This was a one night stay on our way back from Florida. It was easy to reserve the site a couple hours before arriving. It was cold out so we did not use any of the facilities. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

I hit this KOA in later winter so park was not busy at all but the staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. I will stay again.

Very clean restrooms and showers, dated decor but spotless. Camping pads in dire need of repair/replacing. Sites are incredibly close together, maybe only 5 ft apart. Children’s play structure is actively being dismantled. Lots of other activities, pool, gaga, splash pad, shuffleboard, horseshoes. Putt Putt was in disrepair and only 6 holes. Store was nice. Fenced dog run.

I am giving 5 stars because my stay was fine but I likely won't be staying at that campground again as the pet policy has changed for deluxe cabins and pets are no longer allowed in them.

We were forced to pay for two nights because we arrived on a Friday on March 1st. The campground was over 70% empty. No amenities were open. The price was almost double compared to the other KOAs we booked. The site was not level. We felt totally taken advantage of. This policy is ridiculous. Plus side, the restroom/showers were nice. Everything was good however the price for the 2 days was more than the motel 1/4 mile away. Most every outdoor activity was still closed from the winter. But I could see this being a great place in the summer months.

Because of the cool weather, we did not make use of any of the amenities. Everything was clean & neat. Office staff helpful & friendly. Glad the weather was good & roads weren't icy, or the steep entrance & departure roads to the KOA campground might have been a bit challenging to navigate. We stopped here to check out some business connections. $ store & diesel fuel within 1/2 mile.

The third star is for the great staff. Fun, outdoor activities for family. Cons: low water pressure, steep and narrow entry/exit and sites.

We selected a patio site. We unhooked our 5th wheel only to find our steps wouldn't work because the patio slab sat up to high compared to the area our 5th wheel sat. Anyone with the newer steps that fold into your unit this site will not work. Needless to say we hooked back up and moved to another site. Steps need to set level or your camper door won't close.

Located 1 mile from Renfro Valley Ent. Center. Nice clean bathrooms and very friendly employees. Loved the dog park, decent size. Site 53 is not very level for large rigs. The most level spot had front steps leading into mud. The only real issue I had was the water pressure was so bad we could barely take showers in our rig.

This park was conveniently located near 75 and had pull-thru sites which are perfect for a quick over night stay!

This is a wonderful campground. We stay here every year on our trip from Michigan to Florida and on the way home. Beautiful, well kept grounds, friendly staff and then there is the warm chocolate chip cookies delivered to your door on arrival. The kitchen puts out awesome food, also delivered. We have made up our minds to spend more than 1 night some time soon.

Ashley made us feel very welcome. She is a perfect hostess. Enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Appreciated the hot shower but think it is time to upgrade the bathroom closest to the office.We stayed here 2 years ago and made the same suggestion One of the showers in there runs constantly. A real waste of water! Busy location so it would be well worth your investment to take care of that problem.

The exceptional lady who greeted our party of two rv’s was outstanding. This was Sunday February 5th at 5:00 pm. So she had to call for verification because we called the wrong KOA. The other two people who arrived were very exceptional too. Thank you for your help!

The camp needs updated lighting. We drive a 38 ft RV (towing) and had some difficulty navigating the rather narrow roads. The office is "closed for the winter" and that is very inconvenient. Water pressure was somewhat low. Overall, the camp was just OK.

Great location. Next time I'm coming south through Chattanooga, I will spring a few extra bucks for a more premium site. The extra space and pavement would be appreciated when the grasses are a mix of frozen mud around the smaller sites.

We arrived at 7 pm. There was a gentleman that helped back our 5th wheel on our site. He was so very helpful. We woke up the next day to lite ice and snow. We were able to exit safely. Restrooms were very clean and warm. We hope to camp here again.

I cannot say enough about my experience with this campground. Temperature was 19. There were only 2 of us crazies that were "camping". I had an issue with the electricity. I called the number for the campground and someone came right out to assist. It ended up that it was my power cord. I was so grateful for that help because it was darn cold. I will go back to this campground this summer.

We stayed in the winter off season, so some things were closed for winter. The staff is very nice , helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here. The showers are clean and have lasting hot water even for a family of 5 using most of the showers at the same time. The laundry room is a good added bonus for traveling, we didn't have to find a laundromat near by.

Beautiful campground. Well maintained and clean. It was cold and we only had one night but it would be nice to use the other amenities. Maybe next time.

Passing through. Only stayed for 1 night. Too bad really because it is a vey nice woodsy open campground. Especially liked the the walking trails through the secluded forest. Perfect area to trail walk the dogs. Level gravel site with easy hook ups.

We had a great time at this KOA. Great owners and staff. Beautiful location up on the hill. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Hiking trail through the woods was a bonus for me and my doggy. Even saw Bigfoot. Some sites have adjoining dog pens. 2 dog K9 parks. Some sites are not level but doesn't take much to level your camper. They have a small putt putt that could use some work but we had a blast playing on it. Bathrooms and laundry room areas were clean and in good shape.
