The site we had was full of dog hair around the so called grassy area. There was trash everywhere around our site.

This campground is clean close to Reno. The staff was Great. The only way it could be better is if it was free and the sites were level.

Reparing dumpster next to our trailer, work trucks stopped by, left running, honking, played loud music, workers talked loud, cursing F*ck, Sh*t, B*tch about a coworker. Then parked a tractor RIGHT NEXT to our trailer even with PLENTY spaces away, left running when chatting w/his buddy painting. The staff was kind and considerate. The property seems to have long-timers which impacts the quality of the stay. Also, the power pedestals need some renovation as some of the plugs are old and loose which can cause issues.

We had a good time. The coupons to boomtown were great. My child loved mini golfing .

Our spot was dirty with toilet paper on the ground. Also there was many pieces of smaller broken pieces of plastic and bottle caps. Also we had to go to the office and tell them that the space has a deep hole next to our door that was a accident waiting to happen. The maintenance man came by and filled it in! But had a attitude!!!

Pictures made the area nicer than it really was. Asphalt was crumbled where our site was when there were nicer spots available and no grass where our spots were. Staff was not friendly or helpful and were pretty rude when asked questions. Worst stay ever.

Comfortable, convenient site. Only issue they say bathrooms /showers open 24/7; on their office notice says open to 6pm. When we arrived at 4:40pm during checkin was advised they closed at 5pm. Used the shower area the following morning - very nice and clean.

We were able to reserve and check-in to a site on the road which was VERY helpful. It was fairly inconvenient that the onsite bathrooms were only open during business hours; however, we made due. Overall, the facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Came in late check in. Store was closed and so we’re all of the facilities. But at least near the casino where I could go. And Bass Pro for me to pick up folding toilet.

Very nice. Easy in and out for our 40 ft 5th wheel. We stayed on an end which gave us lots of room for our dog.

Easy access, and quiet. Ample space and very friendly, helpful staff. Close and easy access to fly fishing and loved that Cabela was walking distance and Reno a short drive. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed here on several occasions. In the past the park was clean and cared for. It now looks like a trashy trailer park. We needed propane when we arrived they didn't have anyone to pump it had to go up the hill to gas station. On the day of check out we needed to top off on propane but office was short staffed so up the hill we went again. Very disappointed!!

Happy with your KOA although in the two days we stayed we did not see one person doing any maintaining or cleaning of camps. Not like other RV parks we have stayed. We had to sweep our site from rocks. No excuse when we had three people checking us in and we were the only ones in the office at that time. No shortage of help. If we come through the area again will we stay again? Yes for sure �

The staff was great. My wife had a medical problem a week into our one week stay, when I asked if we could change to a monthly stay the manager was more than accommodating. I saw in other reviews about the problem with getting propane and I was only turned down once becaue=se it was late and the people that can give propane had gone home. Great place we will return.

Nice place to stay. The person who checked us in was very nice. Our stay was for the weekend and there were below freezing temperatures and a slight dusting of snow. The only negatives with our stay was the internet and cable was horrible and the showers were only open from 8am - 5pm. Winter hours? Thankfully we have a shower in our trailer.

stay was fine as usual, One thing would be nice to have between sites. Some kind of noise barrier for privacy and noise from their water heaters?furnaces which can be very loud. Some RV's or trailers have their furnace or water heaters on the side not the rear of unit. Creating a loud noise when they ignite to keep the water hot throughout the night which causes pretty much no sleep.

First. WiFi did not accept the password we were given on any of our devices. Tried many times. Second. Internet states free Wifi. But the information email said to limit it. But it didn’t work anyways. Third. No 24 hour restroom available. While it said to expect Covid related problems, the restrooms were only open from 8:00-6:00. This information should be posted. Water was cold.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly.My only comment would be that they said the rest rooms were closed because of the Covid mandate. They were the only ones closed that we ran into in the Reno and Trukee area?

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
