Everyone was super nice and welcoming!!!! We appreciated all the extra help when we broke our window. Shower house was super clean!!! I love the general store.

Enjoyed the welcome cookies! Escort was polite and helpful. Clean bathrooms. Site was not as level as I’ve come to expect at KOAs and a little “congested” with other sites.

Louanne was so great (and patient!) at accommodating our request. Beautiful park, tons of amenities, clean and well cared for. All the employees really seem to care about the guests comfort as well the park itself. Can’t wait to return!

Fine stay - Bathrooms closed along time for cleaning. It would have been fine if there was a second bathroom facility. Pool chairs stained

Campground was excellent and the staff was great. The only reason I rated 4 stars is very low water pressure and cable was so fuzzy we could not watch it.

Probably the best KOA we have stayed in. Grounds were very clean and well kept, our site was level. Staff was very friendly and we observed them going above and beyond to help another camper's needs. Lots of activities available and an extremely well stocked store.

Horrible water pressure. Pads at sites need some attention. Staff was excellent though. Bathrooms 3xcellent as well

Stayed on site 44. Concrete pad to park on but outside door and entire area around firepit pure black dirt. Had rained before we got there and rained while there. Flooded, nasty mess. Never been in worse camp site. Water pressure fluctuated from 20-25 psi. About 2 AM had 2 motorhomes come in right behind us and made noise for over an hour. Shouldn't let people in at that time, sleep in rest area.

Shaded level sites with good space between. Nice people and lots for kids to do. Major issue with off-leash dogs owned by KOA workers. One group has a black and white dog that was NEVER on a leash even when being walked. Their camper was by the dog park and it was a topic of discussion, as dog owners avoided the park. We won’t go back for this reason but it was a nice campground.

it was a very busy week at the KOA, but the entire campground and all its facilities were kept immaculately clean. The campground staff were super-friendly and efficient as usual. We rented a cabin and enjoyed the air conditioned comfort it gave us. The pool was also in great condition with nice, clean water the perfect temperature. We come back year after year because of this.

Our campsite was very narrow with little room to move around. The weather was threatening rain so we did not want to sit outside which is good because there wouldn’t have been anywhere to sit. Proximity to interstate was very convenient and the staff was friendly.

We had 6 camp sites and stayed 3 nights. Everyone was well pleased with their sites, how clean everything was, and how much there was for the kids to do! First time here but won't be the last. Other KOAs should stop by and be inspired.

Site was not level and was more dirt than asphalt. Our awning would have hit the tree if we had stayed where the gentleman that helped us into the spot told us to stop.

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating! It had lots to do and was very quiet and relaxing! Our family had a blast and can’t wait to go back!

Great for kids but camping spots were too close and didn't have a flat spot for the picnic table unless it was under our canopy (which is where we like to put our camping chairs. The space between our slideout and our neighbor's slideout was 24"....scary close. The area outside our door was muddy with very little gravel. Just felt like for the price, it could have been nicer. Workers/bathroom nice

Very nice park, but likely will not return. I did not give a 5 rating as our site was not level, needed 2 thick boards to level camper and the water pressure was very low, only 21 to 25 psi. We also found it rather buggy, but that did not enter into our rating as that is beyond your control. Thank you.

Absolutely thrilled with improvements made to the WiFi! Streaming is no problem! Love the Paw Pen and deluxe paved sites.

We LOVE staying at Renfro Valley KOA. The kids have a great time. There is so much to do. The sites are great. I have no complaints. We can't wait to come back!!

This KOA always has friendly helpful staff. Tue bathrooms are clean and very nice. So many activities for the kids to do, our boys played from sun up to sun down! Highly recommend staying here.

WE CAMP 8 DAYS THERE IT WAS PEACEFUL AND RESTFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAMP GROUND MET SOME AWESOME PEOPLE. THEY ARE SO HELPFUL WITH WHAT EVER YOU NEED .THANKYOU FOR A BLESSED WEEK OF REST.

It was our first camping trip. We had a great time and there are several activities to do with the kids!

Passing through. Only stayed for 1 night. Too bad really because it is a vey nice woodsy open campground. Especially liked the the walking trails through the secluded forest. Perfect area to trail walk the dogs. Level gravel site with easy hook ups.

We had a great time at this KOA. Great owners and staff. Beautiful location up on the hill. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Hiking trail through the woods was a bonus for me and my doggy. Even saw Bigfoot. Some sites have adjoining dog pens. 2 dog K9 parks. Some sites are not level but doesn't take much to level your camper. They have a small putt putt that could use some work but we had a blast playing on it. Bathrooms and laundry room areas were clean and in good shape.
