Beautiful sites and beach. Great amenities such as playground, splash pad, bouncy pillow, and shop. Rentals available and canoeing was fun! Great staff. Very safe place for children. Would have preferred if firewood was chosen from below the wet layer, or somehow kept drier. Thank you!

If there was a pool vs only that small beach then it would be almost a five. I don't think that the small lake is a beach in my opinion. Friendly staff and washroom are always clean. I love the activities and nice touch with the games in the rec room. Again a pool would greatly bring the scores up to this park . A pool is needed.

My sister and I stayed one night in a tent site and were very impressed with the infrastructure and the staff. It is especially well suited for those camping with a family. The kids seemed to be having a blast, and there was no shortage of possibilities for fun. It was a bit expensive for the "pitch the tent, sleep and leave" visit we made, but it was clean and had large level tent sites.

We have been coming here for over 10 years and it was wonderful! Felt very comfortable and we were with 7 other couples. The kids had a blast playing mini putt, bouncing, swimming, biking. It was the first big hurrah in a long time. No fireworks but it didn't make a difference for us. Just so happy for a little freedom. Thank you! Bob and Debbie

We always stay at KOA Renfrew. Always clean and staff are friendly. One thing though, before closing up for the night, check to see that there is toilet paper and paper towels stocked as they seem to run out before the staff open up in the morning

Although the spots are a little tight and the picnic tables need replacing, definitely love this campground, staff are super friendly and easy to get to from Ottawa

We all had an awesome time! Staff were nice, friendly and accommodating, the amenities were great, and the campsites we stayed on were really nice! We will definitely be back again :)

We had a great stay at Renfrew KOA ! Sonya's the best ! Thanks Sonya for working so hard to take care of us. All the other campers were just great. Very sociable and the facilities were as good as I've ever experienced. Looking forward to going back.

Sites are to close to one another, loud neighbors. Will not be returning to a koa campground.

Staff is absent 12 hours a day. We spent a terror night being verbally abused by a group of drunk people, with derogatory, racist and xenophobic attacks, and fearing for our physical safety. The day after, manager did not provide a solution. We had to leave, the bad people stayed. Our vacation was ruined. This is how you manage a campsite? Hope you don't have to regret any tragedy in the future.

It was a nice stay considering that it rained for the majority of the time we were there. Other than that it was enjoyable and quiet.

All of the staff was wonderful! Mother nature dumped a ton of rain on us and two different staff members offered to bring us fresh dry wood and checked in to make sure we were okay during the rain. (We were in a tent!) Felts safe and comfortable our whole weekend! Our whole group enjoyed the jump pad, the Mini put and the wonderful waterfront view. We will definitely be going back in the future!

It's was a fun time.. got to go on the boat.. kids got to swim and play the the park.. and we all did mini golf as well.. and the at night we all sat around a nice fire.. I can stay this one of the best places I have went camping.. and will for sure be going back...

We have stayed at the Renfrew KOA two years in a row now and it was fantastic! We stayed in a cabin both times, it was clean and cozy. The beach is also awesome and a great place to spend the day! A great place to stay with kids as there are lots of little activities for them to do too!

The park is lovely, clean, friendly and well organized. The kids LOVED the activities available and our dog slept for 2 days after the running she was able to do.. The golf was an amazing hit for our family! Thank you! We look forward to returning again!

It was good lots of stuff to do with the kids. Had only one problem with a drunk guy complaint about me walking my dog at 7pm because his dog started barking at mine then other dogs by him started barking mine just kept on walking and didn’t bark so he was mad I guess but other then that I would go back and stay longer

Great campground, staff were very helpful. Not all sites have sewer and there is no dumping station but the staff are great for accommodations. Very clean, awesome beach, lake and play area for the kids. Huge field for dogs to run and play fetch. Our biggest issue was site configuration. A little help/guidance regarding site orientation would have made this a 6* rating! Overall, awesome park!
