We had a great stay. Campground was real nice place that was well maintained. Staff as in all KOAs were fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for you. We loved our 3 night there.

They offer Wifi but do not specify that it only works close to the office.

The campground was lovely for tents. The showers were warm with sufficient water pressure. The drinking water was very good. The firewood was too wet and the nearby hyw 17 was very loud. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant.

We had a great experience. I must say Bev's customer service skills were absolutely heart warming. She was very helpful, pleasant, and helped in all our needs. It was our first time there, but not our last. We have already booked for another weekend in a couple of weeks. The Kampgrounds were very well maintained, the cabin was perfect and very clean. Thank you so much!!!!!

This was the first time we camped at a KOA and we were very impressed. We found the staff to be very friendly, professional and helpful. The resort was exceptionally clean, well organized and full of amenities for our grandchildren. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and we are planning to return next year as we have already booked our site. A big thank you to the staff at the Renfrew KOA!

It's always a fun time when we come and stay with Angela and her gang. This year was a little different for Halloween but the kids had a ball anyway. We are a regular group that come a few times every year. Our first Halloween at this campground was 2005. Debbie Stinson

Grounds were great! Our tenting spot was absolutely beautiful, right on the water and well landscaped. Owners even called to see if we were okay after a few hours of not being there.

People are friendly and the staff make the effort to make sure all is right. The campground itself is clean and very well kept. We just love being there no worries and relaxing

Very helpful, professional and friendly service. Clean facilities. Prompt firewood delivery. Store has good supply of necessities. Staff are mindful of Covid requirements/restrictions/distancing, etc., they wear masks, and complete frequent cleaning with sanitizer. Have stayed at Renfrew KOA 5 times now over past 3 years. Beautiful site with lots of mature trees. Excellent. Thank you.

Service was great and friendly. My only complaint was we were there for 3 night (2 sites 71 and 72) which were small, sites 69 and 70 were much better sites and seemed to be used for 1 night stays only as the campers changed daily in those sites give the longer term campers the better sites and leave the small ones for the in and outers.

Didn’t realize most of the pull thru sites face one another. No privacy when you do not know the campers next to you.

Overnight stay on our road trip home. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good hydro, water and sewer hookups. I would stay over here again.

Great facility, friendly staff. Wood purchased on site was extremely wet and hard to burn. RV neighbours were very loud, partying and drinking and listening to music til approx 1:30am

Once again we had a great time staying at Renfrew KOA. The staff was exceptional at welcoming us to the campground and were very responsive to our needs. We enjoy this campground over the many in the area as the steps are well maintained and the sites provide plenty of space for social distancing and privacy! Thanks once again to all staff who made our stay a peaceful and safe one during this time

I have tried so hard to give this KOA a higher rating, cant get there. No security on the grounds making rounds to check on sites and people. More seasonal campers than transients, welcome to the Renfrew trailer park. Seasonal sites look untidy, clean 'em up folks. Not guided to our site on arrival. May have won an award way back, but you need to review their rating.

WE stayed at the Ottawa KOA just for one night and we were in one of their cabins. The cabin and washrooms were very clean, and the campground very quiet. My wife and I also found all the staff members very courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay there again! ,

Sites are much to small for today’s units. Picknick table literally next to the neighbours leaking sewer connection. Wifi advertised but only available in the store or next to it under a pavilion. Grumpy seasonals which seem to make up the majority of this campground Not quite the KOA standard we’ve come to expect. Good enough for an overnight stay but certainly not recommended for multiple da
