Nice campground, clean and well maintained. The only negative is that I tried to make reservations by phone, left a message twice and no one returned my phone call. I was able to make a reservation online, but prefer to actually speak to someone.

Nice stay. Just spent one night and came in late so not much opportunity to experience anything more than a good nights sleep. Spot A-71 not level but fairly reasonable. Went up to Casino and enjoyed a drinks a couple of games and listened to a nice 3 piece band. People were friendly.

Great one night stay. Casino and Cabellas close and very nice. Site a bit narrow but level. Quiet with minimum road noise. Bummer trying to dump gray/black tanks up-slope.

Great last stop on a long journey, pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful. Friendly service and quiet.

Was on the high end of pricing for the little it provided. My site had no grass or shade. The cable portion of the power pole was dangling on the ground. The sewer connection was in the middle of the site so you had to disconnect trailer, not use it, or get a long sewer hose. Being on 80 and the western side of Reno, for a EZ morning escape was it's only plus for me.

The staff was very nice and did a great job getting us checked in. Pool was nice. Low bandwidth for using the KOA wi-fi. We happened to get a site that got flooded by the sprinkler system. Big puddle right outside our camper door ;(

Didn't realize that the showers closed from early evening to 8 am so were unavailable when we went to shower around 8:00 pm. Then when we went to shower the next morning, we didn't know that we had to ask for a key to obtain access and all the showers were locked and I thought they were all occupied. When I finally got inside the combination toilet-shower, it was very nice. Nextdoor casino noisy.

The park is clean and typical KOA. Spaces are a little close together and the $67 per night (just a tad high by my standard) price tag was the only negative I could see. It's still a nice park.

This KOA has gone down hill , there are so many full timers with old rigs and stuff around there site! Sites are so small you can not set up a patio area and park your truck , must sites have dead grass.

WiFi very poor. Constant dropping the Internet even with a strong signal. Construction noise at 7:30. Staff shortage so bathroom and laundry closed at 5pm. No shuttle to the Boomtown casino. Pricey for a basic site at over $60/nt

Closed showers at 6 pm and didn't reopen until 0800 due to staffing issues. So no shower or bathroom. We were not given this info until we had paid. How lousy!

When I made my reservation I requested to be as close to the pool as possible, a grassy area for my dogs & to be placed by the other campers that were there for the class reunion. What I got was as far away from the pool that was possible, no grassy at all at the campsite & not nearthe class reunion people. The man at the front desk moved us to site 100, a little closer to the pool but no grass.

Nice park. Only issue was that our site was not very level; however it appeared that several areas had been resurfaced recently and our area had not been completed yet. Will stay here on the return trip.

It could have been better if the guys digging a trench would have honored the quiet time and not started the cutting saws at 7:15 am.

Check in was easy & we felt welcomed. The site was a nice size. The internet was horrible! You need to upgrade to a 5G. The cable was great. We couldn't use the jacuzzi for 2 days because there was a chemical issue, really on Labor Day weekend! The heavy gentleman working on the weekend was noted to be very grumpy to other guests, not very customer service oriented. There were too many long terms

Late check in, there was no information available about this KOA except for what space we were in. We would have appreciated a map of this KOA's information and Wi-Fi password, etc. Staff in morning were incredibly grouchy.

Our stay was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient. I left my cell phone on the picnic table and the office staff picked it up for me and it was there when I returned. Thank you so much.

Best KOA with a premium patio full hook up. We had a lot of fun 4 my twins 21st. birthday celebration/Labor Day. However, if NV has a fire restriction as well as fire pit fire, KOA should have told us (Californians) and removed the fire pits entirely then as we paid 4 it at check-in time instead of us finding out from 1 rude guest. We attended and controlled our fire pit fire the whole time.

I dropped in without a reservation but the front desk quickly found a vacant one and got me signed up. The park is very beautiful and clean even right after a holiday weekend.

We stayed three nights and it was great! The entire site was clean, all off the amenities worked, and the pool and pool area was spotless. I highly recommend staying here!

Site was not paved. Site F-126 was not leveled and even not well maintained foundation. Our site was not well paved dirt everywhere.

For the price, not bad. Cramped, gravel, dirt, sites but workable. Good enough for stopovers but a week or more could get tedious.

Great staff! Good location next to casino and access to miles of hiking trails. Showers were large rooms and clean. Nice laundry. Green grass.

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
