Water pressure at the sites is well below “normal” and would make me think twice about booking here again.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were great as always. We were disappointed when our aunt stopped at the office to drop a envelope off at our campsite she was told that was fine but anyone on their property had to pay $5 if they were a guest. She literally drove past our camper handed and envelope and left. That seems that the circumstance should have been taken in consideration.

We enjoy the Halloween weekends! Would love to see Friday night movie at the barn and Saturday morning pancake breakfast at the barn brought back!

Everything was great, kids loved all the things to play on. All employees were really nice and we enjoyed ourselves. My only complaint would be that the water pressure was pretty low at our site #61, as well as the sewer hookup was uphill. So we had a really hard time emptying our tanks.

This was our 6th annual family stay and it was perfect as always. Ann and Tom were kind and helpful. We love Holly and Kevin! We love all the updates and additions.

We love this campground. We try to stay here several times a year. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Campground is always clean and well maintained. Lots of activities for the kids.

We wanted to stay in the area to see the Red River Gorge and to shop the arts and crafts in Berea. We loved this KOA. We had a nice patio with furniture and a grill. Very customer service oriented with delivery service for things like firewood - that was a treat! We loved sitting in the big yellow chair with the fire going. and enjoying the evening.

As always we had a wonderful time. There have been several improvements since our last visit. And we were pleasantly surprised to see that our picnic table was on a concrete slab now! We had a nice spot right next to the playground with plenty of grass for our large tent. The kids love coming here. Hopefully next visit won’t take as long.

We loved the Renfro Valley KOA. Very clean and well kept grounds. Plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy.

Best Halloween weekend by far!!! Thank you KOA Renfro for the experience. We loved all of it, but the kids especially loved the haunted hayride!!!!

This was our 2nd stay this year. I was disappointed in our site as it was extremely unlevel taking me a lot of time to set up. Also the water pressure was extremely low. We never experienced these issues during our last stay. I doubt we will return on our trip back north next spring.

We were given a spot that was not level and no way to level our camper campground wasn’t busy so not sure why that site was even used very disappointed in customer service he took us to our site and left unable to even ask about different site won’t be stopping there again

Very nice clean park. Staff treated you like family as soon as you arrive. It's not a big park bit it has everything you need. It's quite and very relaxing. I higy recommend this park to anyone traveling through this part of Kentucky

I would have given you a 5 however - Our picnic table was rotted and the bench broke while we where sitting on it eating chill. Luckily no one was seriously hurt even though we ended up with hot chili all over us. My concern is that when we reported it no one even asked if we where ok or hurt - just told we'll have a maintenance person replace the table. The lack of concern was very concerning!

Our pull through lot was nice and big, great wifi and cable and the restrooms were clean. Lots of trees and nice and quiet, and the dog park was really nice and maintained. We stayed here before and we will stay again in the future.

Campground was rustic and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The wifi and cable were good. Our pull thru site was small with no room to put chairs or table on the side of RV due to sloping. It was good for a one nighter.

Treated very well by all staff, a little tight for my liking, meaning little room between sites. vey quiet at night all campers very polite.

This was our first visit to Renfro Valley. And we couldn’t be more happy! The campgrounds were clean, very well laid out and everything was so convenient. Assistance from the employees was spot on with delivery of wood and general information. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Booked a cabin last minute while on a motorcycle ride. We found the cabin, campground and especially the restrooms/showers to be spotless. Enjoyed nice hot showers. It is a very well run campground. We will be back and highly recommend to others!

The site was clean and ready for us. We were delighted to be close to the playground, community kitchen, and bath house, which were all very clean and well maintained. The staff was constantly close by if we needed assistance. They brought our firewood immediately when requested. This was my first experience as the adult tent camping, and KOA made it enjoyable! Thanks!

Sites are very close. When we arrived our neighbors were plugged into our power supply. The box for their site (61) should be labeled.

The only problem with this KOA is the low water pressure from the city water. It was just a trickle.

There were multiple dirt bike riders going up and down the campground roads at 8:00am. Noise level was horrible. One parked in one of our group spots and even used one of our group’s picnic tables. The spots were so tight on the pull throughs that the slide outs next to our daughter prohibited slide outs on her spot. Won’t stay there again if there is a choice.

Passing through. Only stayed for 1 night. Too bad really because it is a vey nice woodsy open campground. Especially liked the the walking trails through the secluded forest. Perfect area to trail walk the dogs. Level gravel site with easy hook ups.

We had a great time at this KOA. Great owners and staff. Beautiful location up on the hill. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Hiking trail through the woods was a bonus for me and my doggy. Even saw Bigfoot. Some sites have adjoining dog pens. 2 dog K9 parks. Some sites are not level but doesn't take much to level your camper. They have a small putt putt that could use some work but we had a blast playing on it. Bathrooms and laundry room areas were clean and in good shape.
