Bathrooms and pool closed at 8:00 p.m. Asked to be moved to pull through (lots available) koa would not accommodate.

We spent 7 nights...grounds could use some upkeep, garbage dumpsters weren't emptied and garbage was piled on the ground and lots of bugs. We didn't use the pool, showers or laundry facilities so cannot comment. Staff was very friendly and we felt very safe!

The stay would have been very nice. I liked being able to walk to the casino the campground was clean. They have no public bathrooms or showers open. The first hot day the electric kept going out. A rude man came and said I would have to disconnect my camper as it was causing the problem even though my breaker never dropped out.

Safe neighborhood, quiet during the week.There were few LOUD (playing music) cars coming in and out on the weekends. Nice clean pool and hot tubs. We loved the dog run as there is not much grass and fewer trees.It was EXTREMELY suprising to find the asphalt was sealed one morning and we were told after the fact we couldn't leave because of the wet asphalt. Wish we would've had warning.

We were just there for night and not because of the casino. The bathrooms are amazing but they have weird Covid rules right now. Essentially you can get to a bathroom or the laundromat unless they are working in the office . Not good! Some people had to go to the casino to use the restroom!!

Bathrooms weren't open but that wasn't your fault it was Nevada. And they were resurfacing so that was inconvenient. But the person who checked us in was great in the campsite itself was great thanks

Our site had no tree and the grass spot was dead. There were cigarette butts and other trash all around.

Good for a overnighter, Not much there in the way of amenities unless your gong to Casino. They were paving the lot so store was hard to get to. Staff is friendly.

Everything was wonderful except we had two power outages. Wish there was a way that the office could have updated the electrical problem to those who were effected. Thank you again

This was the worst KOA experience I have ever had. I understand that you have full timers living in this KOA, but the person next to us had people over who were partying until 6 am. They were playing loud music, shouting at each other all night long, and really really drunk. I was very disappointed since this place caries the KOA name.

The staff are pleasant and made our stay fantastic! This was our second trip to that KOA and we intend to go again.

Campground sites were in poor condition. Electricity went out, temps were over 100 degrees. Prior tenant of our spot was still packing up when we arrived at checkin time of noon. Trash overflowing.Restrooms by the pool were filthy. Asphalt slurry team was repaving less than 25 yards from our spot so it was noisy, dusty and smelly. There were moths/insects everywhere and hundreds got inside our RV.

Very clean. Lots of shade trees with grass at each site. Nice pool. Good poop park for the pups. Only downside I could see was the trek up to the casino was steep and too hot out to make. Maybe next time!

experienced repeated power outages. they originally blamed the power co when all along it was the parks problem. i called nevada power. i was not compensated for the outages in 100 degree temperatures nor called back when i complained. lots of excuses but no customer care. i doubt there will be any followup

Signs to locate park were clear and well marked. Staff was absolutely fantastic. Park grounds were well maintained and there were large shade trees!!

Booked two nights but had some RV issues and tried to get an extra night. Had some problems with an answer but spoke to Charlene at the front desk and she was very patient and kind. Allowed me to stay. Place is clean. Showers and bathrooms very nice and clean.

This is the worst KOA we have stayed at. The area they put us in looked like a homeless camp. Too many long term residents with junk around. Sorry for the bad review but this is not a good place

We enjoyed our home away from home for 5 days. Everything was clean, pool was perfect on a hot day and the staff friendly.

Very relaxing, spot was good in that we had shade inn the afternoon, although the pine tree did drip pitch on the front of the RV, which we were able to remove fairly easily once we got home. When we arrived, we were told that we did not have a reservation, even though husband had spoken to a gentleman about 2 weeks prior. Thankis!

Grounds are in terrible condition. 1st space we were assigned to had low hanging branches so we were moved to another space. It had a pile of gravel in the picnic area on the pad and a large puddle of water that our entry stairs had to be in due to configuration. Driving out thru the park, it is in need of maintenance and care. Very disappointing.

This KOA designed for large campers and long term stay. Sites are close together, no tents, crowded. Toilets locked (sign said no public restrooms due to COVID, but paying guests shouldn't be considered "Public"). Hours posted were different than those listed on the welcome e-mail. Did not feel welcome.

The sites were close together and we felt like we were at a storage facility. it was very clean but due to covid facilities closed at 6pm. Felt this was not up to KOA standards. You are out all day and if you come after 6 you cannot access the restrooms or showers. should have stayed open later as 6 is dinner hour. would find another campground to stay at

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
