Trash in our campsite, never before at a KOA. Pool ,bathroom and showers closed at 7pm. So 12 hours no bathroom? = their answer walk up BIG hill to casino. And then In morning only 5 shower toilets combos so not available. 24 hour bathroom closed due to tile or leak or something�Ϧ get a porta potty for gods sake. Tired of paying for KOA amenities that are not there.

Reservations and checkin were smooth. We had a nice spot and enjoyed our two night stay. We did not use the pool, hot tub or laundry so cannot rate that. Both the pool and hot tub looked well maintained however as we walked the camp ground. We enjoyed our view the first night but the second night we had neighbors, however everyone seemed nice in passing. Will make this a stop at some point later.

The campgrounds were clean, the building was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue was the bathrooms in the campground were closed due to issues with the tile; however, that was only a minor inconvenience.

Everything was very easy to book, and everyone was very friendly! All was exceptionally clean and well kept, which was a nice experience! We will absolutely stay again! Looking forward to it!

Friendly and excellent service during check-in. I did forget to report that one leg of the 50 amp service at the post was dead. I called the Reno KOA and reported the problem via VM. We love the park, easy on and off access from I-80.

Overall it was a nice stay. We paid for a premium site with the barbecue, however the barbecue was so damaged that it cannot be used. The KOA staff never supplied the propane bottle for the barbecue. I ended up just using my own. I was also disappointed that when trying to fill my propane tank on my motorhome before I left the staff member at the office informdme there was no one there Certified.

I was assigned to a tiny site in the corner of the property even though there was an entire row of open sites. The site was not level. The bathrooms were locked, allegedly due to covid, which was not disclosed prior to booking my site.

I didn’t stay Monday night. I had called and to leave a message that I was having vehicle problems and would not make it. I left a message on your answering machine with my phone #. Apparently you don’t listen to your messages. Yet you are charging me for the night. I would appreciate a credit.

The bathrooms/showers were locked and inaccessible. The TV cable connection box was hanging from the post. No shuttle service to the Casino - a major inconvenience!! Boomtown KOA is a good example of a once proud KOA that has been neglected. How can you even check a guest in when you cannot provide 24/7 bathroom/shower availability? At check-in I was told they were available - not so!!!

This is our number one go to half way place when travelling to visit family in Idaho. Again, the camp host and employees are always welcoming and friendly and helpful. We highly recommend! Thank you!!

Amazing fun. Kids loved the pool, happy people everywhere. Dogs even enjoyed the space. Easy in and out. Thank you, KOA makes traveling fun!!!

I have never in my life been to a campground or RV Park that locks the patrons out of the bathrooms and showers. Additionally, they close the laundry extremely early and they were not able to sell propane which they advertise that they have online and in the park.

All promoted activities are aimed at going to an adjacent casino. NOTE: Restrooms/Showers, swimming pool and hot tube closed at 7 PM. RV Space akin to huge parking lot. If this was my first experience with KOA, I would definitely strike KOA off my list of viable RV Experiences. Environs are definitely not favorable for handicapped persons and children.

Have enjoyed you campground twice this month. Brought a couple with us and both of us are now KOA members. Camp hosts were very nice and the grounds and pool, store and laundry room were very clean

This was our first time taking our RV out, and learning the ropes. We are very grateful for all the amenities the KOA provided. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and friendly. We even got to chat with some of the other guests, they were very friendly as well. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you so much for helping make our family vacation enjoyable.

Very restricted bathroom hours. Could not tune in the advertised tv station listings. Did have a pool and had a great time relaxing in it. Front desk staff were very friendly.

This KOA was clean and friendly staff but unfortunately didn’t seem to cater to families as I’ve seen other KOA’s do. The pool closes at 7:35 so they can get things locked up before security gets there and the showers weren’t open when they said they would be. But if you like to gamble and like BoomTown then it’s within walking distance but don’t come late on week days because it shuts

The sewers are ridiculous. If you aren’t carrying rigid pipe with you you’re in trouble. They are on a 8” concrete pedestal and crap doesn’t flow uphill lol.

Very disappointing to find out upon check in that the restroom hours and laundry services were limited between 8am-7:30pm, with the excuse of COVID, even though everything else is open. If restrooms were needed we would have to go to the casino. This was not mentioned at all on the website. We do not have an enclosed trailer and made this very inconvenient, especially with kids.

Needed permission to go to the restroom. Restrooms not opened at night. No outside restrooms available ( how many weeks does it take to do tile work)( was told to go to the casino to use the restroom). Trash in the camp sight. Constant noise from the trains and freeway.

The friendly staff and convenient location were a winning combination. I wish they would leave the WiFi on 24/7. That was the only area that was lacking. Thanks for the great accommodations.

The only major issue was the road noise and the train tack so close by. Other than that, the showers were really nice and clean. the part had easy access.

We arrived late and had no problems getting settled. Our campsite was on a list outside the office. The area was very well kept and we had a short but pleasant stay. There are some trees providing shade. We had a picnic table at our site. We did not use the pool, but it was in use and looked clean. I cannot comment on the showers & restroom. Annoyingly, they were closed for Covid at 10 am.

When we arrived at our site there was a large piece of fiberglass in our campground. There was a non compatible connection for our cable so we lost one night of cable access. Personal were very helpful after it was brought to their attention a second time.

Nice RV park with nice paved sites. Right next to the Boomtown casino that has an arcade/fun center with a few small rides. Nice views of the hills and nice view of the Truckee river that runs next to the park.

Super cold, more snow than I've seen in a long time. Only issue, water kept freezing at the pipe.
