Front desk very nice and informative with all our questions. Kids had a blast! Lot's of fun activities and things for both kids and adults. Very clean.

Kids loved all the amenities and are ready to return. 207 cabin we stayed in could use a little TLC, the curtains were ripped. Staff was all very helpful and friendly.

Staff was very friendly. We stayed in PM206 and our cabin was very dirty. Black hairs in the bathroom all around the sink. The floor was filthy throughout. We ended up cleaning it by hand with wipes and they were black. The campsite itself had a decent amount of stuff to do and the kids enjoyed it. The cabin was just very dirty and outdated. Other cabins there looked much nicer.

Our stay was great. But maybe think about putting grills at the cabins or maybe grill grates for the fire pits, especially for the cabins that don’t have full kitchens. Other than that it was a good experience.

I didn't use many amenities but it appeared there were plenty of things for everyone to do. The cabin was nice and clean and met my needs. The only things that was an issue was the drainage system on the grounds. Heavy rain caused standing water to my ankles on the road ways that made trips to the restrooms very unpleasant. I know rain si out of control but water removal needs improving.

We had lots of fun at Sandusky Bay Koa. The campfire rings were great with the Adirondack chairs. The pool was really nice. The cabins were older. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the constant noise of the traffic and train.

Excellent staff, looking forward to exploring the grounds and staying longer on our next visit. The only reason for the 4star was the cabin we were in is slightly damaged but very clean otherwise

I know a lot of people are probably staying there for Cedar Point, because that's why we stayed, but it was way to loud every night we were there. We stayed in a cabin, tried having a fire but the smoke from the cabin behind us because of how the fire pits and cabins are laid out blew right in face and we ended up just going to bed because we couldn't enjoy with the smoke. The cabin was super nice and cute. The staff was friendly. We only stayed one night so didn't get to experience much. I did find that the bathroom was pretty run down and not the nicest compared to other KOA I stayed at. I also didn't like the shower set up. As a single parent traveling with a toddler there is no way I could shower at the facility. Still nice stay, just not good for single parent.

We enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was perfect. The grounds were kept very clean and were quiet. Yes, the train ran often, but we got used to it after the first night.

I was ready to stay in a RUSTIC cabin. I had my mosquito spray and fan. I was not expecting such a clean and cute little room with cold a/c a bench and tv. We were very pleasantly suprised. Office staff was very friendly as well. (I have stayed here many times as I live next to train tracks and it doesnt faze me) we have just never stayed in these cabins. We definitely will again.

We were very pleased with our stay! I had to remind the front desk to have firewood delivered a few times, but it was remedied right away.

it was so comfortable!!! we needed a place to stay after a day at cedar point! the location was amazing, the staff was SO nice, the amount of amenities that the campground offers is amazing!

Overall it was good, and would possibly stay again. Our unit could use some basic maintenance. Bathroom counter top, loose toilet seat, dust ceiling fans. The refrigerator was loud and took overnight to get cold. There was a sign about having to wait for hot water. We got just enough to get soapy then no more hot water, cold rinse!! No one asked how things were at check out. Find it here I guess.

Rented a Deluxe Cabin and paid $700 for 3 nights and was not supplied with any extra trash bags or toilet paper, although those two things were not met to my families satisfaction the cabin was nice and the campground had plenty of activities for the little ones. BRING GOLF CART RENTALS BACK !!

The extra touches really made our stay, we had a great time and barely left the KOA. There are plenty of activities to keep the kids happy and us grown folks got some relaxation in. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay the kids had a fabulous time my only problem was that the beds were very hard and not enough adult activity. I will recommend the property to anyone and everyone we had a wonderful time and we will come back again. The staff was very helpful and courteous through our entire stay.

I had such a wonderful stay in the cabin! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I am most definitely going to come back and stay a night or two again if not this year then most definitely next year!

Rented a 1 room with bath cabin. Floor seeped moisture from in the laminate flooring for our entire stay. There was mold in various places throughout the structure, some severe. Stepping on the floor would push water up through it in spots. We did have heavy rain during the middle if our stay and did not see water leaking in the ceiling, so it must be running in the walls. Will not return.

The camping cabins have seen better days. There is a cargo/freight train that runs often directly behind the property. For what they charge to stay there they should re-invest in their property.

This KOA is situated conveniently close to I-90, nestled close to water and close to a town with conveniences. We rented a cabin and it was spotlessly clear. The KOA staff were also helpful and friendly. I'd certainly stay here again.

It was a great play to stay, the people were amazing and accommodated to our stay even after they were closed. The people were super friendly and the cabin was super clean. Would totally recommend to anyone, and will be returning

Roads flooded horribly and we were in water up to our shins! Obviously KOA can't control the weather but they could at least run submersible pumps and pump the water away to other drains.

we stayed 2 nights and both nights I didn't sleep good at all because the air wasn't keeping the cabin cool. my neck/shoulder hurts cause of constantly waking up to try to get comfortable. they had sign taped on the walls saying don't turn thermostat lower than 73 degrees. when we complained they wouldn't do anything. i wish they would of moved us to a different cabin

We had a wonderful time, and we wished we could have stayed longer! We stayed in a rustic cabin, which is just what we needed for this trip (Cedar Point). As we had requested, we were literally steps from the restroom/showers; we were also close to the drinking water, the pool and other activities, and the office/store - which was great! All staff was wonderful and helpful. Will be back! :)

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was the quality of the toilet paper. Other than that it was a very clean and nice campground.

Just what we needed for a night to stop and sleep. Showers/bathroom were close and clean. Late night check in and check out in the morning for easy and smooth.

We stay here every year to go to Cedar Point. Always very clean and the employees are very friendly. My kids have so much fun with the amenities and activities. Thanks!

Deluxe cabin sleeps 6, everything was pretty decent in the cabin. Pull out couch worn,Fridge smelled. The gas grill utensils dirty! Provided 6 towels,6 wash clothes, wouldn’t replace with clean towels during our stay, told to use the laundromat on the premises. We were across from permanent camp sites who did karaoke until 1am,party wee hours. Public bathrooms next to the pool were very dirty!!!
