Stayed in my camper van for 2 nights on quick business trip. Very clean spot and spotless restrooms. Lots of train horns throughout the night but not a big deal. See you again soon

Campsite next to us had a big trailer that housed 10 to 12 workers from some fair or carnival. Noise all night, garbage thrown outside ( a half eaten burrito). More than 8 people on this site. Isn’t that against the rules? Stay was not worth the price

More like the Bonneville Speedway KOA. We were on the main isle and it was ridiculous how fast vehicles drove. It was distracting to say the least. It really needs to have some more security as well. People literally walk in from the streets.

So many great amenities and really close to everything including public transport which looked great! Noise from the fair park because of concerts but it was over by 9:30-ish pm so no biggie. Especially liked the dog park with wash area. Nice big laundry with plenty of machines.

I am really frustrated. First, the staff tried to have me leave a day early compared to my online reservation. I waited in the office for nearly 40 minutes while they tried to determine what had happened. One of my nights had been switched to a HOLD. I did not do this. Then they overcharged me for an additional night after all that and no one will call me back.

The SLC KOA was nice, and easy to access, facilities were clean and routinely maintained. The sites were close together, but quiet for the size of the campground. We would stay at this KOA in the future.

This KOA offers large pull thru site, but unfortunately, the lanes in and out of the park are very narrow, with very tight corners. We were pulling a 40 foot 5th wheel, and because of the narrow corners, with shrubbery on one side and a Class A parked too far forward, we needed to back up and forward a few times to get out without damage. Trash was not easily accessed.

Staff were super friendly. Property well kept. 5* for those 2. Unfortunately the location is not the best. You can hear the light rail like it’s in your rig and the area directly around is full of homeless encampments. Do not go for a walk or bike ride on the river by the campground.

This is a very nice park, centrally located and convenient. I wish the management would enforce rules about parking in the streets. Vehicles parked in the streets make it difficult for many to park and maneuver their RVs.

when we returned from day out, our camp stove was missing. Called front desk and they said not in lost and found. The next day, as the maintenance guy drove by in his golf cart, I saw that he had TAKEN THE STOVE. Not sure if he was going to take it home. He said someone left it in the patio kind of bullshit. IN THIS SCENARIO, IT WOULD BEHOOVE HIm to check if renter had actually checked out.

The park is very nice, the area where it’s located is not the best. We stayed for two days, and if ever passing through we would stay again.

Although the campground was full, our stay was relatively quiet. We love the shade and the convenience of this campground - easy to reach all the SLC area from here. Definitely the best place in the valley for camping!

We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our well shaded site which was clear, open, well groomed and waiting for a nice weekend stay in Salt Lake City. Even though this park is in downtown SLC, it is mostly quiet, some passing trains, but well managed and security is good. We visited in an 40' Class A Motorhome with a Jeep for a toad.

Things were very nice. Staff very helpful. Just very crowded. Not especially a good place to walk the dogs. No open areas and what was supposed to be a dog walk was chained and locked.

We arrived on a Wednesday evening and the staff was very helpful and cheerful (after a long day for them and us). The campground was kept very clean; they have a nice dog park (with a dog bath!!); and all the staff that drove around to check on things were very friendly and helpful!!!!

Crackheads kept knocking on my trailer, don’t make the mistake and give one a $1 and the noice level was unbelievable

We try to stay here every year. Clean place. Friendly people. Now they upgraded the rec room.. great for kids.. THANK you!

I was not aware that this is primarily an extended day park. Traffic in and out all night and early morning. I felt like I was using my neighbors driveway since when we arrived we had to ask him to move his large truck out of our assigned space. Because of location would probably stop for one night not longer.

Everything about it was nice: check-in, cleanliness, shaded site, 50 amps, water pressure, etc. The exception was the internet. It was terrible - weak signal. That is what kept it from being rated 5 stars.

This is what all KOA's should strive for - the staff is very accommodating - the grounds are beautiful & well kept - it is very popular & active but quiet - the only thing I would suggest for them is to check out the drainage in their showers

The only thing I didn’t like was the pet area. The fake grass was disgusting and wreaked. Put in real grass or gravel.

The K-9 Grass is designed for dog use. Its is sanitized regularly and it is as clean as the dirt, grass or gravel that dogs use in other pet parks.

Loved the outdoor patio area. However the bathroom was filthy. The potty had dust,dirt, hair, and dried urine behind the lid. Dead bugs were swept behind the toilet, the tub was filthy, and the sink had crumbs on it. Not acceptable even in Pandemic times. I didn't discover the filth until we returned later in the evening and got not tell the office staff the next morning since we left before 9 am.

Nice campground convenient to public transportation. We only had one glitch at this KOA...the front desk clerk assigned us to an occupied space. When brought to her attention, she laughed, checked with her boss & came back to say she wrote down wrong number. Mistakes happen but no apology. Otherwise the campground was nice, clean and well maintained. We would book again at this KOA location.

Considering where it is located, it is very quiet. Also very clean, everything worked well and was in good repair. We were pleasently surprised.

We loved our site. We loved the shuttle stop in front of the park. It has a great dog park and dog wash. The only negatives were full time family next to us with a long travel, a utility van and 2 cars. The vehicles stuck out on the street. Also, they allowed pet fences on sites and they had a toddler and 3 kids in the hot tub.
