We all really enjoyed our stay. The kids had a blast catching frogs, swimming and boating at the lake there. The staff there are are so friendly and helpful. We will be coming back to this one again in future years.

We had a great camp site, right off the beach on a nice big site. Weather was perfect and we suffered no bugs at all!

Great stay overall. We wish KOA would revise its policy re points not being applied to deposits...we did want to cash in some points finally and were not able to because of the policy. The lake seems to only have tiny fish so the fishing was not quite as expected but it was still very nice to get on the water and the rental rates were quite reasonable. Pool/hot tub would be a welcome addition!!!

All staff was kind and couteous. It's nice and quiet so you can relax. We had a great site. It is very private with lots of shade. It was perfect. We had a deck, seating area, barbecue, and flowers. If you are going to be there ask for lot 103. You won't regret it!! We are planning on going back in September. That is how much we loved it.

This KOA seemed more like a seasonal trailer park. Everyone was very friendly including staff but the sites were far too small. I witnessed two people drive over their neighbours fire pit while trying to park their trailers. LUCKILY they didnt get flat tires. Also the quiet time was not enforced. My children enjoyed the mini put as well as the small beach but I don't think I wouldstaythereagain.

As usual we had a great experience camping at the KOA in Renfrew. Clean, with very friendly staff. Sites are easy to access. Other campers are friendly and respectful.

Nice site, clean, friendly and helpful staff, they are very active keeping the place clean and organised....signage a bit unclear for late nite afrivals when unfamiliar with site though.

We had an amazing time, stayed for 4 nights. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our only complaint would be that the power went out one night so we were without water and electricity, and still had to pay the extra price for them for that night. We were placed next to an older RV with a very loud generator. Luckily our neighbourwas kind enough to turn it off so that we could have some sleep:)

The campground was very nice and the staff friendly. We loved all the trees and enjoyed our site in the tented area. The lake was beautiful for swimming and going for a paddle. The bathrooms could have used a bit more attention at times, but overall the campground was well kept and clean.

I was over whelmed by the size of the park. I really like my campsite #55 and the full hookup. I was a bit disappointed about NO Dog Park, as my Dog is a runner if left off leash, but she understood. I was visiting a local Renfrew Friend so I might be back by end of August. THANK YOU

The campground was mostly seasonals. Some of their RVs were in bad shape and falling apart. Sites for travelers VERY close together. Bathrooms very out-of-date. While they were cleaned daily, they still seemed “dirty.” Could definitely use some paint and new shower stalls. No dump station. Ok for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t stay longer.

We paid for a pull through in the field and got a back in very close to others. No refund was given even when requested because we were placed st a less expensive site. The woman who checked us in was not the most pleasant. This was out only not good KOA experience this summer and we stayed at many.

Had a great time with 3 of our grandkids. ( 10,11,13 year old) Beautiful beach, kids enjoyed the floating platform for diving and swimming. Enjoyed mini putt and trampoline. Very clean and well kept grounds. Will be back for sure

The people at the campground were very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable and made sure that everyone enjoyed themselves. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay there.

Very friendly with great service and friendly personnel. We found the lake and beach to be very small for a place with no pool. They had internet but it was only available in certain areas and was very week and unreliable

The electricity at our site was fluctuating causing our air conditioner , micro wave,, et al to blow fuses. We were concerned that damage was being done to our RV. This a a regular problem that they have. The wifi at our site was virtually non existent even though we paid for it and they advertise it. We were told at check in that we probably wouldn’t get wifi. So, it is a known issue.

Our confirmation said clear sky for satellites, and good WIFI. The site we were assigned did not have a clear view, and the voltage was too low to run even one of our 3 AC units. We were able to move to a second site out in the open field dog park area, and we did get good satellite reception there, but had to give up sewer, and WIFI was non existent

The campground is lovely and there is so much to do. The staff are so accommodating and super friendly. They do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. We will be returning!

I was pleasantly surprised that there was electricity in the cabin as it did not mention that on the website. There was also two fans, one was a space heater and a mini fridge! There’s a charcoal bbq that I was also surprised to see. Loved the staff! The only issue....leaches in the lake! Lol but my family and I will be back next summer!!!
