My stay was very pleasant at your facilities and found site #48 was OK for waste dump to accommodate my hose hook up. I saw your new DOG PARK installation Thank You. The Dog Park gate requires in my view some adjustments as my Dog being a Beagle several times tried to squeeze under it. Beautiful waterfront site with the magnificent fall colors reflecting over the water. Spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. Also enjoyed playing horseshoes even though I lost.

The KOA was very nice, only issue is reservation- multiple phone calls to get it right (I reserved 3 sites), many issues right up to time of check in. They were very apologetic.

Some of the lots are very small and you are often facing your Neighbour with awnings almost touching. So there is little to no privacy. Having said that, the park is clean and friendly. It is a great location for anyone wanting to visit are free and the surrounding areas.

Initially there was a mix up with which site we thought we had booked versus which site was actually booked for us. Luckily we were able to be with our group in the end. The front desk staff were super nice about it and even comp’d us a load of campfire wood which was above and beyond our expectations! Happy campers!

Wonderful stay. Staff was friendly. Mini putt was a blast. Kids loved the little store. Will be back for sure again next season

A nice little campground. Washroom facilities were very well maintained during these Covid times and much appreciated. Good, friendly customer service by park staff. A bit expensive for a tent site with no services however.

We has a great stay at Renfrew KOA! There were lots of acivities to keep the littles ones entertained and the campground was well-kept. I would recommend this campground to anyone looking for an outdoors getaway.

The KOA was fine, however I was on a working holiday and we rely on WIFI to stay in contact with our operations. Most of stay we had to leave the site to gain contact. Please improve Thanks

Place was very nice and clean, people were friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the Wi-Fi. We were on lot 100 and could not connect at all. We had to go near the office to get connection.

Although it was the 3rd week of September, the weather arrangements made by the staff at the Renfrew KOA were perfect. All kidding aside it was again a delightful stay, the staff being very cordial all the time. We will definitely be returning next season.

I love this KOA Campground. I've been going now for 9 years straight and I've been around and I always keep coming back because the location and the service. these people are the nicest people you'd ever want to meet and I will be going for years to come

Wonderful park! Lots of space, mature trees, landscaping is spot on. The lake is a definite plus and so pretty! Lots of play areas for kids and walking areas.

It was okay, not our best camping experience. Noisy neighbours thru the night. Limited KOA store options. Washrooms were okay in terms of cleanliness. Considering Covid, we saw a family with kids enter the store without masks...

Campground is very clean lots do do nice lake . Sewer hookups are to close to the front of the other campers . Staff are very friendly and would recommend this park .

We love KOA Renfrew!!! Great sites, wonderful staff, beautiful views of the lake, the kids have a great time, and it is just very relaxing here. After every stay ee look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful camp sites! Sonya in the office is the most friendliest and does her job over and beyond! We had a such a great stay we are going back for Thanksgiving!

Definately our favourite KOA. We have made many memories over the last 15 years. Our family goes often and will continue to go. We spent more time there this year then at our own seasonal campground. Just wish it was closer to where we live. This was unfortunately our last weekend for this year. Looking forward to next year!!!

The camp was very clean and the owners and staff were awesome. We ran into delays on the trip but they called to check on us and kept the office open until we arrived. The site was amazing.
