Entrance in and out of campground was very unexpected. Very steep incline both ways. Campground was well keep and nice. Arrived at 4pm on a Thursday office was closed and didn’t see any staff around.

Nice level spot for our 23' B Class. Only one night but this is one of our go-to stops on our way to Florida.

We had a great time staying at your KOA. Great location up on the hill. Kevin and Holly are great people and it was very nice to talk with them. The WiFi worked great for us. Beautiful location and the trees were so pretty changing colors. My pup Pepper and I loved the hiking trail through the woods. That was fun exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful also. Great place to stay.

We had a great stay!!! I did forget to tell the grounds keeper that the fresh water faucet handle was broken at site 49….. it did not hender our stay.

My stay was a couple day layover while heading south for the winter. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful with anything I needed. I will definitely be coming back but next time I will spend more time there with them.

We really enjoyed our weekend there! The kids loved all of the activities and had a blast and we had a great time relaxing on our very nice patio. Thank you!

Everything was clean and in good repair. They had a nice walking trail and lots of things for kids to do. The only downside was the closeness of space in the area we were in. Not all the areas were tight but ours was.

Crumbling roads and poorly designed layout. No thanks! We came in after dark and we’re hopelessly lost.

The facility looked nice but my site had extremely low water pressure. After working on it for 30 minutes unable to improve, we called the number provided and were told that they knew about the issue and were working on a fix by some later date. After our stay I sent a note to their team about our disappointment and their response was only that they wished us a better experience at our next cmpgrd

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

ACTUALLY- what was said was: "Yes, we know the water pressure stinks and we are working with the city to improve it. We are terribly sorry that you've had this experience and hope that you have safe travels to your next destination".

Really like the campground, the night we stayed was the Holloween party. Loved all the decdorations. It did rained and spoiled some of the festivities.

We were welcome the moment we arrived. Strangers invited us to a already cooked meal and drinks and the office gave us warm chocolate chip cookies as a thank you for coming. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay was during the Halloween weekend 2021. Although it rained continually for the entire weekend, the events were adjusted accordingly, and the grandkids still had an awesome time. My youngest Natalie at 6 years old, it was her first-time camping, she declared she never wanted to leave. We will be back in the spring 2022. The other two grandkids, Devin and Destiny had a great time as well.

Our site was a bit unlevel, but employees more than made up for it. We stayed Halloween eve for 1 nite--awesome decorations & contest. 50 trick or treaters stopped by. This KOA had lots of activities planned--the hayride was rained out. The driveway in & out was a bit narrow, but doable. Great BBQ restaurant about 2 mi away on the lake--ask at the office. A country hall of fame nearby & dancehall

The people were very kind and friendly they even upgraded our reservation at no charge. When we arrived and they said that it would be easier for us to get into this other site. We appreciate their thougtfulness, and will remember this the next time we travel through that area again. A BIG THANK YOU!!!!

Everyone was very helpful. At check-in, the lady explained where everything was located. We were led to our site by a gentleman on a campground golfcart. The sites were clean & hookups were in order. There were nice decorations for Halloween.

Campground was very nice. But lot 30 was so uneven. Hubby tried leveling got it level as he could. But walking in the camper I thought I was going to fall over. It was and overnight stay. And we didn't unhook.

Very nice and clean campground. Staff was very friendly and washing machine area was very very nice with new machines...Would definitely recommend this KOA to all travelers! Thank you Renfrow Valley KOA!

Passing through. Only stayed for 1 night. Too bad really because it is a vey nice woodsy open campground. Especially liked the the walking trails through the secluded forest. Perfect area to trail walk the dogs. Level gravel site with easy hook ups.

We had a great time at this KOA. Great owners and staff. Beautiful location up on the hill. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Hiking trail through the woods was a bonus for me and my doggy. Even saw Bigfoot. Some sites have adjoining dog pens. 2 dog K9 parks. Some sites are not level but doesn't take much to level your camper. They have a small putt putt that could use some work but we had a blast playing on it. Bathrooms and laundry room areas were clean and in good shape.
