The staff and facilities were very good. There is lots to do for all ages with the lake and beach, driving range, mini-putt, splash pad, jumping pad, basketball and volleyball. We got a good quantity of dry firewood for the price. The campground is easy to access from hwy 17

I was very disappointed in my stay. 1. Employees were poorly informed on the operations of the park and could not answer our questions. 2. The Men's bathroom was locked at 10PM and did not open before we left. We paid KOA rate expecting clean toilets and showers. We didn't get that! We called the emergency number and got a vmail. No one called back or responded. Disappointed!

Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Which to me is lacking in a lot of the koa campsites. So thumbs up for Renfrew koa

This was a short (Thurs-Mon) stay with some friends on a golf get away in the area. I would definitely book a premium site again on future stays.

When I did my reservation online it showed me a lot by the lake but got #52 instead I didn’t appreciate that the owner didn’t ask my neighbour to lower the volume of his radio that was loud enough for half of the campground to hear and an other camper had to ask him to do it It’s call respect

I absolutely love this campground. The staff is amazing and friendly. There little 'shop' has everything you may forget and just a pleasure to be at. We have no complaints and will be returning. :D

We were not aware that your campground didn’t have a dump station when booking site #74 which does not have a sewer hookup. It was rather inconvenient.

Both of us enjoyed our stay at campground. This is so far the best I have seen so far. Starting from friendly and professional staff, to activities for all aged group, to cleanliness of the washroom and sites, cannot forget the Lake, everything was perfect to enjoy.

Séjour agréable. Nous étions sur le site 70 et aurions aimé avoir un arbre qui aurait fait de l'ombre lors de journées très chaudes et ensoleillées. Le personnel est très gentil et amical. Nous reviendrons bientôt.

Quiet time was not enforced. One site was playing music very loud past the quiet time by 3 hours. We were unable to get a hold of anyone who worked there to get it to stopped. Campground was clean.

Site was quiet and clean. Prices in the store were reasonable and the beach was well maintained. This is a hidden gem that I will be visiting with my family for years to come.

It was brief but extremely enjoyable. Staff welcoming and helpful. Facilities clean and grounds tidy. Even had time for our first dip of season. Refreshing.

The best maintained campground. The grounds and amenities are immaculate and the staff are second to none. Strongly recommended campground.

It was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabin I rented was very clean. They people there were all so friendly. It was a great experience. They offer lots of things to do. I highly recommended them.
