We stayed for a single night. Our campsite was level and had a wonderful of the Truckee river. The computer based reservation system was easy making check-in quick and efficient.

Because of a Boulder in the way our trailer got wrecked. The spot was so tight that we could not put our slide out all the way and the other slide was against the electrical. This caused probably 10 k in damage and your worker blamed the driver. You need the have room for people to get their trailers in

Well kept campground, clean and sites are pretty level. Sites are paved, large and well marked. Hot tub was still open. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Casino and restaurants are just a short walk up the hill. Would definitely stay here again!!

We just stated one night on our way to Sedona, but it was easy to pull in & out of site. Extremely clean location & very friendly staff! We plan to stay again on our way back!

This is not a campground it's a parking lot with hookups. Bathrooms are closed. Sites are small. Our site was littered with trash. My wife and I picked up half a bag of trash just from our tiny little site. Good luck on getting your coach level. Not happy especially for how expensive this place was.

Stayed 3 nights. Staff was very friendly. Park was clean and spot we were in was very nice and convenient to restrooms. Will stay here again.

We paid extra for an upgraded site, however, it had not be cleaned for a long time. The fire ring had trash in it and there were dog wastes in the site. The office restrooms were closed at night. One person said Covid 19 and another mentioned a lawsuit regarding the remodeling of the showers. There was a lot of long term people and speeding. Did not appear to be managed well.

We’ve stayed here previously but had a smaller RV. Our New RV is quite large, I feel the sites are a little small for the newer larger RV’s that people are now buying. Talked to others there who felt the same. Not sure what could be done for larger RV’s except making 2 sites into 1 which would take away available spaces. Will certainly stay again but we know it will be a tight squeeze.

We totally enjoyed r stay here. Nice lots well kept. Friendly staff. Great weather. Walking distance to enough things to make r stay interesting. Would go back.

The managers were wonderful and very helpful. We like this location. It’s very convenient for us. It’s very clean and well-kept. The pool is nice and the views are really beautiful. The only downside is the proximity to the freeway. If you have your windows open you hear the traffic.

Very expensive especially since there were no amenities. Sites were very cramped - like sardines in a can. Our pedestal was almost falling down. Very rude staff.

Certainly not the cleanest KOA we've stayed at .The Bathrooms weren't open 24 hours due to COVID which was disappointing. Other RV Parks we stay at have managed to keep their Restrooms open, while following COVID protocol. Many people seemed to park wherever they pleased. Trees around sites need trimming since many RV's are tall.

The place is a joke we were told we could have a propane fire pit but the security came at night and told us to turn it off no open flames aloud. So the next day I asked the office and was told you are aloud as long as you have a mesh top so ok went and got a mesh top that might security came and told us to turn it off no open flame even with a mesh top!! WTF it was 50 degrees and no fire

Second time we stayed at boomtown. Had the same issue as before. Very uneven site. It took 3 blocks to get close to level. Staff was pleasant.

Very conveniently located to visit the Reno area. We'll maintained campsites. Very level campsites. Appreciate that we were able to wash our rig. Liked that it was an easy walk to the casino. Will definitely return when in the area next.

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
