The entire staff that I interacted with were all very nice and professional. I only stayed overnight but the campground was very nice, the restrooms were convenient and the showers were clean as well. A minor suggestions would be for more hooks in the drying off area for towel, bag, keys etc.

We only stayed one night. We really enjoyed the ease of checking in. All the staff was very friendly. Our dogs loved the dog run with grass. We will be back.

I was shocked at how little maintenance was being done. Unmowed weeds everywhere. Dead trees and plants from lack of water and care. The place is a gold mine, filling up every night, where is the money going?!

Staff was nice, grounds clean, but strong sewer smell. They let us move sites, which was better. But we still got whiffs of sewer.

Just another gravel lot no-trees KOA only suitable for an overnight stay while traveling to another destination. My space had the remnants of a bad black tank spill. Poorly cleaned up and left to dry. Disgusting!

OK for a night or two, but our site was mostly dirt. So glad it did not rain. Staff was good and everything worked, but WiFi was marginal.

Nice enough for a one night stay. Everything was all gravel and needed grading. Dog park had tumbleweeds but some grass.

The campground and staff at check in were great! The person that led you to the campsite was not friendly or helpful.

It is a full gravel lot with barely any gravel but plenty of mud. Couldn’t walk around your camper without getting covered in mud. This facility is ruining your KOA brand.

Don’t like the tandem parking so you are facing your neighbor very close by. After rain the whole area is a mud puddle. Would only recommend it as a decent location and about the only game in town.

The park is hot, dry and windy in August, however, that is the environment. I don't think there is much that could be done differently unless everything was paved. We would like to visit again and see the Green River area.

Staff were very friendly and courteous, welcoming. Apparently it had rained before we arrived and the campground was a muddy mess. Standing water in place. Hook ups were in mud. Everything got dirty. Dog park very muddy. You should invest on grading the ground, install a drainage system and either put grass or gravel. Very happy with the staff, very disapointed with the campground.

About what you would expect from a KOA located off of an interstate. Nothing green, located next to oil or gas holding tanks. Full hookups and dog park appreciated. Good for an overnight, between destinations.

We loved the convenience of the location. Please do work on site 80, after a brief rain we had at least 3 inches of wet soupy mud around the camper. It took at least an hour to clean the hose, electric cord water filter our mats and that didn't include our shoes. So block off this site until the water issues are fixed. I don't think our site was the only one

This place is a one night, don’t unhook or put a chair out kind of place. Don’t believe the online pics either. No trees, no amenities. Very noisy with highway traffic. We had rain twice and it got very muddy.

Appreciated being contacted from the wait list when a FHU site became available. Site was level and utilities worked great. At a KOA I would appreciate being led to our site as well as trash pickup at our site. But I know there are staffing issues everywhere.

We were very dissappointed. We felt like we were in a gravel pit. KOA should inspect this park. We will never stay in Rock Springs. KOA again, and we will tell our friends not to either.

Great stay this was our second stay here and we enjoyed the site. Very clean and quiet as well as helpful staff!

We stayed in site 67 with a private, fenced patio area. It was just what we needed; a little open space with a swing, rocking chairs, dining table, chairs and gas grill. It was worth a little extra since we stayed there for 2 days. We played golf at White Mountain Golf Course which was nice. Walmart and Home Depot are close by.

We had rain the evening with a little hail. The drainage or lack of made the campground one big mud hole. Our site was the run off for the upper part of the park. They offered to move us but by that time there was mud every and not easily moved. They need to do some intensive landscaping to handle the run off. It looks like the problem has been going on for sometime.

We have stayed here a couple of times when traveling I80. Nice folks here too. Everything is clean. We will stay here again.

Muddy mess. My rig is covered in hard dry mud. Wish we would have stayed at Walmart parking. No mud there. Dog park under water. Staff was nice

It started with being checked in by I believe it was Kayla which had no personality. Asked questions abruptly. Paying for a Deluxe Patio site we were disappointed with the fenced in area loaded with one foot tall weeds, dog poop left and sand bags covering holes next to fence. It was obvious this area wasn’t even looked at before our arrival. Lots of noise from oil refinery nearby.

Overnight stay with easy access to I-80. Older park, could use a makeover. Site was level on a stone parking lot with hookups. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Permanent sites in the back of the park.

I booked 3 nights. Should have stayed 1, but the town of Rock Springs has a good laundromat & a wash big enough for RVs, so got some housekeeping stuff done. Sites are gravel and hot. Not much privacy.

The RV park is not maintained. RV sites are washed out as well as the roads in the RV park. Broken fencing, weeds are everywhere. The K-9 camp is not good. With that being said the STAFF was very friendly and nice!! With a little TLC the could clean up.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
