Close to the highway. Level sites. Limited cable. Clean. Good for 1 nite and go. Would not do an extended stay. Showers were clean. Very friendly staff.

Ground are all dirt very Little Rock. If it was raining it would be a mess. Men’s bathroom floor could be a lot cleaner. Front deck check in very nice young lady’s.

We showed up with no reservation, and they were able to accommodate us for that night. We stayed in a Class A Motorhome towing a car, and had a pull thru full hookup site. Easy in and easy out. We would stay again.

Friendly efficient check in staff. Only a couple hundred yards off the interstate with traffic noise, our site was against a fence bordering a oil tank farm. There was a manhole cover in my site which gave off a sewage smell. A bright security light blazed all night, yet there was no physical security from the nearby interstate. I would NEVER stay here or recommend this location.

We were there only one night, but the staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. There was not a lot to do there as we were there early October, so the pool was closed. Our site was ok it had two chairs around a fire pit, two dead trees and a picnic table. But the view from our RV was very nice.

We stayed there twice before and the people in the office were friendly and helpful. This time, neither young lady was friendly or helpful. We paid over $70 for site 45. It was charming in concept but it was filthy and weedy and both trees are half dead. In 20 years of KOA-ing I've NEVER left a bad review. Really disgusted by this experience!

We much prefer smaller dispersed campgrounds in natural settings. Sometimes, though, we need full hook-ups and a shower to stand under for 10 minutes straight. The friendly staff at Rock Springs/Green River KOA campground maintain their facilities impeccably. There's a large dog park with agility features. Only a few sad little trees and lots of dust - but that's the nature of this region.

I had a trailer tire go flat while at the KOA. Alex helped us change the tire out which was great seeing as my back had gone out. The entire staff was fantastic and friendly.

Hosts & personnel are awesome! Convenient location & amenities. Only ding is bathrooms & showers could use some attention. Overall, very nice though.

The camp site was as expected but the bathrooms were not great. Absolutely no hot water in the showers! Hot water at the sinks but not at the shower. Floors very wet and dangerously slippery. Only one toilet worked and the other was flooded by the showers.

Paid for the patio site for the seating and grill. The grill was filthy. No way could we use it! The furniture was pretty dirty as well. Great idea but needs to be cleaned. Very disappointed!

Just OK for a overnight stay, nothing more. Big oil station in front of the park. Gravel dusty roads and pads which were not level. Only saw two pole lights therefore making the park very dark at night! Not much of a store but it did have nice bathroom and shower facilities.

We enjoyed tenting at this KOA, particularly because of the privacy fencing, amenities, and close proximity to the restrooms. Great place!

Staff once again we're friendly and helpful Melissa even knew sign language that's an added Plus for KOA. The restrooms lay out size and cleanliness where the best I've had so far. Great place to stay

We have stayed at Rock Springs KOA many times over the years. The campground is usually fine. This time wifi basically did not exist! Cable TV was not formatted correctly and every channel was widely stretched out of proportion. We have a wifi hotspot from T-Mobile. The host said only Verizon and ATT service was available. Have you ever been without wifi, phone or TV at a KOA Kampground? Sigh

We were told we would have a “pull through” for our 35’ 5th wheel. To us, a pull through means you do NOT have to unhook. In order to fit, we had to leave our truck at risk hanging out into the main thoroughfare of the campground overnight. They provided us with cones that had zero reflectors on. Worthless.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Reservation was booked online. Site is a pull thru which means you dont have to back in, not a gaurantee to not unhook, especially if you have a large FW. I recommend making reservations over the phone in the future to make sure you get what you are expecting. We would have encouraged a bigger site.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
