Fantastic park. Located adjacent to the light rail, we were able to travel and see the sights of SLC without a car. Good restroom facilities. Level site

Staff was friendly, campground neat and clean. Nico’s people and food was great and so convenient. Gave a 4 because restrooms closed in one location and toilet plugged in another. Also, your brochure states that you offer secure bike storage which I was told you do not have.

It great to hear you enjoyed the campground. Sorry one of our bathrooms was closed. We do this seasonally for winterization when the camping season slows down.

Americans with Disabilities BEWARE: if you have a service animal that is included in their PET policy of restricted breeds then you will not be allowed to have your service animal accompany you unless you comply with being financially exploited. I am ashamed we had to support this park as long as we did.

Nice park zero security. Low rent mobile home park with open access to KOA. We watched several cars from the mobile park "cruise". Gates/security needed.

As stated in site description, our site was "easy in, easy out". We were in the 700 series of sites, I guess for big rigs. Sites were narrow. Paved sites and roads are showing their wear. Recent rain caused sites to be muddy. Didn't use showers or bathrooms. Cable TV was just okay. Their Wifi was unusable. Connect to the network ok but no internet access.

This KOA is beautiful! Trees everywhere and all paved streets. Very clean and so many activities for the kids. Great little store and Nico’s Mexican food restaurant is right there. Very good food. I highly recommend this KOA.

Campground was nice. Clean with friendly staff. Lots of vagrants though. We had a double locked generator go missing. More cameras or security would be nice to keep them out

We love to stay here and have many times. We have noticed lately that the last 2 times we have stayed we have had to clean up the trash and cigarette butts from the small grassy area when we pull in.

It was a nice campground to stay at but I rated it lower due to the sites being so small. You are right next to the next camper.

2nd time we stayed here. Easy in and out. Close to downtown transit $5 all day riding. Even in October hot tub open! Best pizza is just around the corner. City Creek pizza. Mexican food adjacent to koa. Staff friendly, helpful and professional.

We were hoping for a pull thru site that would fit our motorhome (35') and Jeep Grand Cherokee towed, without unhooking. I did see when reserving a site that there were a couple of 62' pull thrus left, and this fit the bill perfectly for us. For us, the experience was just fine, an easy stop along the way, easy in and out, the place was nicely maintained. Desk service was helpful. Would return

I made my reservation for my stay September stay in April. I made the reservation so early so I could camp next to my family. The Salt Lake City Brochure states this shouldn't be a problem, especially, since we made the reservation 5 months earlier. Upon arrival we were told the desk attendant we could not stay together. In fact we were 3 rows apart. Very poor service on their behalf.

Since my locked bike was stolen from atop my hitched towed vehicle during my one night stay, I have no good feelings about this park. Don't believe the statement about night watchman on duty. He returned my call after he took his kids to school. Filed police report with SLCPD. Park roads were very narrow with tight turns and the spots were very tight too. Park is close to light rail.

All was well… then neighbors came in with little to no proof that property was stolen. Management threatened to contact authorities on me. And forced me to move plots. All over an extension chord I brought from home. Felt as though I was being discriminated. Never booking here again & honestly hoping for a refund.

The service & Campground were nice but surrounding area very sketchy and the noise was terrible. It would be worth it to us to stay in a nicer location & have to drive more to get into the city.

The park is beautiful clean and staffed by friendly folks. Only stayed one night and the only disappointment was the very weak WiFi signal at our site.

The Mgmnt. & staff are SMART, pleasant & friendly. The park is set up very well and kept clean. The general attitude is ABOVE sufficient. Communication between guests & management is wonderful. SLC KOA is an excellent example of recreation, relaxation, location & provides my family & I an enjoyable safe "feeling" while we are there. A VERY well run KOA ! One of the BEST ~ Woof & Roxi Lees

Fairly quiet considering roadway and airport so close. Warned about bicycle theft at entry and someone had theirs stolen while we were getting ready to visit our daughter. We moved ours into the trailer immediately. Two nights away from unit had us a little apprehensive. Lots of homeless and transient folks all around the site, none observed on site.

The sites are shaded with lots of trees which are nice. I would like to see a fence around the park with security gates. We had things taken out of our site. We should have made sure everything was locked up, so we feel it was our fault, however in the area, gates and fences might have helped. Lots of people wandering the streets at night.

The only problem we had is on the second night of our stay we arrived late to our Airstream to find a note that we were not registered for our spot #61 and to see the office to resolve. I saw an employee working in the shop that night who contacted the manager who found we were registered for spot #27 (if I remember right). Our spot of #69 was on our Map given upon registration. Never did get why?

We stayed in an RV for 2 nights. Staff was helpful. Cleaned bathrooms. Nice cleaned park. Few guys in our group wanted to watch football games but no special sport channels. Will be happy to visit again.

We had a good two night stay here at the Salt Lake City KOA. We utilized it as a stopping point along our journey to allow us to check out the area. Our site had adequate space, especially when you consider we are in town. All the hook-ups worked well. A distant train horn at night, and the busier street adjacent to the park were not as bad as anticipated.

Dog park needs more cleaning, dog poop trash can was always full or over filled with bags of poop everywhere! When I told Wendy about it she was rude to us. She needs to work on her customer service !

My bike was stolen within 3 days of us being there. We paid $1000 to stay 2 weeks which was absolutely ridiculous. There was nowhere else to stay and we had to be here for a funeral and planning so we had no choice. It felt like we were being raked over the coals. We used zero amenities accept I showered one time be cause we can’t both fit in the RV shower. Constant noise from permanent tenants.

Very nice urban campground with lots of trees for shade, a clean laundry, and a great pool and hot tub. Great customer service and the pizza place right next door delivers to the campsite. Conveniently located close to Temple Square, the Interstate. Check out the farmers market on Saturday mornings - it is huge!

Everything you imagined downtown SLC,UT to be. You gota pay to play with the upper class..do good food here.
