Staff is great, friendly, appreciative, and efficient. Campground is very clean and they work at keeping it that way. Spaces in the campground are tight, particularly for big rigs and fifth wheels.

We really enjoyed our stay, it would have been nice to had shade, but it looked like the tree in our spot had been removed. The property was clean, the staff was friendly, loved the dog park with the artificial turf as your legs did not get bit by bugs in the lawn, and you could see where the dog had done their business easily. I loved my stay just 2 nights but it was clean lots of shade just so peaceful I enjoyed it so much lots to do around there

The person I encountered at check out was a 10 in customer services. Very pleasant interaction. Also, thank you for the wonderful clear directions from security for those of us who are held up in traffic or other travel delays. We arrived late on 2 occasions and the written directions hard copy map, we found out spot with no problem. Late check in made clear and easy after hours on the road.

This was a one night stay on our way to Zion. This was an adequate RV Park. The cost did not match the adequate stay

The park is nice, however, with the dry conditions a staff member was manually watering with a hose not only the grass but the dirt as well. This made the dirt track on the bottom of your feet. Maybe water early or later then 6 pm when people are outside.

Lots of amenities made it a fun stop for the kids. Everything was clean and maintained. It was annoying that every bathroom, shower, pool etc had different codes that no one on vacation is going to remember them all.

KOA itself is very nice. Surrounding area not so great, bad part of town with lots of homeless people. Glad that the camp store was well stocked because there isn't a decent/safe store close by. But the KOA itself was clean and the staff was very friendly. Lots for the kids to do! Great dog area also.

Very large facility but very well designed for easy site access and set up. Mature trees provide lots of shade. The location is close to Salt Lake's transit rail making downtown readily accessible.

Nice sites, wide and somewhat shaded. A bit close to others. All in all a good sold place to stay for a few days.

The turns are a little tight for a big rig. Like the dog park and that you can get your rig cleaned while you are there.

Drive thrus not very long at our site but extra paved driveway for vehicle. Paved site. A lot of trees so you can't get satellite but they have cable. Grounds kept up. Would stay again.

My only complain would be the dog pen where the smell was quite strong even from 40 ft away.

All 10s. One minor incident. A long-term resident at the site behind (with a white Dodge pickup truck) walked his dog which defecated by our picnic table, he then took his dog into his RV. About 10 minutes later I went to his TV and knocked on the door. When he opened the door I asked him to remove his dog’s poop from by my picnic table and his was quite rude to have let his dog poop there and l

I have stayed @ the Salt Lake City on many occasions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I requested to see if we could get a better site than the end site we were scheduled to move to. In 2 hours they rearrange things so this could happen. My grand daughter (age 5) was coming to spend the night. She declared it was the best camping trip ever. I agreed.

Very friendly staff at registration. Simple process. Clear instructions. Site was clean and level. Parking for tow vehicle acceptable. CONS: Trash overflowing at dumpsters. Internet was very poor and unreliable. Fortunately Verizon coverage was quite good.

We attended a wedding and decided to camp. The children enjoyed swimming, playing basket ball, and taking walks. The bathrooms were very clean. We were very pleased with our stay there.

Very dirty park. Food everywhere on the ground. All of the grass was dormant. The dog park had a lot of dried feces and was otherwise very unpleasant. love KOAs but this one was not up to snuff.

We arrived at 715. Were told bathroom/showers are closing at 8. We hurried and 2 of us went to shower since we would be gone before 8 a.m. The staff member at the desk said “I just cleaned the stalls” another staff member said “don’t you have a shower in your rig?” Staff was not friendly at all. Definitely made us not feel welcome.

Everything you imagined downtown SLC,UT to be. You gota pay to play with the upper class..do good food here.
