It was okay. There was a problem light near the office and restrooms that was strobbing. The office staff was not very friendly.

We got rid of our dog got a new dog and they still kicked us out for the dog 0 out of 10 would not recommend this place to anybody

Need to have city clean up nearby homeless vechicles. You are doing a good job keeping the camp feel safe, but it worries me for future stays.

Great campground. Very clean, lots of trees, plenty of room, felt safe and comfortable. Bathrooms were warm and clean. Our only issue was the homeless population in the area, a downside of being in the city.

We have stayed at this Koa three times. Twice this winter. It is convenient, offers late check in and seems relatively safe. My number one complaint is the on and off internet. We have never seen an employee, but did talk to one once about the internet.

I love this KOA and proximity to downtown SLC But except for 1 or 2 of the staff was rude, stuck up . And acted like they are doing you a favor, when it comes to customer service they need a lot of help. . Again location is awesome but they need a manager that understands and delivers GREAT customer service. . It's all about Dignity & respect something the manager needs to learn

Good thing the park was fairly empty. I was assigned a space covered with huge broken tree branches that were too heavy for me to move. It being after hours when I arrived and after stumbling over the branches in the dark, I chose another space. The next morning I could see that some of the branches had been cut and didn't just fall there, so the office should not have assigned that space.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, we had a large heavy snowstorm that cause a lot of tree limbs to come down. In a rush fix cleanup branches communication was missed between maintenance and the office. We are so sorry, thanks for leaving your feedback so we can improve.

We woke up to a beautiful snowy morning on the last day. As beautiful as it was, we couldn't retract our slides with the 6" of snow on them but your maintenance guy showed up with a broom and a ladder, which we didn't have, and took care of it for us. We had just picked up this brand new trailer and hadn't outfitted her yet so we were without some of those necessities. Thank you for helping!

We have stayed a few times for medical care in SLC. Winter this time around, many open sites, yet we were put right next to another camper and a newcomer put right next to us. Could spread out the sites so we aren’t all piled in one spot. NOthing you can do about it, but the train noise makes it tough to sleep.

Due to winterization of sites because of freezing temperatures many sites are closed on our large campground. We normally make an effort to spread guest around as you recommend. Hope to see you again.

We had a good experience overall. The dog area needs some attention, lots of leaves and many owners not cleaning up after their dogs inside and outside of the dog park. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Our water spigot froze and the maintenance man showed up within minutes with his heat gun to fix.

We stayed for 2 months. Park is clean, quiet and hosts are very friendly. Both bathhouses are immaculately clean. No enclosed dog run but host is planning to create one in the spring. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and efficient site. However it lacks any natural aesthetic and is smack dab in the middle of the city area. Good if you are needing a place to post for a short amount of time but not very good if you like nature.

Thanks for seeing that we have a clean and efficient campground. We hope to see you again in the summer when our numerous trees provide a perfect canopy of shade that creates a natural camping oasis close to all of Downtown Salt Lake City's attractions.

stayed for work. everything worked, campground is clean. We stayed pretty self contained, so I can't speak to the amenities, but reservation, check in, and payment all went smoothly just as your webpage described it.

I'm a traveling Nurse and have stayed at RV Parks across the country, this KOA I'm Salt Lake City UT has the most rude, nasty, hateful, and reciest staff I've ever seen. The prices are sky high ($2,000/month), the area is full of prostitutes and drug dealers, and the restrooms are not fit for my dog.

We use the bathroom closest to the office. There’s no heat in the bathroom. It was in the 30s at night and it was very cold in there. Would not have wanted to take a shower. Also Well walking my dog in the evening, A man was walking in circles around the playground equipment several times. It just seemed very odd to me. It made me very uncomfortable.

The instructions on our reservation indicated to call a number for the restroom and Internet code. We never received a call after leaving multiple messages. We travel in a van that does not have a bathroom. We were forced to stand outside the bathroom until another camper came by and told us the code. We stood there for a good hour. Bummer. Will never stay here again.

Front desk staff was nice. Campgrounds were clean. Pad was settling and required some blocking. The site was very small and barely room for our truck. Could have been a better spot for staying 4 nights.

We’ve stayed here several times. Clean and well run KOA. We happened to be there while crews were cleaning up all the fallen leaves from the mature trees. It was impressive to watch to crew move an remove mountains of leaves. Minimal disruption to any activity. We had a WiFi connection issue, due to being immediately next to an access point, but the tech people were great to work with.

The office help is extremely rude!! The campground is surrounded by homeless people coming and going in and out of campground. Better have anything you want to keep locked up and tied down, because the theft in this campground is high.

Awesome place. Only suggestion-improve security ( patrols , video , etc ). Neighbors bike stolen right off his rig.

Such a fun campground for families with kids. We had a. Last and were sad we only got to stay for a couple days. We hope to be able to come back next year

This KOA had everything that we needed. It is shaded, clean and the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. Laundry was efficient and clean.. There is a Mexican food place and pizza place that also serves excellent salads within very easy walking, Sites are fairly close together but with very easy access. All the trees limit satellite reception. One of our favorites We will return here for sure!!!

Pretty park with all the leaves changing. Great dog park with dog wash but too cold to use. Nice sites.

It is a beautiful camp ground. The area is scary when you step out of the campground. With homeless camps close. pricey. It was strange to have the dog run/park completely covered with artificial grass. Making it hard to clean up after your pet, probably why many pet owners never cleaned up after their pets. Which bothers us who always do. The amount of leaves where horrible. too many everywhere.
