I went on a very slow day so only 2 cabins was booked including mine. I would suggest to maximize privacy staffs can arrange cabin not next to each other or at least ask the customer if they prefer next to someone or not.

We enjoyed our stay here. Grounds were well kept and staff were friendly and attentive. Mini golf looked like it had the greens redone, nice! We stayed in a cabin and found it quite lovely. The porch swing was a nice touch. My only complaint is I found the fire pit too sunken down in the ground. It was hard to light and I couldn’t poke the logs around without crouching really low.

It was a very nice and clean campground. The cabin was warm our first night, but was better the second night once I opened the windows. A ceiling fan might have been a better idea instead of a table top fan to allow more room on the table to put other things on it. Lots for the kids to do. My 8 year old son had lots of fun as well. We have booked to return nest year already.

The mattresses were too soft and noisy from the mattress plastic cover when lying down and changed position. We didn't sleep well on it. But the staff were very nice.

Customer service was great. My only suggestion is to clean the cabins a little more thoroughly as the floor was very dirty when we checked in. Otherwise a very nice spot for families.

We love the Renfrew KOA! Just wish it was closer to home so we could go more often. I started out camping there when my girls were young. In in the last few years we have returned.

All and all we enjoyed our stay although the cabin wasnt overly clean there was dirt and wrappers under the bed and the porch wasnt swept off at all there was lots of crumbs cheerios wrappers etc left. But we will come again I know it's a busy time for everyone. Thank-you

We love that pets cam come! The cabins are great. Would love if a baby change table could be installed in the bathrooms!

Awesome weekend getaway! Our cabin was perfect for the 2 of us and the grounds had everything that we could have needed. I wish the beach area was pet friendly so my dogs could have had a swim and the automatic lock on the cabin door isn’t ideal as it is very easy to lock yourself out. We locked ourselves out at 4am with no one to help us. Overall, it was a great stay!

If there was a pool vs only that small beach then it would be almost a five. I don't think that the small lake is a beach in my opinion. Friendly staff and washroom are always clean. I love the activities and nice touch with the games in the rec room. Again a pool would greatly bring the scores up to this park . A pool is needed.

We have stayed at the Renfrew KOA two years in a row now and it was fantastic! We stayed in a cabin both times, it was clean and cozy. The beach is also awesome and a great place to spend the day! A great place to stay with kids as there are lots of little activities for them to do too!

It was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabin I rented was very clean. They people there were all so friendly. It was a great experience. They offer lots of things to do. I highly recommended them.

It was great. Steve is very helpful he helped us set up our sun room. Brought us his own extention cord cause ours was too short. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic time. Took my two boys camping , swimming , paddle boarding and fishing for 6 days. We had a blast . The staff were supper friendly.They even lent us lifejackets for free. The cabin was clean. The washrooms were clean .We ran out of bacon and cheese slice and they had them in their store at Grocery Store prices - meaning at a regular price. ( much appreciated when you're on a budget .

It was a cold but beautiful weekend in October so we stayed in a cabin. It was clean and nicely situated. With no other campers around, we had a nice view of the water and the pine forest. The washroom was located nearby and clean and warm. Our only complaint was the trailer nearby playing LOUD music from about 4pm until 9pm. But we know this is unavoidable when at a campground.

It was very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabin was cozy. Paying for children from 10 yrs and up is not right. At 10 they are not considered an adult and have to be with you. I can see 16 and up like most campgrounds are is reasonable. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

We has a great stay at Renfrew KOA! There were lots of acivities to keep the littles ones entertained and the campground was well-kept. I would recommend this campground to anyone looking for an outdoors getaway.

Definately our favourite KOA. We have made many memories over the last 15 years. Our family goes often and will continue to go. We spent more time there this year then at our own seasonal campground. Just wish it was closer to where we live. This was unfortunately our last weekend for this year. Looking forward to next year!!!

We had a great experience. I must say Bev's customer service skills were absolutely heart warming. She was very helpful, pleasant, and helped in all our needs. It was our first time there, but not our last. We have already booked for another weekend in a couple of weeks. The Kampgrounds were very well maintained, the cabin was perfect and very clean. Thank you so much!!!!!

WE stayed at the Ottawa KOA just for one night and we were in one of their cabins. The cabin and washrooms were very clean, and the campground very quiet. My wife and I also found all the staff members very courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay there again! ,

Everything about the campsite was great, we loved staying in the cabins they were small and cute. There were only two things that I believe would of made my stay better and I believe that would be you need new beds in the cabins and the bathroom stalls in the men's need to be bigger they felt like there ment for kids. Besides those 2 things we will most definitely be coming back.

The cabin was clean and generally comfortable, and the toilets and common facilities were very clean. The staff are very friendly and we have made pleasant memories. However, my children were swimming in the lake, and they were puzzled because there were no life-saving tubes. Everyone swims well, but when a dangerous situation arises, it seemed difficult to respond urgently.
