Your brochure indicates the bathrooms are 24/7; since they are NOT you need to make that correction! This is the FIRST KOA that has had such an ODD arrangement for their bathrooms ie. keys from front desk and only from 0800 to 1900.

Staff was very nice and as accommodating as possible. Showers are not 24/7 but the amazing views and people make up for it.

We were given the wrong type of unit per our request from online request. We were a late arrival and it couldn’t be fixed. We made due with it but it was annoying

We were only there three days, but I would recommend this site to all that want to see the area. I feel the location is great and the site was very nice. I will be going back.

Planned on using the bathrooms and showers at the KOA, Verdi. On arrival at 7:30 pm, we were told that the showers and bathrooms closed at 7 pm and won't open until 8 am. Wasn't advertised on the internet site nor told when making reservation

First, the employees were great. We evacuated the fire in Christmas Valley. Note only the hotel had 1/2 price rooms no discount at rv park. I needed internet for work and it did not work. Frustrating, tried the night we got in and all the next morning till we left. I have basic skills.

I was appalled to learn that there were no bathroom facilities after 8:00 pm until the office opened at 8:00 am. We paid top dollar for this stay and had to use the bushes for a bathroom. We were told by the office staff that the bathrooms are closed due to no one available to clean them. I reccommend providing portable outdoor toilets as the owners of this service will clean them daily.

The place was good. We did have an issue with the desk person. We were evacuated from our home and needed a late check out. To pick up things. He was rude and told us we were in the wrong spot. We made a last minute reservation. Took a spot listed as open on the board for late checkin. Not sure how we should have known what spot to go to since the office was closed. He was not very accommodating.

Even though this is a large RV park, it was very quiet. It's great to walk around--up and down the rows over 2 miles. Beautiful clean pool and hot tubs. Will definitely stay again when traveling through this area.

Nice. Thank you for having such nice grounds. We walked the dog on grass, which he seems to appreciate. Everything at our site worked.

By the time I parked and walked back the RV trailer, there were hundreds of red bugs crawling up my tires and steps. The tree next to my RV was infested with thousands of them. I called the office and someone came out to look at the problem and left. Then another employee came out to move me. Also almost half the sites had dog poop, even empty sites. The casino shuttle was non existent.

except for the power failure which I know wasn't your fault our stay there was enjoyable. the sites were large and easy to get to. I would like to know if we could reserve a site along the back row overlooking the river next time?

Dirty patio site. Dirty. Trash not picked up. The propane was out of the grill. The staff said they don’t deal with propane. They called their manager and he was too busy. Hot tub was cold. Jets didn’t work on one tub. We stay there every year in passing through. It’s running down. Going elsewhere.

We stay at this KOA most times when we are in Reno. Love the location and people. Seems to be a little more cared for although there is still plenty of room for more improvement.

KOA Boomtown was a good location since our daughter was scheduled for a C-Section on Sat. However, to plan a vacation visit, we would choose a more updated & scenic KOA spot w better amenities! The pool was fun for our 3 granddaughters! But the sprinklers came on at our campsite while cooking breakfast! Got a foot of water! Had to move the picnic table on the concrete.�Full hookup�

Nice campground. Friendly staff. Cabello’s and Boomtown casino was fun to visit. 1/2 pound ham slice with eggs to order, potatoes and toast, only $6.99. Available 24 hours at Mels Diner inside Boomtown casino.

Improved... Much improved!... Older guy behind the counter was real nice, but outside... He didn't like my dog barking in my truck, but that's on him... No showers... Hot tubs were GREAT! Pool was cold, but nice at 90 degree heat... KOA has no control over fires... Overall... I'll stop again... The lady behind the counter is the FACE of KOA... ALWAYS NICE AND PLEASANT...ALWAYS...

the walk to casino was very hard for my wife . you don't have coffee in store for sale had to walk up to gas station. I got email from boomtown I hade free 3 night stay they said that is was for next month. so we paid for are stay

They messed up our reservation that we had made months before. My brother and I had reserved side by side sites coming to find out they had been given to someone else. the older man attending the counter tried to help us be closer together and finally got us closer. They turned on the sprinklers every morning only to water down the area and turn it into mud. Couldn't sit outside to have our coffee

While site spaces easy enough to get into, management for some unknown reason feels compelled to water every single day resulting in muddy sites not to mention soaking your exterior RV floor carpet. Watering every day is not only overkill, (especially during our heavy drought), it’s ridiculous given the ugly growing grass (more like weeds) which management would be better served allowing to dry.

Price is fairly reasonable. Staff has changed since out last visit but all were friendly. Sites are cramped but doable for short term stays, Proximity to the sewer cleanout at the cliffside area of the campground.is a disgusting issue.(Beware back-in sites K50 and lower depending on wind direction) Expect frequent train noise and very loud and lenghty horn blasts 24/7/365 mostly along cliffside.

Basically nice RV park. Muddy sites. Casino had fewer slots, fewer everything. Probably will find other places to stay for a night.

No bathrooms? That's crazy, unsanitary, unhealthy, and rude. I was told about this only at check-in when it was far too late to book an RV site that had bathrooms. Again, NO BATHROOMS? I deserve a full refund.

NO restrooms 13 hours a day! They were open from 8 am til 7 pm. No warning about this, so those who were in camping vans or other units which were not self contained were supposed to do.... what? Only one set of restrooms for 100 campsites in any case - UGH. Staff who did check in were knowledgeable and very friendly. Not their fault and they caught a lot of grief as people checked in.

I booked late, and received a confirmation email, but no space number. So, when I arrived I didn't know where to park or if I was going to get in trouble for using the wrong space. The following day (after I had left) I received another email showing my space number. Too late.

The facilities and location are good but my site, C88, a premium 50 Amp pull through was not good at all. It was very muddy, large wheel ruts of mud and bad wet grass that was attracting lots of bees

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
