool was nice relief. Dogs were a plenty. Dogs were left in the RVs by the owners and barked. The staff were understanding and attempted to deal with it.

Long pull through site. Hookups were all within easy reach. Bathrooms and pool were clean and nice. Easy access to Highway 97, but far enough off for peace and quiet. This is an excellent campground that I can highly recommend!

The upkeep of the grounds and facilities are very clean. The staff are very friendly and when we has wasp nest building under the picnic table they responded right away to take care of the problem. My only added suggestion is planting of more trees for shade as some of the trees look to have some branches dead so there is less foliage.

So pleased with our entire stay, with the exception of 1 thing. An employee evidentally did something wrong and we heard and observed him getting yelled at from our site. Other than that, we had a great experience. A lot of great improvements from the last time we stayed. Many thanks. �����

We love this Koa. Great pool! Upgraded bathrooms. I’ve cream social and all you can eat breakfast! Beautiful location!

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
