We needed affordable lodging for our time in salt lake. It was very nice. Cozy cabin that was clean well maintained. Staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

The small cabin was not up to normal KOA standards. 1 The door is ill fiting, letting too much cold air and noise in. The sweep is damaged making a gapping hole. You can pretty much see daylight all the way around. 2. The curtains to the front window are of different lengths. The short one lets way too much light in, the other has a 3 by 2 hole which lets in light and certainly transfer cold air.

One of the nicest KOA we have been to. Preston was so helpful and friendly, office employees so accommodating. We usually have our RV but this trip stayed in a cabin. Wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend this KOA. If in Salt Lake City again will definitely stay there again

My stay was fantastic. The weather was cold but the cabin warm and awesome! If there was something that could be made better is the mens showers located at the offices. My shower stall was not as clean as I'd like and the hot water became sporadic + cold water became the dominant character making showering an adventure among itself. Other than that...I'd do this again in a heartbeat!

Great - super clean and nice cabin - the only negative thing to say about the cabins are the lack of light-blocking shades on the windows and door - it was VERY bright inside (at night and in the morning). Sunlight and street / next door cabin lights were to blame. We had to put up blankets to make it darker inside.

I love staying at the SLC KOA. Best part about ut has to be the friendly staff. Always helpful always accomodating. My only negative would be the hot water was out of order for the first two nights of my stay but the staff got it fixed up quiclky. Also, more active security to keep homelss folks out. I will be coming back At the end of this month for another stay in the Delux cabin.

Loved the outdoor patio area. However the bathroom was filthy. The potty had dust,dirt, hair, and dried urine behind the lid. Dead bugs were swept behind the toilet, the tub was filthy, and the sink had crumbs on it. Not acceptable even in Pandemic times. I didn't discover the filth until we returned later in the evening and got not tell the office staff the next morning since we left before 9 am.

The park was fun to walk however, we were very disappointed that we could not get to the bridge and the stream. We were looking forward to enjoying the stream.

I wasn’t happy with the condition of the cabin…it had not been cleaned well. I did a bunch of cleaning myself. After talking to the manager, she refunded 50% of my stay cost. I am willing to try again, and I hope things will be cleaned properly in 2022. The manager explained they were having trouble with keeping house cleaning workers. She apologized.

Facilities are great! Was trying to leave early and needed air and the staff told me that the air wouldn’t be turned on until 9 am! I explained the situation and was polite about it and it was a stern no and there was air down the road ended up going to three different fuel stations before we found air and it put us behind by almost an hour and a half. The phone service is horrible

you are in the city, felt safe the cabin was very clean, the bathrooms good. The pool and hot tub were great. The bed was very uncomfortable. The Mattress sat low and the wooden side rails made it hard to get out of and kept hitting myself on them when I moved at night

Our sheets were dirty,daughters sheets dirty also. On a road trip so used our sleeping bags/pillows instead. Fridge and micro had crumbs in it. In morning opened grill and there was cheese from previous guest on grill. Wifi not working either. Only here for 1 night. Just came from Moab KOA. It’s like night and day. We love all other KOAs but not this one. � Should have stayed in hotel.

Highly recommend this place! Great people and staff. Have a food truck on site, DDDiner, delish!!

I stayed in a basic cabin. It was very nice and clean. It was also a close distance to the store and restrooms. I recommend staying here if you are cabin camping in the Salt Lake City area.

Too noise by the street. The cover picture in the KOA Magazine doesn't seem to be by the office that's what drew me in! I would give a 10 for the insulation in the cabin, the paved driveway and the greenry surrounding the unit. Way too noise, heard lots of sirens. Staff was nice.

I asked for place to park my jeep trailer (not big) in both my reservation comments and when I checked in. Only option they gave at check in was a rather rude “ no” and directed me to park my $90,000 jeep and trailer next to the main road out front. Nope we figured out another plan that worked. No coffee in our cabin, we asked and it cost extra..etc we will be back but this was not such a grea

Salt Lake City KOA was really nice. The delux cabin was equipped nicely and had a lovely courtyard. The facility is very large, and we didnt get a chance to use the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA! Our kids loved the pool, all the outdoor games and the game room. Lots of amenities here!

Staff was friendly, check in easy. Layout of the cabin was great, and it will well stocked. There was a bunch of dust and dirt under bed, as well as a pacifier and used water bottle in the bunk beds which made me question the cleanliness.
