Nice campground. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Lake a big plus. Utilities good. Wi-fi spotty - could be improved. All in all a good RV Park and could recommend.

It was great like always! But was hoping for wifi as it was advertised for the booking and it was not available at our site.

Satisfactory but not too exciting for visitors to our nation's capital! Disappointing WIFI service for travellers. Washrooms don't show much pizazz, but they were clean and the price was right. Sorry....we've seen a lot of KOA's in North America...this was somewhat middle of the road...did appreciate efforts at recycling!!!

Arrived late in the day and early in September. Nice quiet campground. Staff was nice, washrooms and shower clean and plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, the weather turned cool and rainy but, that did not take away from the facilities. We will go again given the chance.

Garbage bin was not illustrated on the map. Outdoor water resort was not very attractive. People were friendly and the park was clean.

Stopped in on our way to North Bay. Fantastic facility, Tons of room at site, services were easily accessed and clean. Bathrooms were cleaner than even ours... LOL Dogs had a blast in the large open fields and hiking around the park area... on lease of course... but still took a half hour to walk the perimeter great excersise for them.

One of the nicest KOA's that we have been to and have been to many. Only negative was insufficient ventilation in showers.

Friendly staff but loud log splitter and chainsaw noises for hours ruined the experience. Also trees on entrance touched tge top of our rig. Thats a sound we don't like to hear . Lots of expensive equipment on the roof of a class A

Our first stay at a KOA campground and we were impressed. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Very well kept campground. Nice large pull throughs. Great stay. Knocked down a star due to very poor wifi, and the place was not busy/packed.

We always enjoy camping at the Renfrew KOA because it offers what we are looking for. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the sites are large enough with all three services, very nice beach and we get to meet people from all over. That's why we keep coming back. Been going to this KOA since 2013.

We’ve been going to this KOA for 18 years. Used to use the tent sites and the Kabins and now we have a trailer. We love the owners and all their staff, and love meeting new campers, especially all the pets! Lol. Very family oriented too.

We were very pleased with the facilities and enjoyed our stay. The lake was an added bonus and allowed for kayaking and good swimming.

The staff and facilties at KOA Renfrew/Ottawa West are the absolute best. There to help you out at each step, always with a smile, they really make it easy to have a great weekend and stay focused on the kids having fun instead of the logistics of camping. Great facility, driving range, playground, bounce pad, lake, boats and then the events!!! Haunted Walk, halloween, candy bar bingo etc etc

Ce ne sont pas de grands terrains, pas très intimes non plus mais on a eu un excellent service du personnel. C'était un long Week-end très achalandé et on a quand même réussi à nous trouver un emplacement pour la nuit. On a même profité d'un ''souper spaghetti'' organisé pour les campeurs! Super!

Great camp ground, very clean and well maintained. Great play area for the kids. Great little lake that we were able to take our kayaks out on, shallow swimming area was great for the kids. friendly staff.

Wonderful campground! Great amenities, very clean, and super location! We will be back next year! My only compliant was the the rental paddle boats are in rough shape...one was completely un-usable and the other was usable, but hard to drive as the handle was broken.

The campsite was okay, but the description should read Ottawa Valley West as it is over an hour drive away! With highway construction make it close to two hours. Not convenient at all!

Short overnight stay. Nice campground. Drizzled rain so lots of wet sand and dirt in the rv and public buildings. Gravel would help in parking spots and roadways.

A great campsite close to Ottawa. Many activities within close proximity of campsite. Great game area for kid. Reasonable cost for basket of golf balls for the driving range. The sites for the large unit was fantastic plenty of room to manœuvre. Sites and the lake was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will return. WI-FI was ok but could be improved.

camping lots very small and not well dispersed. We were facing our neighbor, which were strangers and our awnings were almost touching. We had to do our fire with them at night since we were all sitting together. Very old and ugly seasonal trailers which made the park look very bad and very 'red neck'. False advertisement about beach and fishing; its a pond, not the river! Great playground area.
