I should have paid more attention to the reviews and found another campground. Not big rig friendly or suitable. The road for entry is narrow and steep. There is no sign where to stop and register, so we had to drive through the campground in order to get to the narrow road to our site which was not level. The office personnel were very nice NOT worth the Hilton Hotel prices.

Site 31 was very unlevel as were sites on either side of us. Cable was a lot of snow but watchable. Our next stop on NC cable was crystal clear. It was only one night we didn’t want to unhook. Our site was so far off level even our auto level had to abort.

Great campground. The cabin and restrooms were exceptionally clean. The grounds were beautiful. Would definitely stay hee again

First time at this particular KOA, definitely dog friendly and something seemed to be going on all of the time. I like that they text information and when things are about to begin. Quick to respond to questions also.

Love this campground. Near freeway, great people, very clean bathrooms, very helpful employees. Plus has pool, hiking trails and lots of wonderful pet areas.

The planned activities on Saturday were so much fun! The campground sites were nice especially the ones with the concrete patio. The bathrooms were very clean. The best part was the staff; the were friendly and very welcoming to the campground.

Our stay was great! The staff was great! I will def come back and camp there again! My family loved it as well. The only thing that disappointed me was I brought you new business, a friend of mine has already booked 2 camping trips there based on my recommendation and other than a thank you I didn't get much else. That was rather disappointing but oh well! All in all great campground!

Very clean, nice campground. However, the electric at my site was never unlocked, even after requesting it. So I had a tent site with water and electric, but was unable to use electric. Not sure if I will return. Made a big difference in what equipment I took.

Plenty of open sites - they put us right between two other campers - hookups on one side only and our waste tanks hose couldn’t reach. Water pressure so low I had to fill the tank and use the pump. Facilities were nice otherwise. I would have preferred some privacy.

Love it. Love it. Love it. Wonderful park and Kevin and Holly plus their staff are the best. We have our family reunion there every year and my family love the cabins and pool. The kids are thrilled to be there with all the activities My pictures don't lie lol. I just can't say enough about the RENFRO VALLEY KOA except Yeaaaaaaa Baby !!!

We had our whole family there with 3 grandchildren...5,7 & 9... they had so much fun....lots to do! Would recommend it highly!

Very nice, very well kept campground! Saturdays are filled with activities and even an ice cream �� cart! If you need anything from the camp store, just text them and it will be at your campsite within minutes. Even breakfast biscuits! We were there this past weekend and reserved a spot for mid august. Sites are level with plenty of shade trees ��.

We only stayed one night. The showers and restrooms were clean. The some sights are in the small side but there are larger ones that even have pet areas. It was nice and quiet. Only issue we had was when leaving. At the main road there is nothing that indicates the road is a one way. As we were leaving someone was trying to come up the hill. There is no room to pass if you are towing a camper.

Kampground Host were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. Even though a Huge storm passed through knocking out the power, they came around to assure we were safe and kept us up to date on when power would be back on. I wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the options this park offered , but I WILL return one day to do so. Best campground EVER

Friendly staff, easy access to sites, extremely clean facilities. Only had a quick (in late, out early) stay but will definitely book here next time we are in the area!

First thing is we were put in a site that was facing another site that was not cleaned up yet,,garbage bags sitting out,,and the smell was not good. I think the camper put cooking oil in the fire pit ,,another great smell. We did asked to move and that was granted. There was a lot of empty sites being a Sunday night,,someone should have checked that site. Restrooms were filthy. Pool not open

Very clean and well maintained property. New owners really nice and motivated to continually upgrade the property. Our event always ends late day, owners give us late checkout which is really helpful. Thank you! Sure it may cost a little more than other options, but well worth it.

Site was muddy and very close to people next to us. Couldn’t even enjoy the outside sitting area. I am finding this with all KOAs it is very sad.

Passing through. Only stayed for 1 night. Too bad really because it is a vey nice woodsy open campground. Especially liked the the walking trails through the secluded forest. Perfect area to trail walk the dogs. Level gravel site with easy hook ups.

We had a great time at this KOA. Great owners and staff. Beautiful location up on the hill. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Hiking trail through the woods was a bonus for me and my doggy. Even saw Bigfoot. Some sites have adjoining dog pens. 2 dog K9 parks. Some sites are not level but doesn't take much to level your camper. They have a small putt putt that could use some work but we had a blast playing on it. Bathrooms and laundry room areas were clean and in good shape.
