For the cost of the deluxe cabin I hoped for a better mattress but I really it was a great spot for us.

The beds in the small cabins were like sleeping on a concrete sidewalk. The beds are the MOST IMPORTANT thing to a good night's sleep, especially for someone who has had 4 lower back surgeries, or a bad back. I hope that the beds will get much needed comfortable mattresses.

Staff once again we're friendly and helpful Melissa even knew sign language that's an added Plus for KOA. The restrooms lay out size and cleanliness where the best I've had so far. Great place to stay

Bed was so hard that we got up and left before 5:30 am. Have stayed in KOA cabins before but always one with bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Only two bathroom and one was out of order. We did not shower that morning as that would have tied up the one bathroom for all that just needed to use ths restroom.

Nice little cabins. A/C was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was a couple of out of service bathrooms.

We are punished for traveling with our pets. We rented a cabin with no running water, no toilet and could not cook. NEVER again

We enjoyed our stay however the facilities could have been a lot cleaner. It is shameful that the handicap bathroom isn’t cleaned as well as the rest of the facilities! It was sad to see that no one bothered to water the once beautiful plants, we watered the the ones in front of our cabin and they perked right up.

The cabin we stayed in was nice and had pots and pans and dishes and bathroom towels and linens. And extras like shampoo, conditioner and body soap and paper towels were great !

I was disappointed about the bathrooms. The ad said that there were bathrooms close to the cabins. It was actually kinda a walk. Of the two bathrooms closer by, one of them was "under construction". The other one, I had to put the code in 3 times for the door to actually open. I usually made the longer walk to the bathrooms by the main office. It was really inconvenient.

The staff was fantabulous! The grounds were kept beautiful and everything was amazing! The cabin in which we stayed does need some upgrades and fixes, but overall, it was a magnificent choice for my extended stay! (Probably could use an oven in the little kitchenette too)

Great area and fun things to do for the family. Staff was friendly. The only bad thing was lack of bathrooms, one was being "renovated" and one of the stalls was closed the whole Fourth of July Weekend leaving only three for the whole canpground.

Was not impressed. Facilities were either far or not clean/not updated. Laundry services are expensive! Says no dogs all over the place but people took dogs in restrooms & pool area. Definitely more suited to RVs than tent/cabin stays. Staff were not as friendly-aleays felt intruding in their convos when we went into office. Also it's located right next to a petroleum plant.

We travel a lot and stay at KOA all over the country. The bathrooms are very dirty and small , we did not take a shower . The grounds was dirt and gravel, no landscape to enjoy, not very welcoming .

1 of the 2 restrooms out by the cabins was closed. If someone was in the shower you had to drive to the main restrooms by the office. Not very convenient. Cabin was nice

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
