The park roads are in horrible condition. Maintenance of the park is way overdue. Office was clean. Staff was polite. Two WiFi addresses that never worked. Was not worth price paid. Was VERY close to using the one hour refund. Was too tired from a day of driving or I would have.

We requested a full hookup, pull through site for our 40’ motorhome. We could not level when we pulled through and had to unhook our tow car and back up on the site in order to level. The office gave us a $5 credit adjustment because of the problem leveling. The sites are ‘buddy’ sites and very close to each other. Easy access to interstate. Overall - clean RV Park.

Just used it as a one night stopover on the way to Jackson Hole. Deluxe site with fence and concrete patio was very nice and well maintained. CG had lots of amenities we did not take advantage of, but appeared very nice.

Maintenance is.missing. tumble weeds are over running the whole place. They cut the trees and are making them bush that does not help with the wind. Wouldn't stop there again.

Location is near everything downtown. The large trees keep it comfortable even in the high 90’s Because of ts of trees,,, the streets inside park are hard to maneuver.. I’d suggest a camp host escort ( which most KOA have, even when not needed) lots of rigs sticking out, awnings jutting into pathways.. it’s a confusing entry as well,,, trees block small sign at first Private Rv park..( KOA

It was a place for the night but it wasn't the nicest koa I've stayed at and there was people on a cliff side shooting down a hill right next to the park! It made me and my family feel very un easy, as well as a lot of local monthly campers coming and going all night long!! But it was a koa and probably the safest place for us that night in WY as there is literally nowhere else!!

Friendly professional staff. Clean rest rooms with plenty of hot water. Close to freeway but not too noisey. Great for getting off the freeway for the night.

Very nice group of employees. Clean campground, but can be dusty at times. Quite at night even with highway nearby.

The campground was nice and the view amazing! Had all the hookups we needed. The only major complaint is that the pool was very cloudy, we couldn't even see the bottom or even our feet. The site is close to the city so is good for getting gas or food.

Campsite was very good, extremely strong wind dampened the enjoyment. Staff seemed to be more interested in their electronic devices than the customers.

Made a last minute decision to stay in Rock Springs on our way back from Yellowstone. Asked for after hours instructions and was delighted with the information provided. Clean facilities and everything was as advertised. Thanks for having us!

It was for only one night so we didn't get to enjoy everything. What we did was clean and we'll kept. Will stop there again.

We pulled in to the camp ground late evening after driving 9 hours on the road. What we really needed was a good night’s sleep. Campers directly across from us played LOUD music, shouted, sang and partied until 2:45 A.M. We tried calling the office, but the call only went to Voicemail. We walked down to the office but no one was there and there were no other phone numbers listed.

I stayed in a deluxe patio with 5th wheel, only way to stay with Wyoming winds.very nice park. Would stay there again

We had a great stay. Despite the camp being very full, it was quite at night. There were lots of activities for kids and the camp is well organized. I would say that the bathrooms are in need of renovation.

The spaces were muddy and washed out. The side walks were covered with dirt . The whole place needs to be cleaned up. Very disappointing.

The park is very clean and well organized. We loved the private patio area we had on our site with the gas BBQ and patio set and a great area for the dogs to run around in.

The place is badly in need of maintenance. There are weeds that need to be removed and the roads need to be graded. The place is OK for a quick over night stay while on a long trip but it is not some place I would stay any longer.

I've stayed at several different KOAs across the country, and this one is the most welcoming, well-run, and nicest I've had the pleasure of visiting. It's far enough away from the highway that it's pretty quiet, it's very clean, the staff are very helpful, it's a great KOA all around!
