Overall the KOA was crowded and run down. The trash was over flowing and the bathrooms were in extreme decay. The tent site was not too bad and I absolutely loved the planted tree and grass pad. If the bathroom was renovated I think that would sway my experience a lot.

Very nice park. Enjoyed having the super premium site with the patio furniture, swing, rocking chairs, table & chairs, along with the available grill.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and when we alerted them to some dog poop in our tent sites they cleaned it up quickly and we're so nice about it. Bathrooms were my biggest negative. Toilets should be separate from showers, one of two wasn't working, there was water all over the floor and the ventilation was poor.

The pool and bathrooms were ok. The ambiance was similar to a gravel quarry. Kids were allowed to play, scream and run around our site way after dusk. Staff was very nice.

Campground is fine for a one night stay, at least for us. Probably would not stay here again even for one night. Our biggest disappointment was the amount of cigarette butts in our fire ring that had not been cleaned out. Our neighbor took a walk around his RV while smoking and decided to put his cigarette out in our camp fire ring. I guess it looked like a giant ashtray.

The sites are right on top of each other. I understand it is high desert but even landscaping with some rocks, fencing, something would be better. The dog area has zero shade and it was 90 degrees. Try that with a fur coat on. Glad we were just passing thru. On the plus side, the staff was nice and we had good neighbors.

only there for 1 night, but staff was nice and helpful, we had a pull-thru space, with water and electricity. I would stay there again.

It’s a rather large KOA. Lots of people working in the area camping there. The location is a tough one -very little grass or pavement-mostly hard packed rock. Staff very friendly, bathrooms clean and office well stocked. We would stay there again if in the area but only passing through.

Stayed in my van at a tent site with electric. It’s a windy location there & they have big UNNECESSARY fire pits. Dog diarrhea all over the grass. I witnessed at least 3 separate people in rv’s take their dogs to use the grass in the tent sites. At night & in the morning.

When booking I was not told that outside setting area faced your neighbors outside space. The sites are too tight/small for this kind of configuration. Also, all trash collection areas were overflowing with trash that was setting around and on top of the dumpsters. If I had been staying for more than one night, I would have tried to locate another R V Park.

Beautiful area and friendly staff. Area of improvements are the dog park and rear bathroom. The shower head needs to be replaced. The dog park needs thin mesh wire to prevent small dogs escaping.

The camp site needs to have more grass. Just a lot of rocks. I didn't like the location because it was behind some gas company. But very close to town where there are lots of shops and you can get a bite to eat.

Mostly positive stay. Most of the sites have some weeds growing in them by the seating areas and fire pits.

The check-in staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The neighbors were friendly and had stayed in Rock Springs previously...and they were headed to visit their daughter near where we live!

I was disappointed about the bathrooms. The ad said that there were bathrooms close to the cabins. It was actually kinda a walk. Of the two bathrooms closer by, one of them was "under construction". The other one, I had to put the code in 3 times for the door to actually open. I usually made the longer walk to the bathrooms by the main office. It was really inconvenient.

One of our favorite places to camp when traveling. Very personal tent sights. We have stayed there in the past, stayed here on our way out west and on the way back home. Staff is great and a great view.

Super easy access on AND off, office staff is young and energetic, the place itself is so clean and so well laid out. Too bad we didn’t know how close we were to Flaming Gorge or we would’ve visited. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay!

Lousy gravel roads and parking spots. They should have used asphalt or at least crushed rock. It was difficult to walk in the round rocks they had. Also, we were put across from the entry with all the noise from the highway and from the check in. This KOA will never see us again.

The campground is clean and well maintained. I especially want to thank the staff. We were there for a one-night stopover as we drove to Idaho. Our RV refridgerator went out. They supplied us with a list of repair places. The only one able to get us in was a mobile operator. He was supposed to arrive at 9:30 am but finally got there around 1:30. The staff was good with letting us stay over

This stay was the half way point to our destination and yes, we will stop there again. I prefer shade or trees but there were little to none to be found. The dog park was nice, however, too many high weeds for the little dog section. The staff was friendly and guided us to our space. Very short drive to town. It was reasonable for our one night stay.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
