A quick overnight is suitable for this KOA. A nice woman checked me in but I was disappointed to learn that the bathrooms and laundry were closed by 8pm.

Too close camp sites. Could have put a site between us and out neighbor. Sprinklers watered everything but the lawn giving us a nice puddle to step in when leaving the trailer. Come on. There's a drought in the western states. Give up on the watering.

we called late and the lady found us a spot was extremely helpful and also in giving us directions from where we were. The facility was clean and we have absolutely no complaints. Thanks again and we will visit again.

We had a nice time except for the man that was next to us had security wake us up at 12:30 in the morning it was so uncalled for even security told us that he could of waited till in the morning because we were not in his space!

Front counter guy was very gruff. Made inappropriate comments about people from California. Seemed to hate his job, stated he was from Montana. The only restrooms for the entire park are located inside the office and only open during business hours. :(

Very difficult to get into! Entrance is narrow and sharp turn! Spaces are small and hard to get into! Cars and trucks are parked all over the place because you can’t stay hooked up because the spaces are so short! Change your entrance and clean up the park.

We had a very bad site with bad black top that was in need of being replaced. We had no shade or tree.

Spaces are too close to each other. I could not leave my pickup connected to our trailer & there insufficient room to park my pickup without encroaching on the next camp site.

I do not have a toilet in my camper, so was very disappointed when I found out I could only use there restroom and the office from 8 a.m. to 8 pm. When I told them about my disappointment all they could offer was "you could use the restroom in the casino" which was two blocks away. I also had to move my camper on two occasions to two different spots due to campers being parked in my spot.

We were there for hot august nights. The second day the tyranny in our resto mod failed. It left us without transportation. The staff took the time to ferry us to the casino with a friendly and caring attitude. They also asked if there was anything they could do to help. We are very appreciative of all the workers and the helpful attitude demonstrated.

Our campsite was full of bottle caps and cigarette buts. The lawn area around the office was nice but not at our campsite.The bathroom was closed which was a first in all of our KOA visits even during this pandemic. The outdoor spas did not look very inviting but the swimming pool was okay. Will look elsewhere next year for our Hot August Nights stay.

Rows A and B newly paved, rest are rough/ gravel. They warn about sprinklers going on and soaking your area, pay attention. Nice staff.

The campgrounds are kept up very well, and the staff is very helpful and engaging. The only complaint are the pool hours are too short.

The trees in park need to be trimmed. Our RV hit many trees on our entry and exit. I called to change sites, but would not accommodate us. Front office said someone would come trim branches the next day, but no one came. Disappointing.

For the most part facilities were nice. I was not happy that only one dumpster was available for trash a very long way from our spot. Many grass areas were dead or completely down to dirt. Our spot was very tight with our 3 slide outs one being up against a tree and the other side almost touching the power box. I feel the spots should be wider to accommodate newer units since the price is higher.

Only stayed for one night, Great location ext to Casino and Cabellas, large gas station in the same area as well. Our site was a little dirty with what looked like debris left over from a recent rain. Not a deal breaker though. over all very nice place and check in personnel where very helpful and friendly. will definitely go there again!

We stayed for a quick over night on our way to the coast. This is always where we stay on our way there because this campground is consistently clean and staff is friendly. This time we went and ate at the Boomtown, which was neat for the entire family as the food was decent and the kids loved the play center/arcade. Would stay and go again.

We have a Class B Van, left at 4pm and returned to all of our things missing. Front office claims a computer glitch showed we checked out. They kept all the valuables and threw some stuff in the dumpster. Office closed at 8, we arrived as they were leaving. They had the audacity to tell us we were lucky to catch them! They took all our cables&hosed too. Stayed at lots of KOA’s. This was a 1st.

The team seamed not to want to work closed the office store and bathrooms early. The site was clean but the hookups are badly set up needed an extention. No shuttle to the casino told no staff to run it. Dog park was to far to be useful.

Restroom/showers close at 7:30, not 24 hours as advertised. They tell you to go to the casino if you have to use the restroom after hours. I’ve had a KOA membership for over 20 years. This is a first for me. If you are going to the casino and looking for a over night stay it is ok, however this is not a destination location or family friendly. Casino owned, not individual owners like most KOA’

This was our 3rd time to stay - we had a GREAT time!...Went to the steakhouse and enjoyed the meal very much. The campground was great and your hosts were most accommodating.

Not totally impressed…. Some sites were definitely better than ours. Site was not level. Had to place 2 2x4’s under one side to level; grass was all dirt; dirty site with cigarette butts and debris; picnic table was old and needed to be replaced or sanded and painted; people next to us pulled in after 10 pm was noisy. Other than that, we did have a decent stay.

Great facility, especially for passing through travelers. Only complaint was the WiFi wasnt able to provide any reasonable amount of data in the evening.

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
