I recommend replacing the deadbolts on the cabins that auto lock when you leave. I woke up in the middle of the night due to stomach issues and left my cabin in a hurry to throw up and ended up being locked out for the entire night because I didn't grab the key on the way out. Also have a staff member on duty to handle such issues. Paying for a cabin and being locked out for 12 hrs is not ok.

The park was packed on small sites -almost impossible to social distance from neighbours. Only 1 staff running the office/store and cleaning facilities by themselves.

A wonderful surprise. Very clean and so much to do activity wise. We have done a lot of camping over the years but this was the most incredible experience. Great staff with caring and wonderful attitudes. We had a campsite right on the water with all of the pleasures of home. We are returning in August to stay at one of the cabins and cannot wait to get back there. .

Social distancing is being practiced by staff; not unnecessarily the campers though. Amazing stay for family as kids beyond enjoyed the floating raft, trampoline, and playground. Good sized lots, great lake for swimming and we'll maintained washrooms.

Déçu de l’emplacement étant donné que nous avons réservé 6 mois d’avance. Fifth wheel de 25 pieds au moment de la réservation j’ai mentionné 30 pieds et le terrain était vraiment pas approprié. Nous avons dû mettre le camion dans le stationnement public. À mon arrivée j’ai mentionné ma déception et on m’a dit que tout était plein, mais un terrain près de la plage était

Enjoyed our stay very well set up in regards to Covid restrictions and had a lot of fun. Already booked for next summer.

This was our second year staying here and we throughly enjoyed it. We booked again for next year. Loved seeing all the beautiful sites and how beautifully they are kept. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helped with anything or questions we had. 99% of the people camping were awesome. Over all everything was great and can't wait for next year. Thanks KOA Renfrew/Ottawa West.

Such a great campground!!! Great sites, the staff were wonderful, facilities were always clean, beautiful beach, and even with a full campground with lots of kids and activities, it was quiet and peaceful if you just want to relax. We are looking forward to coming back!!

The sites are so small we had to park our truck on top of the fire pit. And the wifi is non existent which we could live without. We pretty much parked to visit friends in Renfrew so it worked for what we needed.

Although we found our spot a little small it was close to the beach and bathrooms. The seasonal campers were friendly and inviting. The staff was very accommodating. We loved the little lake and beach area as well.

Just have to be careful of the leaches in the water other than that it’s a small quiet family oriented clean well run campground

KOA Renfrew is a nice family oriented campsite. Whether there for a night or longer - the staff is amazing and wants to ensure you enjoy your stay. They have lots of amenities included in the fees which is unlike a lot of KOA’s . I highly recommend their campsite .

Had a wonderful time!! Nice beach, boys had a blast feeding the turtles off the dock! Staff was super friendly! Great little get away close to home, will be going back!

Great place for kids. Service was top notch, staff were extremely polite and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some quiet relaxing time.

We were there for a week. We had a lovely deluxe site with a deck. Due do Covid, we didn't use any facilities & were only in the office/store when we checked in. While we were there, no one came around to see if we were happy with our accommodation. All staff should wear the KOA uniform. We were at this KOA 2 years ago & were pleased to see improvements. Seasonal sites should tidy up.

Conditions were dirty, bathrooms were beyond disgusting. We have stayed at several KOA’s before and this location did not come close with regards to cleanliness

Absolutely loved this campground. My only complaints I'm well aware are beyond the campgrounds control (leaches in lake and black flies). I was so impressed with the guest services. The staff were amazing and I could not believe how quickly they responded. The lake is beautiful. The campgrounds immaculately kept. So much to do. Loved the mini putt and especially the proximity to splash pad

Site for my trailer and truck was too small. My truck was parked over the fire pit. Beach was dirty and littered with old water shoes , rags and some small trash. Lake is a pond and full of leaches, power was insufficient even when on Wednesday the park was half full

Our family had a great stay! Exactly what we needed to get out of the city & entertain the kids! Facilities = great! Staff = great! Kabins = great! Beach = great! Memories = made!

Great stay. Quiet comfortable and private . Website booking needs fixing it said there was no electricity campsites available but they were all empty during my entire stay

I usually camp at the provincial parcs. This was my first time at a KOA. It was very different from what I expected.

Very average. Biggest complaint was it was advertised as shady campsite, whereas there was no shade. Also no wifi at the campsite.

Our stay was great again as usual. Angela and her group made us feel right at home it was so great to get back to Renfrew at the campsite to start enjoying our summer again. Again thank you and we will be seeing you soon

We had a great time, the cabin was clean, very nice and close to the beach. Bring the salt, there are lots of leeches around the beach area(not in the swim area). We wish the campground would get their service provider to setup a better WIFI signal throughout the park and not just within 40 feet from the main store. Other then that, we will be returning again and again to this park. :) :) :

We are very satisfied with the KOA at Refrew. Sonja was very helpful and in this difficult time I felt safe and protected. The campground was clean and staff were very helpful. We have already booked again.

We would not stay again. The site was very packed in, no room between trailers at all. Our site had no grass and was thick dust so we weren’t able to have the babies outside at all. Facilities were clean but we were surprised to see all the play structures open given the current issues. We left a day early because the site was so bad.
