The staff were very friendly and beyond helpful. The sites were clean and level. Check in / out was easy and fast. The maps had all information needed on it. Laundry room bathrooms were clean as well. Washer dryer good price. Restaurants close by. Food was great. Road ways were clearly marked for travel throughout entire site. I would definition stay here again.

We were there so a family member could get some advanced cardiac work done at the U of U hospital... The procedure was a success... I had asked for some flexibility in our stay depending on the outcome of the procedure. The staff was wonderful and worked with us, thus we did not worry about having to leave before feeling ready, or having to stay past ready to leave just to use up our booked time.

The spots were clean and shaded, the facilities were nice, the staff was nice and Nicos was great . The area is not the best though, a lot of homeless wondering, felt unsafe leaving anything outside camper even though it was locked up and it’s close to airport, oil refineries and trains. Your Heat them all night.

Gave us the worst space in the park. A very small space right on the end where all of the vehicles entering the park drove right by our space. Very loud for us trying to get to sleep early. If we had not been so tired I would have gone back to the office and asked for another space.

We have a 40 ft 5th wheel. We stayed here two times on our two week trip. On both stays if we hadn’t had an empty space in front of us we wouldn’t have made it out because of parking issues from neighbors. The spaces are tight and hard to add a large pickup too. In addition our neighbor whose water hookup was in our front yard space was spraying everywhere and made our grassy area extremely mu

The park is tight to maneuver through, especially when the tremendous number of permanent residents don’t abide by the rules and park their cars in the street. There was trash everywhere and just a general feeling of it being unsafe.

We needed affordable lodging for our time in salt lake. It was very nice. Cozy cabin that was clean well maintained. Staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

We had a great time. We visited the Stillman Ranch, the Aquarium, and downtown. Rode Lime scooters.

Very transient area. We thought we were going to get robbed just walking into the bathroom. A man rode up on his bike with his face covered demanding something. It was pretty scary. Management never answers the phone. It’s pretty loud and lots of construction going on. I will say that it is convenient to downtown, but I will never stay there again.

our favorite KOA to stay at. Just top-notch. Always love our stays with yall! We had such a restful and lovely stay. My only recommendation is to check the ladies shower drains for blockages/clogs. And yes, this could entirely be my hair's fault x)

They get a credit card number number and some employees use it l for there own charging things with out notification

We came in late & a bit frazzled from a long day of traveling and getting a bit lost due to construction work on the freeway. Night registration was easy and we were able to get settled quickly. The dog park was clean and well equipped.

The office is only open from 9am to 6pm. It’s very difficult to pick up packages or do any business with the office unless you can get there during those hours.

The folks were very accommodating when we had to relocate our RV to a flat surface. This was our third or fourth time here, and we enjoy this site very much.

The small cabin was not up to normal KOA standards. 1 The door is ill fiting, letting too much cold air and noise in. The sweep is damaged making a gapping hole. You can pretty much see daylight all the way around. 2. The curtains to the front window are of different lengths. The short one lets way too much light in, the other has a 3 by 2 hole which lets in light and certainly transfer cold air.

We are so glad they are open in the winter. We use our RV to go skiing and there are not very many campgrounds near ski areas so it is nice to find one that does.

One of the nicest KOA we have been to. Preston was so helpful and friendly, office employees so accommodating. We usually have our RV but this trip stayed in a cabin. Wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend this KOA. If in Salt Lake City again will definitely stay there again

The park is nice, clean and quiet. It was a nice plalce to stay but way too expensive. I have an older motorhome therefore I was not allowed the monthly savings. If I could afford a newer motorhome I would also be able to afford the higher space rental. I left the park because I could not afford to pay three to four times the monthly rate for one week. I do not understand the bias.

The park was well kept and staff was very helpful. Our only issue was the truck next to us left 6am every morning M-TH. It was loud and woke us up. I think workers should be put in a different area.

Clean campground in the city. Clean bathrooms. Checked in after 6pm. Office staff were very nice and super efficient! We would visit again for sure.

Felt like I was lied to by the staff, was verbally told that they would do their best to get me into long term (vip). I was never told that I would need to fill out a separate application for vip. When confronted the manager stated that there is no way her employee would leave that detail out because she trained her, this ensuing that I was a liar. I left with 33 open spots in vip. 0 for me.

They were helpful in accommodating our early arrival. The laundry was clean and the machines were functioning. Didn't visit the restrooms on this trip but on previous visits they have been clean. Having the truck and trailer wash right next door was really convenient.

This park was very conveniently located to the Temple Square and Salt Palace Community Center. We visited to attend an Expo there and we were able to catch the light rail at a station in front of the KOA and take a 10 minute ride to the square. Very convenient! And...it was Free February for rides on the light rail! The park was quiet and well kept. The restrooms were clean and warm.

Friendly staff, very helpful neighbors, clean grounds, all services worked just fine, close to the interstate so I could get up into the mountains to go snowboarding. I will go back there again for sure!

Great staff and clean park. Location is good logistically but the neighborhood is full of homeless and druggies. That’s not KOA’s fault as the city of Salt Lake needs to address it. I hope they will. Many of the staff live on site and keep a secure eye on things. Really nice park.

Space 57 had a lot of garbage around it - dog bones, leather, trash. Water pressure was very low. We lost electricity in the morning.
