The camp site and lodge is very clean and staff are kind. My kids were looking forward to fishing but we did not find good spot but totally good camp site.

It’s a nice campground but the mini-putt is in dire need of updating. My biggest concern was the lack of cleanliness, especially during Covid. Female washroom was without paper towels more than half the time, empty soap dispenser, the garbage cans full & overflowing in both male & female washrooms all the time. Washrooms need to be cleaned more than once per day, dish sink & rack were both dirty

We enjoyed our time. We were happy with the cabin size and layout. We liked the size of the campground. Washrooms were cleaned often and never busy. Area to wash dishes was helpful. Cabin table and fridge were dirty when we arrived. We probably wouldn't return only due to the swimming area. The water smelt horrible and made us worry if it was clean enough to swim in.

My family and I very much love staying here... -wish we were able to grab wood whenever, so we can cook food whenever. -wish other people at their own sites would be considerate of others, mind their own business unless their kind. -and leaches, wish my family and I could enjoy the beach but we get to grossed out about the leaches (which are huge)

This was our 6th KOA and we loved it! It has lots of free fun activities to do with your children ( even without recreational activities) It is the only one in Ontario with a lake which was a refreshing change from pools. We had 3 sites booked ( 2 cabins 1 tent) and we had lots of space for our families. Our favorite things were the sandy beach jumping pillow and driving range. We will be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful/. We rented three cabins and one trailer site! The cabins were clean and cosy! The trailer site was by the lake and gave us adequate room with a pretty view~. Everyone had lots to do and had a wonderful time. Thank you Sonya, you made us feel very welcome! Hope to see you soon again~

Had one issue...no emergency contact number. Son was ill and had to leave his cabin quickly at 12:30 a.m. to be sick (beside ours) The door locked behind him. He wasn't thinking about the switch on the deadbolt in his haste. He had to sleep in our cabin as a result. There should be a local after hours number. If he was travelling alone he would have had his car keys, wallet etc. unavailable.

I recommend replacing the deadbolts on the cabins that auto lock when you leave. I woke up in the middle of the night due to stomach issues and left my cabin in a hurry to throw up and ended up being locked out for the entire night because I didn't grab the key on the way out. Also have a staff member on duty to handle such issues. Paying for a cabin and being locked out for 12 hrs is not ok.

This was our second year staying here and we throughly enjoyed it. We booked again for next year. Loved seeing all the beautiful sites and how beautifully they are kept. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helped with anything or questions we had. 99% of the people camping were awesome. Over all everything was great and can't wait for next year. Thanks KOA Renfrew/Ottawa West.

We had a great time, the cabin was clean, very nice and close to the beach. Bring the salt, there are lots of leeches around the beach area(not in the swim area). We wish the campground would get their service provider to setup a better WIFI signal throughout the park and not just within 40 feet from the main store. Other then that, we will be returning again and again to this park. :) :) :

We stayed in one of the Cabins. The Cabin and all the facilities were very clean. The weather was not ideal, but the location, friendly people and activities made all the difference. We have already recommended KOA Renfrew to friends.

It’s short but it’s an awesome stay for us. The most beautiful thing is that we rented a cabin which is so comfy and the fireplace was great. Love to visit again.

Staff were wonderful. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Shop is well stocked and grounds are well kept. I was a bit surprised that the beach wasn’t tended to at all over the our 3 day stay. There was debris, a bit of garbage and broken kids toys laying around for days. The mini putt could use a face lift as many of the greens are ripped. Covid protocols were exceptional. It was a pleasant stay.

Very kind staff, excellent and clean facilities. However, quiet hours were not enforced and music was blaring from the tent area until about 2am.....We will not be returning to this location for this reason alone. Everything else about this location and our stay was fantastic.

So clean. Every thing was lysoled. Social distance was applied. Thanks to all the staff who were always going above and beyond the normal over clean routine.

Such a great campground. It's our second time here this summer, this time we rented a cabin and we really enjoyed it. Cabins are basic, but look very nice and are very clean. There is a small fridge, a heater and a fan and a small bbq outside. The people are friendly and helpful and they bring the firewood to your campsite. Bathrooms a bit dated, but clean.

Had a great time as usual. Had a problem with wood delivery first day, but was rectified. Weather was great, sorry we missed you again Angela. New bounce pad was a hit with the kids. Many, many pictures. Thanks again.

Great stay overall. We wish KOA would revise its policy re points not being applied to deposits...we did want to cash in some points finally and were not able to because of the policy. The lake seems to only have tiny fish so the fishing was not quite as expected but it was still very nice to get on the water and the rental rates were quite reasonable. Pool/hot tub would be a welcome addition!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that there was electricity in the cabin as it did not mention that on the website. There was also two fans, one was a space heater and a mini fridge! There’s a charcoal bbq that I was also surprised to see. Loved the staff! The only issue....leaches in the lake! Lol but my family and I will be back next summer!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our cabin was comfortable but not air conditioned! The fan was adequate! However, when I dropped something on the floor and checked under the beds I found a lot of dirt and dust that had been there for a long while! Hot water was plentiful and showers were clean!

Staff were excellent, cabins nice and clean and lots of activity options available. Location good, close to the Bonnechere Caves, Chutes Coulonge and Renfrew as well as Logos Land and white water rafting/tubing establishments.
