We rented one of the cabins, it was very clean, had everything you needed to cook with and a full bath w/shower and towels. The park was very clean and mowed. The people working there were very nice. The only problem we had was the rain! Will go back in the future.

The cabin was clean and well stocked and everything worked as it should. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The campground was peaceful and quiet. We appreciate the fact we could take our dogs with us. We were double-charged for the $25 pet fee but the error was caught by the staff and a credit was issued immediately. The downside...VERY expensive nightly charge.

Cabin was nice but much smaller than it looked in the pictures. But after storing all our belongings it was just right. Staff is amazing and took care of our every need. Campground is very clean and a great place to experience nature.

Everything was fine except for the internet which never worked for us on any of our devices. The air conditioner in our Kabin barely put out any cold air. I fear it will be worse when the summer arrives.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Rusk KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my daughter had a great time despite the weather not fully cooperating. Our rustic cabin kept us dry and was very clean. We will come again.

The people were awesome and the place was immaculate. Cool little trails with a creek to splash around in. The Tipi was amazing.

This was our first stay at any KOA. We were only there for one night but were so impressed we’ve started planning our next getaway at a KOA. The hosts were lovely and we all had a blast!

We really enjoy this park. It is quiet and peaceful! The bed in our cabin was a little uncomfortable, then again, it wasn't OUR bed. Great place to visit! Clean and friendly people!

Because you told My sin you were going to comp. the second night because of the weather. You charged my card 325 dollars for one night they refunded 50 of that. Dishonest is what that is so No I will tell anyone that thiks of staying with yall to PAY IN CASH. YOU ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY ENOUGH TO BE GIVEN A CARD!

First let me say we did not charge you for the cabin that was indeed free. The charges you incurred was because your son and his girlfriend decided to smoke in the cabin and they had a pet. If you ask your daughter Crystal she signed the receipt stating, smoking in cabin is forbidden.

The cabin we rented was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Everyone was super friendly and the grounds were impeccably maintained. We will definitely be coming back!

I loved staying in a camping cabin. They are close to bathrooms, showers. Offer lots of quiet time. Staff is amazing. Loved, loved, loved it!

Everything was really nice. We just had an incident where my mom slipped in the shower due to slick floors. She hit her knee and is bruised. However, they were very quick to come put down some grippers. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

As always, we enjoyed the campground. We did have an issue with centipedes in our cabin that we ended up sleeping in our car because they were crawling all over us. We woke up to them crawling on us. We mentioned this to the staff who said they spray weekly. We will return, but in our camper. The staff is friendly and the showers and restrooms were clean. Rusk Koa is quiet!

The cabin was lovely but there was no bedding for the loft unit and we were not advised of this in advance, so that was not great. I would recommend putting bedding in there in future or making the guests fully aware of the fact that they must bring bedding themselves.

Very well run campsite! Well organized! Very pleasant owners & staff who call you by name! Bathrooms always clean, always hot water in showers! I had a very pleasant long weekend stay in the Teepee! I highly recommend this KOA in Rusk TX to anyone who wants to get away from the city & recharge your batteries in the country! Thank you Bill & Pam!

We only stayed the night. But this camp made us feel welcomed at home the minute we pulled in. Thank you Bill for your hospitality. We will come again and stay longer. The TIPI was a hit with our granddaughter.
