We arrived late and was greeted by a friendly employee who directed us to our site. Level site and clean restrooms.

The location was what we needed. We arrived early, and although our spot was vacant, we still needed to pay extra. We have never had that happen through more than 12 years of camping. The “site” is a small patch of gravel in a big parking lot. We did not use any restroom/laundry faciIities…just slept. It served its purpose, that’s all…very minimally.

Greeted by friendly staff, guided us to our sight and helped us spot our RV. It was a back in spot. there were two showers near our location but only one was working and the campground was full. we were parked right behind the basketball court and the kids played till 10 pm. The first night they were throwing rocks and hitting the picnic tables.

Staff included a very young group of people, all of whom were very friendly. This property is a no frills, gravel lot campground but worked well for a one night stay while on the way to our next destination.

We routinely stay at this KOA while traveling. It is easy to access. The grounds are neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. While not "fancy", the location has very good amenities.

Person leading us to the site didn't realize big rigs can't turn on a dime. Got me ln a spot where I couldn't make the turn and couldn't back up with tow car behind. Didn't make me real happy

Great mountain biking in the foothills behind. Nice stay for overnight. Clean. Simple. Sites are close to each other.

Friendly people, although tough environment to grow grass & trees for sites. Bathrooms may need attention. Can see lots of effort but still only one BR was available & water kept getting all over floor from shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rock Springs KOA. it is easy to get to and from. The sites are level and clean. We will stay again. The only comment I have is that there is a section of sidewalk outside the women's restroom that has heaved up. It is marked with paint but I still tripped over it a couple of times. Quite dangerous and needs to be fixed. I am 71 and this is quite concerning to me.

Quite RV park on gravel deck. Clean bathrooms. Very courteous staff. Good for overnight stay while traveling.

Staff was friendly and the store was very nice. I would recommend the patio sites with the privacy fence. The fence cuts down on the wind.

Very convenient, drive-through spots. Propane is easy to refill and priced right. The kids loved the playground and pool after a long day cooped up in the truck. Purposely modified our trip so we could visit rock springs KOA again.

Staff is very helpful, clean, nice dog park, and good shower. Very easy on and off highway. A lot of road noise - I am a country boy and not use to freeway noise. I do appreciate everyone being very friendly.

We have been here several times for 1 night stays. As always staff is pleasant and helpful, easy to get in and out, pads are level, As in most campgrounds, Wifi in the eveings is slow

We spent 1 night when traveling through WY Hosts were every friendly and helpful even gave us each a cookie welcome gift. Lots of nice updates, a nice pool, great store, cute grassed tenting spots but no shade trees or grass for rv’s. Don’t let the sketchy drive through Rock Springs turn you off the campground is nice!

We really appreciated the pool in the extreme heat. The sites are pretty basic and the gravel every where makes it challenging to stay clean. Nice dog park though.

This KOA is basically a gravel parking lot. We had SPOT 25 which shared an electric box with our neighbor. They tried parking every other camper the opposite direction. This forced you to open your door towards someone else's door. . I've never had a site with so little space and then shared space at that. I would not stay here again.

For a campground in an arid, dusty part of the US, they seem to do their best. The sites themselves are very, very tight. Well stocked little market for us RV folks' needs and some cute items in the gift shop. Showers were very clean. The little hiking path with the shell fossils was an unexpected plus!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The campgrounds were very clean. We were in the overflow and the only problem we had was the water pressure. Couldn't turn too many faucets on at the same time. Had a fantastic stay otherwise.

We had a confusing mixup about our reservation but the office staff was helpful, courteous, friendly, professional and creative in getting the issue successfully resolved. We really appreciated their excellent customer service

Nice campground, easy access and egress. Campground was well maintained and members of the crew making sure everyone was guided to their spot and lined up properly, I would stay there again.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
