Overall we had a great stay. Unfortunately their was a miss understanding when I placed my reservation for the group site. Please KOA when people call you and ask about their reservation inform them of the camp site location especially now since you have more than one group site. Also get a bigger garbage can for the bathrooms and have someone stock up the bathrooms and clean throughout the day.

Everything was wonderful! Just one little issue was that we asked for a shaded tent site and they gave us a non shaded one, even when there were shaded spots available. After my husband went inside to talk to them, they finally fixed it and provided a nice shaded tent site. Thank you!

The showers are dangerous with us witnessing at least one person slipping and falling a day and is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The older, heavy set, blonde woman at the front desk has zero customer service or general problem solving skills and is the main reason we won’t be back after a 18 ft tree limb fell onto our tent. She didn’t ask if anyone was hurt just that it happens all the time.

Clean bathrooms, nice pool, lots of activities for the kids. Very impressed with the light parade for the 4th of July they did with the kids and then games and star gazing! My kids had a blast. Thank you!

Nice place with beautiful sunset! The kids love the salted pool & playground. The shower rooms are small but nice with a space to put your belongings. The hosts are friendly. There are varieties of food and drinks at the camp store on-site. We camped in a tent and had bug problems. The birds are SUPER loud early in the morning. Unfortunately we were there during the 111F days & had to leave early.

The customer service is top notch. I stayed once years ago in the rv section and that was 5-stars. This time I was in the tent section but there is zero privacy and the sites are way too close. Bushes or some kind of division would help greatly.

Homeless man came into the camp early one morning stealing pop cans. I was woken up around 5 am by one of the staff members screaming obscenities at him. K9 area is small and all gravel, not pet friendly for that reason. I wouldn’t recommend tent camping here due to the noise level and the lack of privacy for tent campers.

Ridiculously loud group of teenagers partying in campground all night. Invited other people to the site late at night. Continually starting their cars, driving in and out of camp late at night/ early a.m. Played loud music all night until well after 530am. This is finally when I decided to leave the campground after having been kept awake all night long. Horrible experience overall.

For anyone in a camper or RV, I think this location would be fine. The setup wasn't terrible or anything, but a few things to note for those staying in tents: the wind NEVER stopped. It was so intense that the tent flapped loudly all night long since you camp in an unprotected field. It is also located pretty close to a main highway so there was underlying road noise for much of the night.

I spoke with someone on the phone I was told i'd have a spot by the bathroom near the back of the property When i got there I was told the bathrooms were being remodeled I wouldn't be near the bathroom The lady I spoke with was very understanding, helped me get a spot that suited my previous request It was quite woke up to a deer peacefully grazing near by the shower was nice just wish the office

Every KOA I have stayed at is pretty much the same. Its clean, staff is nice, and the price is reasonable.

The staff were very friendly and the restroom was very clean. The one issue was the sign on the door says must wear a mask to enter. No one on your staff wore one at all, inside or outside. Requiring patrons to wear one and your staff not required is not how the governor intended it to be. All indoor activities should have masks to be worn. We can't wait to stay are you place again.

The main thing we did not like is that the dump station is located right in front on tent campground site I fortunately nobody used it during our stay.

They gave my reserved large site away before we got there, and just kind of shrugged it off as not a big deal. They still had other small sites and we were able to get 2 adjoining. Didn’t have power or a view of the sunset, which were why I had reserved the large site. Staff weren’t wearing masks in enclosed store/office where you pay, despite their own sign requiring masks. Otherwise great

This was my first time staying at a KOA and let me tell you, it definitely won't be my last! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The bathrooms were super clean at all times. The employees were always super helpful. The pool and playground were both well kept up. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

It is a very clean n well run facility. It has a store, dog park, pool n wonderful play ground. It's 5 minutes from fishing. However, it isn't located in Redmond like the map says it's in Culver.

It's a KOA, if you've never been to one, you might have difficulties enjoying it. The employees were excellent. The showers were hot, the store was stocked. It was fairly quiet for a KOA. And I didn't have to wear a stupid useless mask. That was the best thing. Plus the coyotes howl at 2 am made my night. Definitely be back if I'm in the area again. Satisfied customer.
