Beautiful park and quiet.

One of our favorite KOA's, extremely clean (including the swimming pool) and all equipment/facilities in top notch condition. Love the pine trees in the campground, makes you feel like you are camping in the forest but with all the comforts of a first rate campground. Office staff very helpful and friendly. Campground is quiet with just enough lighting, I always feel very safe and comfortabl here.

The stay was great. People were very friendly and nice. The park and restrooms were clean and nice. The road to the KOA (hwy 84) coming from the east was really rough and hilly would recommend another route if possible. We enjoyed our one night stay wish we didn’t have to get on the road.

Beautiful area, very nicely set up, woodsy, nice pull throughs, friendly staff. Quite a ways off from the road traffic. Didn’t use the facilities, but the pool looked very inviting. We were there the weekend of the sidecar rally - such a friendly group :). John & Paula

Showers cramped. Unisex showers, ugh. They should be in with the toilets and sinks. Can't check in til 2pm, office closes at 5pm. They boast of events and features. Everything was locked tight at 5pm. 12 miles off the highway.

we were how easy it was to enter and depart from the highway, 62. The peace and quite are unreal and the staff is super.

Great park, immaculate bathrooms, most friendly staff we have ever met. Will definitely be back. Lots of amenities, fire pits, patio chairs, tables, great pool.....

Our second time at this park. We love it. Hosts are great, park & facilities very well kept. Not crowded last week of March so it was nice & quiet. One of our favorite KOA's in Texas.

Attended a rally at the KOA. Great service, highly organized, check-in was a snap and the staff extremely courteous. Could not ask for a better experience!

This was an overnight stop on our way home back north. But was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and it was a nice place to stop and unwind.

Our stay was really awesome—from the first phone call for our reservations—everything was so easy & fun !! The park was immaculate & the staff were the best !! Can’t wait to go back & try out the cabins

Everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities to distract a weary traveler. The walking trails were great to take our daughter on a long hike. Glenn (the assistant manager) is a superstar. Even after delaying his own meal to come and help us clear a blockage in our grey water drain, he tried to assuage our guilt about it by pretending he got out of cooking. Thank you, Glenn, you rock.

The Rusk KOA was very clean and tidy. We stayed in spot #25. I believe it was the longest as we had enough room for our 35' travel trailer, my 2017 F250, and my brother's 2018 Toyota Tundra all end to end. Also 25 is at the back side of the camp and we only saw two or three vehicles pass us during our two day stay. So, it's quiet and peaceful. The town of Rusk is tiny, so plan to just camp.

We enjoyed staying at the Rusk KOA because it was clean, easy to pull in and set-up, and very quite. Only complaint was the rate was higher than Good Sams parks.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The gameroom and kitchen was great with restrooms very close by. The only concern I have was the WiFi was very slow and was difficult getting internet service.
