Great stay this was our second stay here and we enjoyed the site. Very clean and quiet as well as helpful staff!

We stayed in site 67 with a private, fenced patio area. It was just what we needed; a little open space with a swing, rocking chairs, dining table, chairs and gas grill. It was worth a little extra since we stayed there for 2 days. We played golf at White Mountain Golf Course which was nice. Walmart and Home Depot are close by.

We had rain the evening with a little hail. The drainage or lack of made the campground one big mud hole. Our site was the run off for the upper part of the park. They offered to move us but by that time there was mud every and not easily moved. They need to do some intensive landscaping to handle the run off. It looks like the problem has been going on for sometime.

We have stayed here a couple of times when traveling I80. Nice folks here too. Everything is clean. We will stay here again.

Muddy mess. My rig is covered in hard dry mud. Wish we would have stayed at Walmart parking. No mud there. Dog park under water. Staff was nice

The water pressure went from 20 to 50 all the time. Very annoying.

It started with being checked in by I believe it was Kayla which had no personality. Asked questions abruptly. Paying for a Deluxe Patio site we were disappointed with the fenced in area loaded with one foot tall weeds, dog poop left and sand bags covering holes next to fence. It was obvious this area wasn’t even looked at before our arrival. Lots of noise from oil refinery nearby.

Overnight stay with easy access to I-80. Older park, could use a makeover. Site was level on a stone parking lot with hookups. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Permanent sites in the back of the park.

I booked 3 nights. Should have stayed 1, but the town of Rock Springs has a good laundromat & a wash big enough for RVs, so got some housekeeping stuff done. Sites are gravel and hot. Not much privacy.

The RV park is not maintained. RV sites are washed out as well as the roads in the RV park. Broken fencing, weeds are everywhere. The K-9 camp is not good. With that being said the STAFF was very friendly and nice!! With a little TLC the could clean up.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Site was terrible! Open door to neighbors open door! Uneven site, needs to be graded! Worse than a parking lot!

Not enough gravel. Sure glad it didn’t rain. You could see dried up mud everywhere and where people had gotten hung up in it. Weeds everywhere and no grass. Use a weed eater, people! Ugh.

All but one shower was being remodeled and there was a waiting line. Cabin and bathroom was not the cleanest

Just passing through but enjoyed the shelter and privacy of the fenced “yard” for each rig. Nice store with needed and appreciated supplies. Cheerful, helpful staff.

At check in I purchased a KOA card + paid for my stay.I was given a paper receipt with a # on it-no card they were "out".No offer to call/text me if any came in during my 5 night stay.Our RV site was one where our door side faced west,so patio was in the sun.Could have had an east site as many overnighters pulled in/out of those daily. Our patio was full of oil soaked weeds-which I pulled.Yuck!!

The place is very dusty. The roads and camping spots are dirt/gravel and are not really inviting to spend time outside. Due to construction it is difficult to know exactly which exit to take. However, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Staff was GREAT. The problem with this campground is location (surrounded by urban development and construction) and maintenance (could use some major maintenance to freshen things up). The campground lacked the campground feel that is so much a part of the KOA experience. Good for overnight parking if passing through, but nothing to keep you there.

Some what difficult to find. Recent rain probably why the gravel campsite was muddy in spots. After hour check in easy but no wifi code listed.

Friendly staff. Rough roads and very dusty. To save on setting up the hook ups the campground is designed so every other rv parks the opposite way to share hook up location. Not good.

We have stayed here before, liked it for an overnight stay. The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 1 star is to get the attention of KOA management, not against this KOA. KOA Corperate WON'T consider "emergency" cancelations. We had a catasphoric failure of our 5th wheel suspension, tire blowout & weren't able to make it the 100 miles to the KOA, I called, informed the KOA & was told of the no refund.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
