Camp ground is nice! However not allowing dogs in the deluxe cabins and considering how uncomfortable the beds in camping cabins were sadly we will not be returning.

Grounds are beautiful! Well kept. Beds in the camping cabin was horrible. My husband and I both have bad backs. Mattress seemed fine at first and we got in bed. Only spaced out slats under the thin mattress. Cheap piece of plywood would make a world of difference.

I am giving 5 stars because my stay was fine but I likely won't be staying at that campground again as the pet policy has changed for deluxe cabins and pets are no longer allowed in them.

Our stay was during the Halloween weekend 2021. Although it rained continually for the entire weekend, the events were adjusted accordingly, and the grandkids still had an awesome time. My youngest Natalie at 6 years old, it was her first-time camping, she declared she never wanted to leave. We will be back in the spring 2022. The other two grandkids, Devin and Destiny had a great time as well.

We loved our time at Renfo Valley KOA. This was our first time staying there, but we'll definitely be back. My only recommendations: a curtain for the door of cabin 2 & an updated mattress in the bedroom. We felt like we slept on the ground :/ Lastly, an occasional leaf blower to the jumping pillow to clear the morning dew and leaves would be nice too.

The stay was great. The bathroom was good but I have seen them kept cleaner throughout the day. I know of one stall did not have toilet tissue in it. The bathroom before was some of the cleanest I had ever been in. I know it was a busy weekend but that never mattered before. Thanks!

I rented a cabin. For the price charged I would think they could afford to buy a comfortable mattress. I have never sleeping accommodations as bad as at that KOA. I should have kept my $90 and slept on the ground.

We were lucky to get a cancellation cabin for Halloween festivities! Our kiddos loved it as well as us! We will be back! The only thing we’d change would be add a bathroom at least a toilet to the camping cabins.

Another wonderful stay at Renfro. The owners have done an amazing job, there's improvements every time we visit. The staff and planned events are outstanding.

We enjoy the Halloween weekends! Would love to see Friday night movie at the barn and Saturday morning pancake breakfast at the barn brought back!

Booked a cabin last minute while on a motorcycle ride. We found the cabin, campground and especially the restrooms/showers to be spotless. Enjoyed nice hot showers. It is a very well run campground. We will be back and highly recommend to others!

Rented a camping cabin. They are decent. Beds are terrible. Thin mattress on beds with slats. So you feel every board. Wouldn't be any trouble to put plywood over slats to give a little stability. Nice for kids but if you want quiet get away stay away. We were on our cabin porch and they had a hay ride kids squirting each other and my wife was on a business call and they soaked her. Kids gone wild

it was a very busy week at the KOA, but the entire campground and all its facilities were kept immaculately clean. The campground staff were super-friendly and efficient as usual. We rented a cabin and enjoyed the air conditioned comfort it gave us. The pool was also in great condition with nice, clean water the perfect temperature. We come back year after year because of this.

Ceiling fan didn’t work, the lodge was advertised as two single beds, a loft, a full and a queen. The two single beds were two mattresses in the loft where no adult could sleep. We were all disabled and with no golf cart rental we found it very difficult to traverse the campground. The staff however was amazing. We had to go out onto the main rd to return to our cabin every time we used our car

The most fun we've had camping in years. We usually do a short getaway before the kids go back to school. This year we chose Renfro Valley KOA, & we're so happy we did. The kids had an absolute blast. They made new friends during all the activities the campground had set for their "Wet'n'wild" weekend. It reminded me of the best times camping when I was younger. We've already booked another trip!

Excellent campground, clean, beautifully landscaped, convenient for just about everything. Plenty of activities and equipment for every age. Very nice efficient and friendly staff. I definitely will be back! I had 6 of my grandkids with me and they had so much fun. Nice clean cabins, restrooms and showers.

We had family in for the weekend and our two nephews wanted to camp. So I went to KOA and told the lady that we were having family and that after a day on the lake everyone would be coming back to the cabin for a cook out, but would not be staying. When I checked in I was told it was $5.00 a head for each person besides the four that was staying. So another $40 to just cookout. Not Cool

Annoyed are stay staff was really friendly, was alot of play stuff for kids and was place together, if I can recommend something I would update the golf, and maybe put some vents in the bathrooms in the cabins

Amazing service, atmosphere, & people. Park clean with great amenities. The only things are camping cabins need tin roofs for insulation and better mattresses. The full in # 4 we could feel the rails through and the bunks were a little better. But you guys ROCK

Passing through. Only stayed for 1 night. Too bad really because it is a vey nice woodsy open campground. Especially liked the the walking trails through the secluded forest. Perfect area to trail walk the dogs. Level gravel site with easy hook ups.

We had a great time at this KOA. Great owners and staff. Beautiful location up on the hill. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Hiking trail through the woods was a bonus for me and my doggy. Even saw Bigfoot. Some sites have adjoining dog pens. 2 dog K9 parks. Some sites are not level but doesn't take much to level your camper. They have a small putt putt that could use some work but we had a blast playing on it. Bathrooms and laundry room areas were clean and in good shape.
