Grounds were great! Our tenting spot was absolutely beautiful, right on the water and well landscaped. Owners even called to see if we were okay after a few hours of not being there.

Great facility, friendly staff. Wood purchased on site was extremely wet and hard to burn. RV neighbours were very loud, partying and drinking and listening to music til approx 1:30am

Loved the stay! Lots to do, pet friendly and great staff! Only not a 5 cause I was concerned about swimming when a family found a leech. But still went kayaking so that was a bonus. Had an amazing time and will be returning!

As a last minute resort this was a wonderful place to stay. Very friendly people and staff, and a great place if you have a dog!

We defiantly had the best tent site which made a huge impact on our stay. I love how big the tent sites were. The beach was nice and clean. They had a lot of options for activities and they were cheap to do. The staff were all kind and friendly. The bathrooms/showers were clean. 10/10 would recommend this campground to others, would even go back sometime in the future.

Smaller campground, friendly staff, fairly well taken care of, just a bit dated. Best things, free mini putt and very clean washrooms. Worst thing, firewood was not dry and barely usable. Had to get some from town to actually get the fire going.

We have been staying here for 15+ years for a reason. Incredible campground. Staff is always friendly and helpful, Sonia and staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure our stay goes smoothly and stress free. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Will always highly recommend :)

Friendly staff. Kids had a blast. Everyone was friendly and following covid distancing. A great place to take your kids at a very reasonable rate or just to get away and relax in the tall pines.

Once again it was KOA to the rescue for me and my family. We had booked at another campsite and when we arrived, they had taken their deposit with no place for us to camp. I called Sonia and she didn’t even hesitate to help us out. We’ve already booked our next visit. Can’t wait to go again.

It was really nice.Lake view is beautiful and quiet. We really enjoyed there. But only one thing is there's too much ant holes.

Absolutely an awesome campground and staff. Very much family oriented and a great deal of activities for the kids. Staff was amazing and very understanding when on a long weekend we had to leave early due to rain. Grounds were clean, and extra measures were taken to keep the facilities clean due to Covid. Looking forward to returning.

My only complaint was the first night we were their people came at midnight and proceeded to set up there tent and use electric blowers to fill air mattresses. Complete disrespect for everyone around. Staff were very pleasant/ restrooms were very clean. Great job by staff

Awesome first time for the kids! Stayed one night and the place is great. Kid friendly park and amenities. Very clean facilities and the lake was great to splash around in. Amazing experience over all we will return for sure.

A wonderful surprise. Very clean and so much to do activity wise. We have done a lot of camping over the years but this was the most incredible experience. Great staff with caring and wonderful attitudes. We had a campsite right on the water with all of the pleasures of home. We are returning in August to stay at one of the cabins and cannot wait to get back there. .

Social distancing is being practiced by staff; not unnecessarily the campers though. Amazing stay for family as kids beyond enjoyed the floating raft, trampoline, and playground. Good sized lots, great lake for swimming and we'll maintained washrooms.

Although we found our spot a little small it was close to the beach and bathrooms. The seasonal campers were friendly and inviting. The staff was very accommodating. We loved the little lake and beach area as well.

KOA Renfrew is a nice family oriented campsite. Whether there for a night or longer - the staff is amazing and wants to ensure you enjoy your stay. They have lots of amenities included in the fees which is unlike a lot of KOA’s . I highly recommend their campsite .

Great place for kids. Service was top notch, staff were extremely polite and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some quiet relaxing time.

Conditions were dirty, bathrooms were beyond disgusting. We have stayed at several KOA’s before and this location did not come close with regards to cleanliness

I usually camp at the provincial parcs. This was my first time at a KOA. It was very different from what I expected.

The stay was good I’ve been going there for years, unfortunately I won’t be coming back as the lake/private beach is now infested with leeches
