This is a really nice camping, peaceful and well situated. Their only weakness is the wifi. it is only available in the reception bldg. we will be back.

Spot was were were assigned was very small and very tight for our trailer size. Also, not sure why, but an incredible amount of flies (house/garbage type flies), not mosquitoes, at this particular site. Staff are very friendly here.

Thank you Sonia for going the extra mile on our last day. Firewood is wet and punky though. And if the lots were clearly marked where they join the lot behind perhaps those neighbors that like to infringe on personal space (we could not open our ramp within our own lot) or enjoy the outdoors as our neighbors were loud and rude and we were forced to remain inside more than we cared to.

The noise/bad language well into the late night/early morning hours from campers (assuming seasonal) was ridiculous. This should be monitored being a family campground. Other than that, it is a nice, clean campground with many fun things for kids. Our granddaughter had a blast on the bouncy pillow/mat and at the mini putt.

In the area we were in it was dirt and when it rained we were full of mud. Would prefer grass or gravel. It makes quite a mess.

Nice clean park. Only stayed one night. But was easy in and out. Nice lot size and amenities seemed good for kids.

We ended up at 33 which is prime as it faces the beach. Really enjoyed this site. Facilities were spotless and staff very helpful. Kids also enjoyed the Rec Room. Would definitely consider returning here again.

Mass confusion over which site we were in as one guest took up our site and another one. The girl working at the campground was lovely but really just a child and not equipped to deal with the belligerent person who had done this. People should be escorted to their campsite to make sure they are in the right one. No sewer dump on site. The sites were in a field. There was a lot for children to do.

I liked the area and staff were very helpful and quite pleasant to deal with. The only problems I ran into were the pull through spot was not really set up like every other park I've been to. The sewer hookup was in the middle of the lot and my hose wasn't long enough {15 foot hose), I was able to borrow a 25 foot hose from the office but the tongue of the trailer right at the road.

This Koa has a lot to offer, kid’s would love the water park, I did. Some sites are really close to each other, not a lot of wiggle room for a bigger rigs like mine and my relative we both have 36’ class A MH. Staffs are very accommodating, friendly and guided us to our site’s. There was an issue with our electric hook up but they are quick to resolve it. Thanks to complimentary firewood’s

Our site was nicely shaded and close to the amenities and beach. The facilities and campground were clean. The only downside is there weren't many shaded areas...most activities (splash pad, mini putt, horse shoe pits) were in open field/areas...can't be enjoyed on really sunny and hot days.

We arrived really later than expected. As we called earlier in the day to advise KOA, we were able to check in over the phone. When we arrived, there was a map of the campsite in my name, with the way to our site. I felt like I was on a treasure hunt. I loved. Thanks KOA!

We loved our site #80 at Renfrew KOA. We will happily return again, even though it's only an hour's drive for us with our trailer. Hosts were friendly, courteous and very helpful. We will heartily recommend sites 79, 80 and 81 for trailer camping that "feels" like "wilderness" camping but with excellent services within just short walks from the trailer.

Our first stay at the KOA Renfrew but certainly won't be our last! Facilities were great and the staff were even better! Our kids had a great time and we're looking forward to hearing back soon

Sites are too close with each other. They know we are driving a 37 and 33 foot Class a motorhome and towing and still have put us on a small sites. To top it off they have asked us to reduce the power consumption on a very hot day. We are running on 30 amps power and the amp was reduced substantially that we can't watch TV and running A/C at the same time.

We were parked on lot 100 and the ground was all soft and sticky sand. It sure made a mess inside. With that said I love using koa campgrounds. The service is perfect.

Amazing friendly staff, great facilities, activities are so many to keep our kids busy. Only one negative is the sites are very small and too close together. Our stay was GREAT!!

Huge clean shower facility, camping spots were big and had grass not dirt and there was a dog park :) great stay.

We found the sites too close together and there was no internet service and very poor tv reception even though we have a digital booster aboard our RV.

We had a very pleasant stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were very polite and helpful. Staff did a very good job keeping the grounds clean. Wash rooms could use a little updating. If we are in the area again we will definitely book again.

It was a nice change with a beach right there. Found it a little crowded with each trailer so close together but overall it was a nice stay.

Very well mannered campers here. Just the right size. I was a disappointed they didn't have a designated dump station for those who didn't have the full hook ups. If you want to dump you had to wait until one of the pull thru left. When I left I had a 9 hour drive and had to leave early with my tanks 1/3 full.
