We got in after a torrential rain and these sweet upbeat young ladies were working very hard to get us in a spot that wouldn’t flood and be muddy. We will stop here again if in the area.

Second time we have stayed at Rock Springs KOA. Close to interstate but not noisy. Busy campground. Staff is friendly, easy check in.

Only stayed one night while traveling. Booked online. Easy check in. Easy pull thru sites on dirt and gravel. It was pouring down rain so lots of mud that night.

We arrived early and were told we would have to pay an early check-in fee of $10. So we left pulling our rig around in an unfamiliar town for a couple of hours. We always leave before check out time and don't get an early check out refund! We were annoyed by this. The KOA book doesn't have the check in-out times. All campgrounds should have the same times so we know. The lot smelled like sewer!

We paid $51.30 per night using our KOA 10% discount Membership for a water, 30/50 amp electric, sewer site on unlevel gravel.. Laundry facilities were great but the room was cramped… Showers and restrooms were really dated and needs a lot of updating… The entire park needs a little TLC…

Just passing through, stayed one night. My husband almost fell when he walked on a spot filled with a foot or more of gravel. Rather than fixing the dirt hole and compacting it you filled with just rock making a unstable surface, not safe for man nor rigs to get out of.

clean the place up and make repairs can't set at picnic tables without splinters. weeds everywhere. laundry and exercise room terrible dirty. was nice a couple years ago. what happened?

1/4 of park does not have cable or sewer. WiFi is almost non existant. Very small spaces. Could not park RV without bush branches against the RV.

There was a water leak directly next to our camper so we sunk ankle deep into mud any time we tried to go in or our of our camper. When we informed them they offered nothing for the mess. Also the front is basically a gravel parking lot. No trees :(

Just okay. Only an overnight stay so didn't use any of the amenities. Typically cheek-by-jowl parking with no green grass or shade. Overpriced. But easy booking and check-in.

We stayed 5 days in this campground.the weeds were so thick everywhere you looked. No one would bend over to pull them. One of the ladies in the office was friendly and helpful and one of the boys outside was nice and helpful. This park needs management that works it needs people to work. Please contact me for more information you need to address this problem

I absolutely hate your campsites. Why do you have two campsites facing each other. That would be great camping with friends but not total strangers especially with COVID.

A welcome stop on long stretch of hiway. Very helpful and friendly staff. Store offerings were very good. We especially enjoyed visiting with others in the park who came from far away places. Would definitely stay again and recommend this KOA!

What grass was there was not cut anywhere on any sites. Not well maintained. Was hard to find a level site.

Did NOT like the space we got...came in at 4:30...staff goes home at 4 pm..VERY inconvenient when no one is there to help you to get an adequate space. Put us on a baron space with no trees...100 degree heat...LOTS OF TREED SPACES AVAILABLE...I called before noon that day...Staff should accommodate early callers. Space next to me parked car half over my space...had 4 LARGE GREAT DANE DOGS!

Very dirty place, just dusty rock spots. Had big wash spot where our door had to go. Almost $60 a night for just a dirty parking lot to park in.

very very dusty , needs gravel . Some sites are washed out from rain . I had a hard time finding a spot to place my leveling boards so they would not break when I pulled up on them . I needed 3 inches of boards to level . But their location from the road is very easy to find and get to .

The roads in the campground are the worse we have ever encountered

The inner roads are horrible; They have huge, old and hard washouts that have not been regraded, and caused our RV to violently lurch back and forth as we were escorted to our site. The Receptionist "fudged" when she said we were reserving the last site. We were not even the last in our row, much less in the park! Bad public relations!

We paid for a premium site and it was too dirty to use. There was 1/2 inch or more of caked clay mud on the side walk outside of the camper, my husband had to go to the office to get a shovel to scrape off the mud before we could use the sidewalk at all. The garbage receptacles were overflowing onto the ground.

We’ve stayed here several times traveling I-80. It’s a very busy campground due to it’s location and we always enjoy people watching as campers come in. There’s plenty of long pull though sites to make it easy to park and stay connected.

Convenient place to stop while traveling but would not stay longer than 1 night. Location good for access but not for scenery (behind large fuel tanks), noise (close to freeway), etc... but it was a convenient place to stop on our way to our destination. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

The site was level and the staff was awesome the kids said the pool was great the store had essentials plus if we go back that way we will be sure to stay there

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
