We arrived late at 3am due to a issue with our RV. Asked for an hour late checkout to try and enjoy some of the facilities. They wanted to charge for another hour. Not nice customer service. Pool and hot tub was nice. Our fire pit had cigarette boxes and cigarettes in it.

The park was clean but not very well marked for late arrivals. Not knowing which way to pull in or turn is not some you want after a long day on the road

Besides being the largest KOA we've ever stayed in, it was very crowded and noisy, internet stunk and not secured but I guess there's people who like that, other than that it was okay, staff were great.

zero internet, we don't need washrooms, showers, laundry but in today's world we all need internet. When we booked they should have told us their internet did not work and we would have booked elsewhere.

This place is in a very poor location. While most facilities were good, there were tons of cockroaches in the bathrooms. People roam the park at night and steal things. Tok every precaution to lockup and secure our things and people had time yo cut chains and locks and steal a bike.

Clean and well organized. We liked the cement pad but for some reason our site has a smaller patio pads and our door was on dirt. My sister had a site with a really nice patio, no dirt at all

We chose an end spot which offers a fire pit and lovely patio furniture. This made it perfect for us to entertain our Utah family at our camp spot. It was a lovely stay and we will be back!

Very nice experience, I would stay again. From check in, which was exceptional, the person behind the counter made you feel welcome immediately. Excellent job from them.

While the locations is excellent for doing things in and near Downtown, the noise level in the park seems to have grown louder. Multiple trains during the night blowing their horns repeatedly. Additionally the park seems to be surrounded by homeless camps and while I understand this problem it makes access to things like the Jordan River Trail sketchy.

Staff is friendly, and accommodating to requests when possible. Camping store is well stocked. RV spots are nestled amongst mature trees. Campground is well maintained, camp spots are close together.

Office staff was friendly, but this was the first KOA where a park guide did not escort us to our site with a cart (one of the things we love about KOAs). Sites are close together and length was just big enough for the truck and 5th wheel. Beautiful trees and a 5 minute drive to the city center/downtown. Water pressure is very high, so you will need a pressure regulator.

the stay was fine and the staff was flawless, but i had no idea there would be a train going by 6 times a night!

Park appeared clean. Roads are pretty narrow but was ok to manuever a large 5th wheel. Park is right on a light rail track and trains came by an blew their horns most of the night

It was easy to check in. Our site was beautiful and the showers were very clean and private. We loved the foot billiards table. So much fun. Enjoyed the community fire pits and met some nice folks along our stay.

This is the 45th park we have visited and stayed for 7 nights. A nice oasis in an urban/industrial setting very convenient to freeways/airport and just minutes from downtown Salt Lake. The best thing for the park are the mature trees as we were there when temperatures were in the upper 80s and kept it comfortable in the shade.

Best location for city sites. Level campsites with adequate spacing. Free pens and koozies at check in. Car wash on site.

Very nice park. Liked the paved roads, trees everywhere and overall cleanliness. It was a very enjoyable stay. The only 2 downers were that we couldn't put up our dog fence (a real pain with 3 dogs), and the almost $72/night. I generally won't pay more than $60, but had no other options in the area. That high of a cost will deter me from staying here again, or from giving recommendations.

Sites are close together. Luckily we had an end site with a hedge for some privacy. Their propane filling station didn’t work and they claimed it was our tank so we had to drive to a Flying J, 15 minutes away to fill. This park seems to be going downhill. Good location to downtown.

When I made my reservation, I stated I was traveling with another RV, and requested we be placed close together. When we arrived, at the same time, they had no record of my request. We ended up apart, when the spot next to our friends was empty. Hope they do a better job on our next visit.

Our stay was brief but can say we had a very nice, quiet, and peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great. I Will stay again next time through Salt Lake. Thank you

Great place, friendly people. The only drawback is train noise (engines & frequent horns) at night. Campground can't do anything about that, though--it's the price you pay for being close in to the city.

The campground is pretty nice with level sights good utility hook ups and lots of shade. It has a nice carpeted dog park. It has a nice game area. My issue with the park is that it’s in a very bad part of town. There are multiple homeless camps nearby and a high rate of bicycle theft in the KOA. It is very close to downtown as a plus.

Very well kept RV park. Well designed lots,, however very tight. We were unable to pull forward due to our neighbors pu truck blocking our exit and another RV on corner lot being couple feet to road. Wouldn't be able to make turn. Not an issue,, I reversed.

Everything you imagined downtown SLC,UT to be. You gota pay to play with the upper class..do good food here.
