All 10s. One minor incident. A long-term resident at the site behind (with a white Dodge pickup truck) walked his dog which defecated by our picnic table, he then took his dog into his RV. About 10 minutes later I went to his TV and knocked on the door. When he opened the door I asked him to remove his dog’s poop from by my picnic table and his was quite rude to have let his dog poop there and l

I have stayed @ the Salt Lake City on many occasions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I requested to see if we could get a better site than the end site we were scheduled to move to. In 2 hours they rearrange things so this could happen. My grand daughter (age 5) was coming to spend the night. She declared it was the best camping trip ever. I agreed.

Very friendly staff at registration. Simple process. Clear instructions. Site was clean and level. Parking for tow vehicle acceptable. CONS: Trash overflowing at dumpsters. Internet was very poor and unreliable. Fortunately Verizon coverage was quite good.

We attended a wedding and decided to camp. The children enjoyed swimming, playing basket ball, and taking walks. The bathrooms were very clean. We were very pleased with our stay there.

Very dirty park. Food everywhere on the ground. All of the grass was dormant. The dog park had a lot of dried feces and was otherwise very unpleasant. love KOAs but this one was not up to snuff.

We arrived at 715. Were told bathroom/showers are closing at 8. We hurried and 2 of us went to shower since we would be gone before 8 a.m. The staff member at the desk said “I just cleaned the stalls” another staff member said “don’t you have a shower in your rig?” Staff was not friendly at all. Definitely made us not feel welcome.

I would stay here again if I felt like you cared about your guest. When I first checked in the lady was nice. The next morning I went to let you know wbaout the yellow jacket problem you all have and the lady was rude. Stop worrying about the money coming in and take care of the people who are already there.

I am one to always try to find the positive in everything but on this occasion I cannot. The pictures are very deceiving when booking this location. It is smack in the middle of the worst part of town with graffiti, homeless and dirt. Plus, the park is filled with long time campers making it more of a trailer park instead of a campground. The campground was beautifully maintained, with lots of shady trees. Staff were friendly, and our family enjoyed the swimming pool, media/game room, and outdoor activities like four-way ping pong, soccer billiards, and petting dogs in the dog park. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. It was an easy, short walk across the street to take the metro downtown for sightseeing and dinner.

GREAT! Enjoyed a very clean facility, the pool and the people. Perfect to allow you to visit downtow and yet easy to get in and out.

Friendly helpful staff. Decided to stay another night and they were so willing to accommodate us. Thank you! If ever we are back with our camper we will stay here. Most lots have well developed shade trees.

The staff was friendly and the park was clean. My issue is with the location. I wouldn’t stay there again, as there were some shady people hanging out around the park and I didn’t really feel all that safe.

The campground is very nice and has great amenities. The only negative about it, is it is in a rough part of town.

The staff there is amazing! There's a dog wash with the dog park, game room and fabulous outside playground for adults and the kids. The ONLY reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because the bathrooms/shower area really needed cleaned more often. But we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

This KOA is right in town, but you would never know it. It was fun, clean and shady. Pool was great and nice laundry facility. Lots of shade and green grass.

Pool was really dirty and gross. I wouldn’t swim in it. Campsite has trees and was shaded. Pool was beyond nasty

We appreciate the feedback, the pool is always kept safe and sanitary. However we will do an additional check immediately to make sure the pool is in ideal operating condition.

Loved the sites! So much shade and although it's a very busy campground, everyone was nice and considerate. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Good to hear you enjoyed the shady sites. Our cleaning staff is constantly rotating from one bathroom to the next. We try really hard to always have the restrooms clean.

Great KOA. One of the best I've stayed at. Very clean with lots of shade. Plenty of room for my 33' 5th wheel.

This is a very lovely park with a lot of mature trees. We only stayed overnight. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful!

We’ve stayed at many KOAs as we travelled cross country. This KOA was by far the nicest, cleanest and had great access to sightsee in the city via train.

The u-turn to get in is awful. You need better signage.

Sorry you missed the turn. The dense tree cover along the street as you approach the campground make it difficult to see all the signs.
