A little to crowded for us. The KOA site miss lead us about the site we scheduled. We did not get the kind of site that was shown when we booked. Big disappointment. Your sites need just a little more room between each other.

Very clean, but spaces are very close together. 10 minute walk to Casino, but a little creepy at night. They should put lights along the service road. Wish the shuttle was running, but because of Covid, not able to.

Just one night driving thrust to Oregon. The pool provided a nice cool rest.

Staff pleasant, but bathrooms closed after store closed. Only open 8-8. Not really sure why, as no other koa campground closed in Nevada like that. Location poor for staying longer than one night to just move to nicer areas.

Grounds and sites dirty and not maintained. No ventilation in newly remodeled bathrooms. Restricted bathroom hours(8-7), really? Not very customer service oriented.

Site was level and clean. Cable line up was robust. Some shade and a dramatic drop off for a great view.

Gave a 4, only because the doggy run needs some work to drain properly and a good layer of P gravel would also help so when it does rain it’s not a muddy mess we walked our dogs around on their leashes to keep them out of the puddles of mud and water that were at the bottom end of it it really just needs a little work. Picking poop up out of mud would be yucky.

We were fortunate when we called that you folks had a space. We got the last 50amp site. We are KOA customers. We love all the infastructure work you have done. A very beautiful park. Will be back. thank you for all you do.

Great Koa with a good location. Easy access from I80 but yet not too noisy. Super friendly staff, clean park overall. Only reason I took one star off was the dirty pool :( Pricing is reasonable for the location, all sites have full hook ups. Will definitely consider to stay there again when we are in the area.

Very convenient location to reno and lake Tahoe. Facilities are well kept the sites are easy to maneuver. They also have some trees around which provide a decent amount of shade. Staff is very friendly as well!! They have been very helpful with everything we have needed. With a great attitude.

Needed a place to say while repairing a condo in tahoe it worked out fine price was right I wish the TV worked while I was there that was the only disappointment

Great KOA, many pull through spots. Pull through spots are large enough for our Class A and to park our tow vehicle along side as compared to squeezing it the front or back of the coach. That said they were very understanding with another night, when we experienced a problem with our slides and levelers not wanting to come in, the switch to indicate the emergency break is engaged was faulty.

Clean campground. Facilities limited due to Covid. Laundry was functional. Unable to comment on bath and shower facilities. Good location with nice scenery. Level sites.

This used to bed a decent koa now sadly it has fallen into disrepair. The 24 HR restrooms are only open 8 am to 7pm so if your rig doesn't have a bathroom your hoofing it to the casino. Not to mention what happened to quiet time? People yelling and screaming until 2 am with no security in site

Power pedestals need to be replaced - sewer line connections are too high making it hard to dump tanks. Lots of sketchy people living in the park. Too many people think their spot is their personal yard etc... Dog park is all dirt and when it rains is mud! Spaces are not level! We won't stay again.

The location is convenient for an overnight stay. The Chevron nearby is easy for a morning fill-up before getting back on the road. I had a pull-in site, but being in a pickup camper and hooking up only to electric, I backed in and used an extension cord, so my camper door opened to some grass, a fence, and a field, rather than opening to all the other campers. Close sites, leveling required.

Bathrooms open less than 12 hrs a day. They lock them overnight, then clean them during the open hours. Thre isn't any water pressure in showers. The jacuzzi was closed. There isn't a shuttle to the casino

We needed to add a day at the last minute, and they managed to accommodate us, even though the park was almost full. There was a problem with the electrical hookup when we arrived and we were quickly moved to another site. Excellent customer service!

Spots are very tight and the grounds need upkeep. The sprinklers flooded our site each night. The staff is very friendly.

This KOA was more about a residential spot as opposed to a camping spot. There were no restrooms available after store hours. Bathrooms and laundry were clean.

Camp site was not very appealing. First thing that happened was the pleasure of stepping in dog crap by my wife. After that, could not wait for the next morning to leave.

We arrived at 830pm and there was no access to the 24 hour restroom facilities until 8am. We were not notified nor was it posted anywhere. Just locked. Told it was due to covid restrictions but no one at desk was wearing a mask, water fountain was open. Not having restrooms available is unacceptable. Everything else in facility was fine. No restroom issues at other koa locations we stopped at.

No shuttle to casino. Closed to early and open to late. No food few and/or no products to buy in store! No game room. No library! No large screen TV room. No play room for the kids.

great place, as always, we got up with snow coming down hard in end of May, packed up real quick and got over mountain pass before stuck there, will stay again!

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
