The charge of 25.00 is BS for checking out late when you are helping a neighbor with his broke down mh. And the office was aware of the problem and the late check out. Also the 10.00 charge for cancelling 4 days before we were going to be there but now we are broke down and cant make it. We stay there alot even in the winter. But we will be making other arrangements now.

No shade especially in pet area. A sail shade in pet area would do until any trees grew. Staff rides by guests who are walking outside in high heat without offering a ride. High heat is dangerous and the owner should encourage his staff to get guests out of the heat.

Not a good idea to be spraying chemicals in the early morning hours with RV windows open, water lines and food in the open. Some, like myself and my neighbor, are allergic to herbicides and pesticides.

The staff was 10/10. From the bike ride to escort us to our spot, to the well kept dog park, and incredibly clean bathrooms, this place runs like a well oiled machine!

Great stay. Clean location. Friendly people. One suggestion would be to go ahead and add sewer to the 25 spots you have on the front row, instead of just power and water.

We had a beautiful site and were prepared to enjoy our stay. However, the disgusting sewer smell coming from the restroom area made it impossible. We had to have all the windows closed in the camper all night to be able to sleep. Every breeze brought a horrific smell with it. It’s a shame it ruined our entire stay.

The back restrooms one was closed and the other one had a shower that was dirty. The restroom part was clean. At the restrooms near the office, out of three, one was completely clogged but when I told the office they immediately fixed it. Very nice staff!

Not your typical KOA. More like a very large parking lot. No trees or shade. Just gravel and pavement. Right next to freeway, so very noisy. We stayed just one night. They put us in the row closest to the freeway where in addition to the noise there were floodlights from an adjacent business. We did not stay here on our return trip home. Check-in staff was pleasant and showers were clean.

you need to tell people on your web site that most of your spaces face the space next to them so that you share a yard. some of use do not like this. I do not like having to look into the door of the camper next to me when i go outside.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
