I was new to staying at a KOA and I would definitely return. Not only were the staff very friendly but also willing to help me when they didn’t have to. Renfrew’s location was amazing for my husband and I with our 4 young children. The kids were burnt out from all the play and activities that were offered. A great first experience!

Only there for two nights, and was not around during the days at all, but I love to see all the activities that are available. Site, grounds and facilities were all in a well kept clean state

Everything was perfect! We ended up staying a second night and went into town and had fun! We will come back again when we are in the area.

Great campground. We would suggest some limbs being trimmed on the trees lining the entrance road. Our antennas hit them. Great, friendly campground.

The site were very small and there is absolutely zero privacy. We basically shares our site with another group. Picnic table and fire pits were almost beside (buddy sites) and the trailers doors were less than 15 feet apart. Furthermore, the website indicate that wifi is free at the site. Wifi was non-existent unless you were beside the entrance.

Well equipped campground with lots of activities. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet and spacious except for pull throughs which are a bit close together with no screening. Wifi only just adequate. Need to be by office to get a decent signal.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our cabin was comfortable but not air conditioned! The fan was adequate! However, when I dropped something on the floor and checked under the beds I found a lot of dirt and dust that had been there for a long while! Hot water was plentiful and showers were clean!

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Lake was terrific and grounds well kept. Seasonal folks were all friendly and helpful. i booked a ‘shady site with full hook ups near washrooms and laundry’ and was put in a full sun site (during a heat wave!) Meanwhile, several shady sites sat empty during my stay. Wifi mostly non-functional. Would come back if I had kids.

This is an absolutely beautiful area for camping. The staff runs a very tight ship. They are all friendly and helpful. They have so much to do from the game room, pattleboating to minigolf. This is my new favorite camping sight and I will be visiting anytime I go camping

Unlike the other KOA's we have stayed at during our recent trip, we found this KOA did not live up to the standards we have come to expect. In particular, the bathrooms were filthy. My husband said the men's bathroom was not only dirty but one toilet was backed up when we got there and it did not change. The women's showers were muddy, rusty shower head and no electrical outlets.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. Grounds were very clean. We had a nice time talking with other campers. We would go back again.

Had a wonderful time with our two grandchildren... amazing place for kids and adults ..so much to do...clean clean washrooms too! Only recommendation might be to have a few ‘supplies’ that campers could ‘borrow’. We forgot a stroller / wagon so I had to carry my one year old grand daughter every where we went...uhhhhh! Would have been PERFECT to borrow a stroller or wagon from the front

Days were great for us but our nights were terrible. Our 2 year old cried most of the 2 nights we stayed. We hardly slept. Bull frogs were loud all night long & also kept us awake. I found the washrooms to far. For myself too many pine trees which made the bugs bad & not enough grass. Over all its a great campsite, very clean & offers a lot for all ages.

Our group had a great time staying at the KOA Renfrew for the Horton Hoedown. Angela and her staff were great! We will definitely be returning.

I have been going to the Renfrew KOA for 10 years now . I have only wonderful memory there. St Renfrew KOA is like home it me . My family loves it there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our lot was very large with a great mix of sun and shade and right by the water. The park is very well maintained and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be be back!

We were there for the Horton Hoedown. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to accommodate us. Lots of staff on hand. Very clean campground. Great for kids with new jump pad and water park! Store was well stocked.

Overall, very clean campground. However, several campers were up all night long (loud talk and music on) and kept people up untill 4:30 AM. The campground did not enforce its curfew policy both nights we were there.

Angela and her staff went above and beyond for us to make our stay memorable . I own a cottage and do not usually stay in campgrounds because i had this perception they were to crowded . This KOA and its Staff and location are great I would go back and I will give great reviews to anyone who asks me for a spot they should check in for a great camping adventure as the ground are beautiful

Staff were excellent, cabins nice and clean and lots of activity options available. Location good, close to the Bonnechere Caves, Chutes Coulonge and Renfrew as well as Logos Land and white water rafting/tubing establishments.

Enjoyed our stay with our Grand daughter as it was her first camping trip. Staff friendly and helpful. Park was clean and well kept. Beach needs to be made much larger. Nice playground area for kids, splash pad wasn’t working during our stay. Sites are way too close to each other and for that reason,,we wouldn’t return.

Very friendly staff , camping sites well maintained, good laundry facilities along with washrooms and showers. Will highly recommend it to anyone, we would also come back to Renfrew campground.
