The camp ground is at a great location if you want to visit the Ottawa area and certain parts of Quebec. The amenities are great for tent camping however the only improvement that could be made was another water station closer to the sites. (I was in 26). Very helpful and friendly staff. It was my first time here and overall a very good experience! Keep up the good work. :-)

they are so accomadating and helpful. Its a beautiful run camp groud with lots of space for relaxation and peace but also lots for the kids to do!

Staff was very friendly and always generous. The grounds were always clean and the tent sites are a great size! We will definitely be coming back!

It was a spacious campsite. �for the basketball court. Our kids spent most of the day there. Just a heads up- when it rains please remember to sweep the water from the basketball court. We had to ask the office 2 times before it was cleaned later in the morning��. I would recommend it to others and it’s less than an hour from Ottawa.

We loved our waterfront tent site and how close the beach was. The activities are amazing! The staff are very friendly. We had a great time and will be sure to come back soon!

I did have a problem. The camp's computer system was not working properly and they could not enter my KOA rewards card number. They were nice enough to give me free firewood to compensate for the loss of the 10% rebate for members, but I would also have liked to add to my points total. Otherwise, this is a first class wonderful place to overnight or stay and explore the area.

Always enjoy stay at KOA Renfrew. Was perplexed at why they were packing all tent campers in one area when numerous sites available for tents.

Had a great time! Took my 3 children(9,6,3)tent camping. They loved swimming the most. Felt welcomed and comfortable. Campground was clean. The water was clear with a lot of fish and frogs��

Crowded grounds, RVs packed in tight. Unattractive low flowing Lake/pond used for Beach.

Was hoping to use two camping hammocks instead of "emergency" tent. Explained this upon booking in. Requires trees 12 - 18 feet apart. There were a number of sites that met this criteria. Was explained to me that park was full with only 2 other sites left but both mornings saw 8+ empty picnic tables. Would have like a bit more flexibility. Ended up hanging 1 hammock above poison ivy + tent.

We were 4 people in a cabin. It was cramped but warm/sound proof. Liked the fridge and electricity. Cabin=4. We moved to a deluxe tent site=5, was private/beautiful. Neighbors=5. Kids playing=5. Fire pit=5. Staff=5. Store=4. Disliked amount of bugs in washroom=2, leeches in the water=1. Game room/playground=1 boring for older kid (8yo). Wifi=2 too weak. Would recommend and come back again!

Quiet hours enforcement would have been nice - there was none. More bathrooms should have been open, as the one that was open was limited due to COVID. Insufficient capacity for a campground of this size.

The place is beautiful, immaculate, the staff were amazing. However, the locations with the tents were so close and packed that when everyone was using their campfire, you couldn't breathe. Many people were coughing. I had to leave the campsite for a few hours because my lungs were burning. The dog's barking was insane!

Excellent stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean beach. Pretty quiet. Grocery items were reasonably priced. It would be nice to have more privacy between the tent sites but not the end of the world.

We camped and had a great time. Lots to do! My only complain would be the amount of leaches we saw in the water this year. Great everything else!

Beautiful sites and beach. Great amenities such as playground, splash pad, bouncy pillow, and shop. Rentals available and canoeing was fun! Great staff. Very safe place for children. Would have preferred if firewood was chosen from below the wet layer, or somehow kept drier. Thank you!

My sister and I stayed one night in a tent site and were very impressed with the infrastructure and the staff. It is especially well suited for those camping with a family. The kids seemed to be having a blast, and there was no shortage of possibilities for fun. It was a bit expensive for the "pitch the tent, sleep and leave" visit we made, but it was clean and had large level tent sites.

Sites are to close to one another, loud neighbors. Will not be returning to a koa campground.

All of the staff was wonderful! Mother nature dumped a ton of rain on us and two different staff members offered to bring us fresh dry wood and checked in to make sure we were okay during the rain. (We were in a tent!) Felts safe and comfortable our whole weekend! Our whole group enjoyed the jump pad, the Mini put and the wonderful waterfront view. We will definitely be going back in the future!

It's was a fun time.. got to go on the boat.. kids got to swim and play the the park.. and we all did mini golf as well.. and the at night we all sat around a nice fire.. I can stay this one of the best places I have went camping.. and will for sure be going back...

I was very disappointed in my stay. 1. Employees were poorly informed on the operations of the park and could not answer our questions. 2. The Men's bathroom was locked at 10PM and did not open before we left. We paid KOA rate expecting clean toilets and showers. We didn't get that! We called the emergency number and got a vmail. No one called back or responded. Disappointed!

Fantasic...the camp sites are large, very well maintained and with the delivery of the fire wood at your site makes your stay that much better. See you in the spring of 2021.

A nice little campground. Washroom facilities were very well maintained during these Covid times and much appreciated. Good, friendly customer service by park staff. A bit expensive for a tent site with no services however.

It was okay, not our best camping experience. Noisy neighbours thru the night. Limited KOA store options. Washrooms were okay in terms of cleanliness. Considering Covid, we saw a family with kids enter the store without masks...

The campground was lovely for tents. The showers were warm with sufficient water pressure. The drinking water was very good. The firewood was too wet and the nearby hyw 17 was very loud. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant.

Stopped in last minute with four campers and they were very accommodating. Nice clean park. Well kept up.
