We were pleased with our pull through site. Unfortunately, the campers in the adjoining site with a huge 5th wheel parked 2 huge pick ups and a car, jamming everything on that narrow site and blocked us in. Fortunately, they left before us, so we didn't have to knock on their door. On the plus side, their herd of kids were very quiet.

Just looks like nobody really cares. Only weeds are growing. No one trims dead branches. View outside of campground is of oil tank farm. Not room to put awnings out in most of the camp. I centered in site and neighbor still had to hookup sewer under my slide out. The whole park filled to an amazing overcrowded mess. The kids that work the place were friendly, so I gave an extra point.

Reason for the low rating is the section of the park we were put. It was the "L" section. This apparently is the long term/worker section of the park. Not well kept at all. We have stayed at this park several times and would again if in the area. They do have some nice campsites but guess they were saving them for something big. There were several overnighters that came to the "L" area.

It was a good place to chill and sleep for the one night but nothing spectacular- nice gift shop. I bought a few things.

The park is nothing special. It's good for an overnight stay while in transit because of it's location.

We could only get one night, so did not use any of the facilities. A very busy KOA, easy to get on and off freeway. Liked the looks of the tent areas. Very nice and private.

We arrived late and was greeted by a friendly employee who directed us to our site. Level site and clean restrooms.

The location was what we needed. We arrived early, and although our spot was vacant, we still needed to pay extra. We have never had that happen through more than 12 years of camping. The “site” is a small patch of gravel in a big parking lot. We did not use any restroom/laundry faciIities…just slept. It served its purpose, that’s all…very minimally.

The staff was fantabulous! The grounds were kept beautiful and everything was amazing! The cabin in which we stayed does need some upgrades and fixes, but overall, it was a magnificent choice for my extended stay! (Probably could use an oven in the little kitchenette too)

Greeted by friendly staff, guided us to our sight and helped us spot our RV. It was a back in spot. there were two showers near our location but only one was working and the campground was full. we were parked right behind the basketball court and the kids played till 10 pm. The first night they were throwing rocks and hitting the picnic tables.

Staff included a very young group of people, all of whom were very friendly. This property is a no frills, gravel lot campground but worked well for a one night stay while on the way to our next destination.

We routinely stay at this KOA while traveling. It is easy to access. The grounds are neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. While not "fancy", the location has very good amenities.

Person leading us to the site didn't realize big rigs can't turn on a dime. Got me ln a spot where I couldn't make the turn and couldn't back up with tow car behind. Didn't make me real happy

Great area and fun things to do for the family. Staff was friendly. The only bad thing was lack of bathrooms, one was being "renovated" and one of the stalls was closed the whole Fourth of July Weekend leaving only three for the whole canpground.

Great mountain biking in the foothills behind. Nice stay for overnight. Clean. Simple. Sites are close to each other.

Wonderful office staff and met many park residents who were very nice. Loved it and will return. The staff went above and beyond making things right for us.

Friendly people, although tough environment to grow grass & trees for sites. Bathrooms may need attention. Can see lots of effort but still only one BR was available & water kept getting all over floor from shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rock Springs KOA. it is easy to get to and from. The sites are level and clean. We will stay again. The only comment I have is that there is a section of sidewalk outside the women's restroom that has heaved up. It is marked with paint but I still tripped over it a couple of times. Quite dangerous and needs to be fixed. I am 71 and this is quite concerning to me.

Nice campground. Stairs from lower tent level to store were dangerous; needs to be fixed. Too steep and uneven.

Staff was friendly and the store was very nice. I would recommend the patio sites with the privacy fence. The fence cuts down on the wind.

Very convenient, drive-through spots. Propane is easy to refill and priced right. The kids loved the playground and pool after a long day cooped up in the truck. Purposely modified our trip so we could visit rock springs KOA again.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
